The clutch arm 16 is arranged on the shell 17 through the clutch arm fixing shaft 15; the unlocking rocker arm 13 is connected with the bottom plate 1 through an unlocking rocker arm riveting shaft 12; the pawl linkage arm 11 is connected to the pawl 4 via the pawl release shaft 10.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when the unlocking rocker arm 13 is pulled, the clutch stop shaft 14 and the unlocking rocker arm 13 rotate clockwise as shown in the figure to drive the pawl linkage arm 11 to move leftward, the pawl linkage arm 11 drives the pawl 4 to rotate clockwise around the pawl riveting shaft 5 to enable the pawl 4 to be disengaged from the ratchet 2 so as to achieve the unlocking purpose, but if the self-priming push rod 6 pushes the ratchet 2 at the moment when the self-priming power is cut off or emergency unlocking is needed in case of emergency during self-priming, the ratchet 2 cannot return, so that the unlocking purpose can not be achieved only by enabling the pawl 4 to be disengaged from the ratchet 2, the self-priming push rod 6 can be disengaged from the ratchet 2 to normally unlock, therefore, the unlocking rocker arm 13 is riveted with the clutch stop shaft 14, the unlocking rocker arm 13 rotates clockwise when the unlocking, the clutch stop shaft 14 pushes the clutch arm meshing surface 16-2 to enable the clutch arm to rotate anticlockwise as shown in the figure, the clutch arm bulge 16-1 is meshed with the push rod self-priming meshing surface 6-1 to drive the self-priming push rod 6 to rotate clockwise as shown in the figure, and the ratchet wheel 2 is separated, so that the ratchet wheel 2 can return freely to achieve the purpose of unlocking.
