The disassembly and assembly process of the invention is as follows: when the positioning device is installed, the inner barrel 2 is firstly placed on the flange plate 11 of the speed reducer 1, the first positioning hole 111 and the second positioning hole 21 are aligned, then the elastic piece 4 is placed on the barrel bottom flange 23 of the inner barrel 2, one end of the positioning pin 3 is inserted into the first positioning hole 111 and the second positioning hole 21, and the other end of the positioning pin is inserted into the sliding groove 121 on the output shaft 12 of the speed reducer 1, so that the positioning of the inner barrel 2 in the horizontal direction is completed; then the impeller 5 is arranged on an output shaft 12 of the speed reducer 1, the positioning pin 3 is moved down by 2mm by a special tool 6, the impeller 5 is rotated by 12.4 degrees, the clamping protrusion 52 on the impeller 5 is clamped in the clamping groove 122 on the output shaft 12, and the positioning pin 3 rebounds to complete the up-and-down fixation of the impeller 5 and the inner barrel 2; then, the plug-in terminal 86 is connected, the outer barrel cover is installed, the embedding part 91 of the control panel seat 9 is aligned with the drawing cavity 81 of the box body 8, the control panel seat 9 and the box body 8 are installed in a push-pull mode, and finally the pin 90 is inserted into the pin hole 92, so that the whole installation process of the washing machine is completed. When the control panel is disassembled, the pin 90 of the control panel seat 9 is firstly drawn out, and the plug-in terminal 86 is pulled out; then the control disc seat 9 is detached from the box body 8 in a drawing mode, and the outer barrel cover is detached from the outer barrel so as to be convenient for taking out the inner barrel 2 in the next step; then use specialized tool 6 to pass dismouting hole 53 on the impeller 5, extrude locating pin 3 downwards, make locating pin 3 move down 2mm, then impeller 5 counter-rotation 12.4, make card protruding 52 roll-off joint groove 122 to can dismantle impeller 5 and interior bucket 2 one by one.

Claims (13)
1. A pulsator washing machine, comprising:
a box body (8) provided with a drawing cavity (81);
the control panel seat (9) is provided with an embedded part (91) which can be clamped in the drawing cavity (81), and the embedded part (91) can be drawn in the drawing cavity (81) so that the control panel seat (9) is connected with the box body (8) in a clamping manner;
the flange plate (11) is fixedly arranged on an output shaft (12) of the speed reducer (1), and a clamping groove (122) is further formed in the output shaft (12);
the inner barrel (2) is placed on the flange plate (11) and is clamped with the flange plate (11) through a positioning pin (3), and an elastic part (4) is arranged between the positioning pin (3) and a barrel bottom flange (23) of the inner barrel (2);
the impeller (5) is arranged on the output shaft (12), the bottom of the impeller (5) is provided with a clamping protrusion (52), and when the positioning pin (3) is pressed down, the clamping protrusion (52) can be clamped into the clamping groove (122) to fix the inner barrel (2);
the output shaft (12) is provided with a sliding groove (121) along the axial direction, one side of the sliding groove (121) is communicated with the clamping groove (122), and the positioning pin (3) and the clamping protrusion (52) can slide along the sliding groove (121).
2. The pulsator washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the drawing chamber (81) is provided on opposite sides of the cabinet (8), and the insertion portion (91) is provided on opposite sides of the control tray base (9).
3. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein a pin hole (92) is provided on one side surface between opposite side surfaces of the control disc seat (9), and the pin hole (92) is connected to the cabinet (8) by a pin (90).
4. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein both opposite side surfaces of the cabinet (8) comprise a first flange (82) extending inward along a direction perpendicular to the side surfaces, a second flange (83) extending upward perpendicular to the first flange (82), a third flange (84) extending outward perpendicular to the second flange (83), and a fourth flange (85) extending downward perpendicular to the third flange (84);
the drawing cavity (81) is a space surrounded by the first folding edge (82), the second folding edge (83), the third folding edge (84) and the fourth folding edge (85).

The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the insertion part (91) is provided on the inner wall of the opposite sides of the control dial seat (9), the insertion part (91) comprising a first extension part (911) extending inward perpendicular to the inner wall of the opposite sides of the control dial seat (9), and a second extension part (912) extending upward perpendicular to the first extension part (911); the first extending part (911) is parallel to the first folding edge (82) and is arranged above the first folding edge (82), and the second extending part (912) extends into a space enclosed by the third folding edge (84) and the fourth folding edge (85).
6. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein a rolling assembly (80) is fixedly disposed in the drawing chamber (81), and the insertion portion (91) is disposed above the rolling assembly (80) and in rolling contact with the rolling assembly (80).

The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the rolling assembly (80) comprises a ball base (801) fixed to the first flange (82), and a plurality of balls (802) disposed in the ball base (801), the insertion part (91) being disposed on the balls (802) and in rolling contact with the balls (802).

The pulsator washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a plurality of first positioning holes (111) are formed in the flange plate (11), a plurality of second positioning holes (21) are formed in the bottom flange (23) of the inner tub (2), and the first positioning holes (111) and the second positioning holes (21) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence to each other for installing a plurality of the positioning pins (3).

The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the positioning pin (3) comprises a first pin rod (31) and a second pin rod (32) which are vertically arranged, the first pin rod (31) is inserted into the first positioning hole (111) and the second positioning hole (21), the second pin rod (32) is inserted into the sliding groove (121), and the elastic member (4) is located between the first pin rod (31), the second pin rod (32) and the bottom flange (23) of the inner tub (2).
10. The pulsator washing machine according to claim 9, wherein the second pin lever (32) is blocked out of the catching groove (122) when the positioning pin (3) is not depressed; after the clamping protrusion (52) is clamped into the clamping groove (122), the second pin rod (32) is abutted against the bottom of the impeller (5).
11. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein a first groove (22) is formed on a tub bottom flange (23) of the inner tub (2), a second groove (321) is formed on a lower side of the second pin (32), a lower end of the elastic member (4) is installed in the first groove (22), and an upper end is installed in the second groove (321).
12. The pulsator washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the pulsator (5) is provided with a disassembling hole (53) for disassembling and assembling the pulsator (5) in cooperation with a special tool (6).
13. The pulsator washing machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein the special tool (6) comprises an operating handle (61) and a plurality of claws (62) fixedly connected with the operating handle (61), the number and positions of the claws (62) are matched with the assembling and disassembling holes (53) on the pulsator (5), and the claws (62) are used for penetrating through the assembling and disassembling holes (53) to press the positioning pin (3) downwards so that the clamping protrusions (52) slide into or out of the clamping grooves (122) in a rotating manner.
