Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
In one aspect of the invention, a panel is provided. According to an embodiment of the invention, with reference to fig. 1, the sheet material comprises: a substrate 100 and an isolation layer 200. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the substrate 100 has a high gloss surface (a-side as shown in fig. 1). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the substrate 100 is formed with at least one groove 10 on a side having a high gloss surface. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the isolation layer 200 covers at least a part of the surface of the recess 10. From this, isolation layer 200 can be through the effect of recess 10, and inseparable cover is on the surface of panel, and the panel is because isolation layer 200's protection, and the scratch resistance can improve when guaranteeing the high light effect outward appearance that its highlight surface is difficult to be scraped the flower by the scratch.
As mentioned above, the problem that the surface with high gloss effect is easily scratched by scratching is common in the current sheet materials for mobile terminal housings. The inventor unexpectedly discovers that through a brand new process preparation method, a groove is formed on the surface of a board with a highlight effect at first, and then an isolating layer is added to cover the groove and the highlight surface of the board, so that the isolating layer can tightly cover the highlight surface of the board and is not easy to fall off, and therefore, the surface of the board can have the highlight effect and is not scratched, and the problem that the highlight surface is easy to scratch is solved.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the specific material for forming the isolation layer 200 is not particularly limited, and only satisfies the requirement of not affecting the high light effect of the surface of the substrate 100. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the isolation layer 200 may be formed of a transparent organic material. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the isolation layer 200 may be formed of transparent polyethylene terephthalate (PET), the transparent PET has a wide source, the highlight effect of the surface of the substrate 100 is not affected, and the mechanical properties of the isolation layer are good, so that the scratch resistance of the substrate 100 can be significantly improved, and the highlight surface of the plate is protected from being scratched.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the specific number of the grooves 10 is not particularly limited, for example, according to a specific embodiment of the present invention, the grooves 10 may be two. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the specific position of the groove 10 on the substrate 100 is not particularly limited, and it is sufficient that the groove 10 is formed such that the isolation layer 200 can closely cover the high-gloss surface of the substrate 100. For example, the groove 10 may be formed at an edge region of the substrate 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the isolation layer 200 covers at least a portion of the surface of the groove, and a region of the highlight surface other than the groove 10. Therefore, the isolation layer 200 can protect the high-gloss surface of the plate from being scratched. Alternatively, according to other embodiments of the present invention, the isolation layer 200 may also cover the entire surface of the recess 10.
The inventor finds that, before the isolation layer 200 is formed, the groove 10 is formed on the highlight surface of the substrate 100, so that the groove 10 can increase the roughness of the surface of the substrate 100, increase the contact area between the isolation layer 200 and the surface of the substrate 100, enable the isolation layer and the substrate (highlight surface) to be tightly covered, and be not easy to fall off, and further improve the service performance of the plate. The grooves 10 are typically formed by etching a high gloss surface. Taking the substrate 100 formed by metal as an example, the surface of the groove 10 (including the bottom surface and the sidewall of the groove 10) is exposed by the etched surface of the metal, and the surface of the groove 10 has higher roughness compared with the high-light surface of the metal. Therefore, compared with the existing board with the isolation layer directly arranged on the highlight surface of the board, the board provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantage that the isolation layer is more durable.
Also, as described above, the bottom surface and the side wall of the groove 10 are surfaces having no high light effect. Therefore, when the isolation layer 200 is formed of a transparent material, the appearance effect at the groove 10 is the appearance effect of the material constituting the substrate 100 exposed to the outside. Therefore, the groove 10 not only can improve the bonding between the isolation layer 200 and the substrate 100, but also can provide a more rich appearance effect for the plate.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the isolation layer 200 is not particularly limited, and only needs to protect the high-gloss surface of the substrate 100 from being scratched. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the isolation layer 200 (H as shown in fig. 2) is 0.05-0.2 mm. Therefore, the service performance of the plate can be further improved. It should be noted that, the too large thickness of the isolation layer 200 increases the amount of the material for forming the isolation layer 200, which causes resource waste, and the too large thickness may affect the appearance effect of the high light effect surface of the substrate 100; the thickness of the spacer layer 200 is too small, which may not sufficiently protect the high light effect surface of the substrate 100 and may have poor scratch resistance.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the panel further comprises: and a decorative member 300. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the decoration 300 is disposed in the recess 10. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bottom area of the garnish 300 (D1 shown in fig. 3) is smaller than the bottom area of the recess 10 (D2 shown in fig. 3). Therefore, the service performance and the appearance effect of the plate can be further improved. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the specific material forming the decoration 300 is not particularly limited. For example, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the decoration 300 may be at least one of a nickel plate and stainless steel, or the decoration 300 may be formed of plastic. The specific shape of the decoration 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs. For example, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the decoration 300 may be a specific pattern, such as a trademark pattern, formed on the substrate 100 in order to further enhance the appearance effect of the panel.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the deco 300 covers a portion of the surface of the groove 10, and the isolation layer 200 covers a portion of the groove 10 not covered by the deco 300. Therefore, the service performance and the appearance effect of the plate can be further improved. As mentioned above, the sidewalls and the bottom of the recess are the surfaces of the substrate 100 material exposed after etching, and have a high roughness. The isolation layer 200 covers the exposed portion of the recess 10, which is advantageous for increasing the bonding between the isolation layer 200 and the substrate 100. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the isolation layer 200 may also cover the surface of the decoration 300 on the side away from the groove 10, and the surface of the groove 10 exposed to the outside, that is, the surface of the decoration 300 on the side away from the groove 10 is completely covered by the isolation layer 200. Therefore, the service performance and the appearance effect of the plate can be further improved. According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the surface of the decoration 300 on the side away from the recess 10 may also be uncovered by the isolation layer 200, i.e., the surface of the decoration 300 on the side away from the recess 10 is exposed on the outer surface. As described above, the decoration 300 may directly cover a partial surface of the groove 10, or, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the groove 10 is first completely covered by the insulation layer 200, and the decoration 300 may cover the insulation layer 200 in an area where the groove 10 is located.
The specific material forming the substrate 100 is not particularly limited and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, according to embodiments of the present invention. For example, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the substrate 100 is formed of at least one of metal and plastic. Therefore, the arrangement of the isolation layer 200 and the decoration 300 can be applied to the substrates 100 of different materials, and the applicability is wider. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the specific manner of forming the high-gloss surface on the substrate 100 is not particularly limited, and it is only necessary that the formed surface has a high-gloss effect. According to the embodiment of the invention, the plastic substrate surface is sprayed to form the highlight effect, the stainless steel substrate surface is polished to form the highlight effect, and the aluminum alloy substrate surface is oxidized and then polished to form the highlight effect.
