(3) The pressure control module analyzes the received casing pressure value, and meanwhile judges whether the current casing pressure value reaches the casing pressure for opening a well or not, if the current casing pressure value reaches the casing pressure for closing the well, an opening command is sent to the main control module, if the casing pressure for closing the well is reached, a closing command is sent to the main control module, the twelfth step is carried out, if the casing pressure for closing the well is not reached, and if the casing pressure for opening the well is not reached, a control command is not sent, and the tenth step is returned;
twelfth, the main control module judges the received control instruction, and the judging process is as follows:
(1) If the main control module receives a well closing or opening instruction sent by the pressure control module, the twelfth step is entered;
(2) If the main control module receives the well closing or opening instruction sent by the time circulation control module and does not receive the well closing or opening instruction sent by the pressure control module, returning to the eleventh step;
(3) If the main control module does not receive the well closing or opening instruction sent by the time circulation control module and does not receive the well closing or opening instruction sent by the pressure control module, returning to the eleventh step;
and thirteenth step, the main control module executes the well opening or closing action corresponding to the control instruction.
The well opening time, the well closing time, the well opening oil pressure, the well closing oil pressure, the well opening casing pressure and the well closing casing pressure can be recycled. In the twelfth step, if the main control module receives the well closing or opening instruction sent by the time cycle control module and does not receive the well closing or opening instruction sent by the pressure control module, returning to the eleventh step, and performing well opening and closing actions when waiting for the pressure well opening and closing parameter value. The 3 cases can be used according to actual situations, and generally, single time control or pressure control is often used, and pressure and time mixed control is used in special cases.
The remote control method of the remote gas well control cabinet can be further optimized or/and improved according to actual needs:
as shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the first step, the staff member inputs parameter information to the main control module through the control panel, and the parameter information further includes temporary change of the open time and temporary change of the close time.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the second step, the open time and the close time are temporarily changed instead of the open time and the close time, and the process proceeds to the subsequent step. The temporary change of the well opening time and the temporary change of the well closing time can only change the current on-off time and the well closing time, namely only one use is limited, and the next well opening time and the next well closing time are restored to the set well opening time and the set well closing time.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the first step, the staff can also input parameter information to the main control module through the short message transmission module in the form of short message through the mobile terminal, and the short message transmission module verifies the parameter information and then sends the parameter information to the main control module. The short message transmission module enables the staff to remotely adjust parameters.
In the fourth step, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the main control module can analyze the received oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value, determine whether the current oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value are within a reasonable range, and if one of the oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value is not within the reasonable range, the main control module transmits alarm information to the mobile communication device through the short message transmission module.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the seventh step, the main control module can also analyze the received oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value, determine whether the current oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value are within a reasonable range, and if one of the oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value is not within the reasonable range, the main control module transmits alarm information to the mobile communication device through the short message transmission module.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the tenth step, the main control module can also analyze the received oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value, determine whether the current oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value are within a reasonable range, and if one of the oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value is not within the reasonable range, the main control module transmits alarm information to the mobile communication device through the short message transmission module.
The reasonable range is a threshold value preset in the main control module according to actual conditions.
The technical characteristics form the embodiment of the invention, have stronger adaptability and implementation effect, and can increase or decrease unnecessary technical characteristics according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of different situations.

Claims (8)

1. The automatic control method for the automatic control gas well control cabinet is characterized by comprising a control cabinet main body, wherein an operation area is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the control cabinet main body, a control panel and a display module are fixedly arranged in the operation area, a main control module, an interface module, a data storage module, a time circulation control module and a pressure control module are fixedly arranged in the control cabinet main body at the bottom of the operation area, the display module, the control panel, the data storage module and the interface module are all electrically connected with the main control module, and the main control module is respectively in communication connection with the time circulation control module and the pressure control module; the interface module is used for establishing data transmission between the main control module and other equipment; the time circulation control module is used for realizing setting of the well opening time, the well closing time, the temporary well opening time change and the temporary well closing time change, judging whether the current time value received by the interface module reaches the time parameter or not, and sending a corresponding control instruction to the main control module according to the result; the pressure control module is used for realizing parameter setting of the well opening oil pressure, the well closing oil pressure, the well opening casing pressure and the well closing casing pressure, judging whether the current oil pressure value and the casing pressure value received through the interface module reach the pressure parameters or not, and sending corresponding control instructions to the main control module according to the result; the control panel is used for manually inputting the well opening time, the well closing time, the temporarily changing well opening time and the temporarily changing well closing time and the well opening oil pressure, the well closing oil pressure, the well opening casing pressure and the well closing casing pressure which are required to be set; the main control module is used for receiving, sending, executing and analyzing data of the instruction; the display module is used for displaying data; the data storage module stores real-time gas well data received by the main control module through the interface module, and the automatic control method comprises the following steps:
firstly, a worker inputs parameter information to a main control module through a control panel, and then enters a second step;
a second step of entering a third step if the open time, the close time, the temporary change open time and the temporary change close time are input, entering a sixth step if the open oil pressure, the close oil pressure, the open casing pressure and the close casing pressure are input, and entering a ninth step if the open time, the close time, the open oil pressure, the close oil pressure, the open casing pressure and the close casing pressure are input at the same time;
thirdly, the main control module sends the well opening time and the well closing time input by the staff to the time circulation control module, and the time circulation control module sets time parameters according to the received well opening time and the well closing time and then enters the fourth step;
the fourth step, the main control module receives the real-time oil pressure value, the casing pressure value and the time value of the gas well acquired by the data acquisition module through the interface module, and sends the time value to the time circulation control module, and then the fifth step is carried out;
fifthly, the time cycle control module analyzes the received time value, judges whether the current time value reaches the well opening time or not, and if the current time value reaches the well opening time, sends a well opening instruction to the main control module, if the current time value reaches the well opening time, sends the well opening instruction to the main control module, enters a thirteenth step, and if the current time value does not reach the well opening time, does not send a control instruction, and returns to a fourth step;
a sixth step, the main control module sends the well opening oil pressure, the well closing oil pressure, the well opening casing pressure and the well closing casing pressure input by the staff to the pressure control module, and the pressure control module sets pressure parameters according to the received well opening oil pressure, the well closing oil pressure, the well opening casing pressure and the well closing casing pressure, and then enters a seventh step;
a seventh step, the main control module receives the real-time oil pressure value, the casing pressure value and the time value of the gas well acquired by the data acquisition module through the interface module, sends the oil pressure value and the casing pressure value to the pressure control module, and then enters an eighth step;
eighth, the pressure control module analyzes and judges the received oil pressure value and the sleeve pressure value, and the specific process is as follows:
(1) The pressure control module analyzes the received oil pressure value and judges whether the current oil pressure value reaches the well opening oil pressure or not, if the current oil pressure value reaches the well opening oil pressure or not, the well opening instruction is sent to the main control module, if the current oil pressure value reaches the well opening oil pressure or not, the well closing instruction is sent to the main control module, the thirteenth step is carried out, and if the current oil pressure value does not reach the well opening oil pressure or not, the control instruction is not sent, and the seventh step is returned;
(2) The pressure control module analyzes the received casing pressure value, and meanwhile judges whether the current casing pressure value reaches the well opening casing pressure or not, if the current casing pressure value reaches the well closing casing pressure, a well opening instruction is sent to the main control module, if the current casing pressure value reaches the well closing casing pressure, a well closing instruction is sent to the main control module, a thirteenth step is carried out, if the current casing pressure value does not reach the well closing casing pressure, and if the current casing pressure value does not reach the well opening casing pressure, a control instruction is not sent, and the seventh step is returned;
a ninth step, the main control module sends the well opening time, the well closing time, the well opening oil pressure, the well closing oil pressure, the well opening casing pressure and the well closing casing pressure which are input by the staff to the pressure control module and the time circulation control module, the pressure control module and the time circulation control module set the pressure parameter and the time parameter, and then the tenth step is carried out;
a tenth step, the main control module receives the real-time oil pressure value, the casing pressure value and the time value of the gas well acquired by the data acquisition module through the interface module, and respectively sends the oil pressure value, the casing pressure value and the time value to the time circulation control module and the pressure control module, and then the eleventh step is carried out;
eleventh step, the time circulation control module and the pressure control module analyze and judge the received data at the same time, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) The time circulation control module analyzes the received time value, and meanwhile judges whether the current time value reaches the well opening time or not, if so, the time circulation control module sends a well opening instruction to the main control module, if so, the time circulation control module sends a well closing instruction to the main control module, the twelfth step is carried out, if not, the control instruction is not sent, and the tenth step is returned;
(2) The pressure control module analyzes the received oil pressure value and judges whether the current oil pressure value reaches the well opening oil pressure or not, if the current oil pressure value reaches the well opening oil pressure or not, the well opening instruction is sent to the main control module, if the current oil pressure value reaches the well opening oil pressure or not, the well closing instruction is sent to the main control module, the twelfth step is carried out, if the current oil pressure value does not reach the well opening oil pressure or not, the control instruction is not sent, and the tenth step is returned;
(3) The pressure control module analyzes the received casing pressure value, and meanwhile judges whether the current casing pressure value reaches the casing pressure for opening a well or not, if the current casing pressure value reaches the casing pressure for closing the well, an opening command is sent to the main control module, if the casing pressure for closing the well is reached, a closing command is sent to the main control module, the twelfth step is carried out, if the casing pressure for closing the well is not reached, and if the casing pressure for opening the well is not reached, a control command is not sent, and the tenth step is returned;
twelfth, the main control module judges the received control instruction, and the judging process is as follows:
(1) If the main control module receives a well closing or opening instruction sent by the pressure control module, the twelfth step is entered;
(2) If the main control module receives the well closing or opening instruction sent by the time circulation control module and does not receive the well closing or opening instruction sent by the pressure control module, returning to the eleventh step;
(3) If the main control module does not receive the well closing or opening instruction sent by the time circulation control module and does not receive the well closing or opening instruction sent by the pressure control module, returning to the eleventh step;
and thirteenth step, the main control module executes the well opening or closing action corresponding to the control instruction.

The automatic control method of the automatic control gas well control cabinet according to claim 1, further comprising a mobile terminal and a short message transmission module fixedly installed in the control cabinet main body, wherein the main control module is electrically connected with the short message transmission module, and the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the short message transmission module; or/and the display module comprises a display screen and an LCD driving circuit, wherein the display screen is electrically connected with the LCD driving circuit, and the LCD driving circuit is electrically connected with the main control module.

The automatic control method of the automatic control gas well control cabinet according to claim 2, wherein the control panel is fixedly provided with a USB interface, an indicator light, a well opening key, a well closing key, a stop key, a page turning key, a key adding key, a key subtracting key, a confirmation key and a function switching key, wherein the well opening key, the well closing key, the stop key, the page turning key, the key adding key, the key subtracting key, the confirmation key, the function switching key, the USB interface and the indicator light are all electrically connected with the main control module; or/and, the front side of the control cabinet main body is provided with a cabinet door, the top of the control cabinet main body is fixedly provided with a fixed plate, and the fixed plate is provided with a fixed through hole.

The automatic control method of the automatic control gas well control cabinet according to claim 1, 2 or 3, further comprising a data acquisition module located outside the control cabinet body, wherein the data acquisition module comprises a sleeve pressure sensor, an oil pressure sensor and a timer, and the sleeve pressure sensor, the oil pressure sensor and the timer are electrically connected with the interface module.

The automatic control method for an automatic control gas well control cabinet according to claim 4, wherein in the first step, the staff member inputs parameter information to the main control module through the control panel, and further comprises temporarily changing the open time and temporarily changing the close time.
6. The automatic control method for an automatic control gas well control cabinet according to claim 4, wherein in the second step, the open time and the close time are temporarily changed instead of the open time and the close time, and the subsequent step is entered.

The automatic control method for the automatic control gas well control cabinet according to claim 4, wherein in the first step, the staff can also input the parameter information to the main control module through the short message transmission module in the form of a short message through the mobile terminal, and the short message transmission module verifies the parameter information and then sends the parameter information to the main control module.
