Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of protective films, in particular to a curved-surface screen full-wrapping soft film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of electronic product technology, the flexible mobile electronic terminal device is well known and used by more and more people, and on the basis, electronic devices with 2.5D and 3D arc edges are more developed and popularized. Most current cell-phones have adopted cambered surface glass screen, and 2.5D, 3D cambered surface glass screen are to the cell-phone, though the cost is higher, but have more mellow and full edges and corners, accord with consumer aesthetic feeling and experience more, have strengthened crashproof performance simultaneously. But users who want the film to be used have a dilemma because the edge of the screen is in an uneven arc shape.
At present, the prior art generally adopts a curved screen membrane with TPU as a main membrane, and on one hand, the TPU is high in price, so that the cost of the curved screen membrane is increased; on the other hand, the TPU component is polyurethane resin, the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin coated on the surface of the TPU component is usually not dried or has poor adhesion, meanwhile, because the TPU has slight viscosity, after being baked at high temperature (more than 30s at 80 ℃), the film tearing force of the protective films on two sides reaches more than 100gf/25mm, the protective films are difficult to tear and further coated, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive coated on the surface of the TPU component can be cured after being baked at 100 ℃ for more than 60 s; therefore, the above curved screen film is poor in adhesion and attachment effect, and it is difficult to obtain good and stable functionality such as dirt resistance.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a curved screen full-wrapping soft film and a preparation method thereof.

b) compounding an adhesive layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer obtained in the step a), compounding a stripping layer on the surface of the adhesive layer, tearing off a carrier film on the flexible soft film layer, and compounding a fingerprint shrinkage prevention oil layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer to obtain a using layer compounded with the stripping layer;
c) compounding a protective film layer adhesive layer on the protective film layer base material to obtain a protective film layer, and finally compounding the protective film layer adhesive layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-shrinkage-resistant oil layer in the use layer compounded with the stripping layer obtained in the step b) to obtain the curved-surface screen full-wrapping flexible film.
Preferably, the temperature of the first curing in the step a) is 90-150 ℃ and the time is 55-90 s.
Preferably, the process of compounding the adhesive layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer obtained in the step a) in the step b) specifically comprises the following steps:

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a full-wrapping film for a curved screen according to the present invention. In the invention, the curved screen full-wrapping soft film comprises a stripping layer, a use layer and a protective film layer which are sequentially compounded to form an integral structure. In the present invention, the peeling layer is preferably a fluoroplastic PET release film or a non-silicon PET release film, more preferably a fluoroplastic PET release film. The source of the release layer is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products of the above fluoroplastic PET release film and non-silicon PET release film known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the thickness of the release layer is preferably 36 to 75 μm, more preferably 50 μm; the release force of the release layer is preferably 5gf/25mm to 10gf/25mm, more preferably 8gf/25 mm.
In the present invention, the use layer is compounded on the peeling layer. In the present invention, the use layer includes: an adhesive layer compounded on the stripping layer; the flexible soft film layer is compounded on the adhesive layer; and the fingerprint shrinkage resistant layer is compounded on the flexible soft film layer. Therefore, the use layer is of a three-layer structure and comprises an adhesive layer, a flexible soft film layer and a fingerprint shrink-proof oil layer which are sequentially compounded, wherein the adhesive layer is compounded with the stripping layer.
In the invention, the adhesive layer is preferably formed by curing organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin; the source of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive resin is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably 20 to 60 μm, more preferably 30 to 45 μm; the peeling force of the adhesive layer is preferably 10gf/25mm to 50gf/25mm, more preferably 20gf/25mm to 40gf/25 mm.
In the invention, the flexible soft film layer is formed by curing flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin; the source of the flexible polyurethane modified silicone resin is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the thickness of the flexible soft film layer is preferably 80 to 200 μm, and more preferably 100 to 150 μm.
In the invention, the anti-fingerprint shrinking oil layer is formed by curing a silicone oil release agent; the source of the silicone oil release agent is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art, such as polydimethylsiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrapolysiloxane, and the like, can be used. In the invention, the fingerprint-resistant oil shrinkage layer has an oil shrinkage effect, can improve the anti-fouling capability of the surface of a product, and also increases the touch smoothness of the product. In the present invention, the thickness of the fingerprint-resistant glycidyl oil layer is preferably 200nm to 2000nm, and more preferably 500nm to 1000 nm.
According to the invention, the flexible soft film layer formed by curing the flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin is used as the main film, and the adhesive layer and the fingerprint-resistant shrinking oil layer are compounded on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main film respectively to form the use layer, so that the integrity of the product is strengthened, and the technical problems of poor adhesion and difficult film tearing can be solved simultaneously, so that the obtained curved-surface screen full-wrapping soft film has a good laminating effect, and is good and stable in dirt resistance; in addition, the whole elastic glue layer of the use layer has certain automatic repair capability to slight scratches. In the present invention, the use layer is obtained by using a flexible soft film layer obtained by curing a flexible polyurethane-modified silicone resin as a main film, and has a main film hardness of 75 to 85A and a tensile strength of 100kgf/cm2~800kgf/cm2The elongation is 300-800%.
In the invention, the protective film layer is compounded on the using layer. In the present invention, the thickness of the overcoat adhesive layer is preferably 5 to 20 μm, and more preferably 10 μm.
In the invention, the film-protecting layer substrate is preferably a PET substrate; the source of the substrate of the film-protecting layer in the present invention is not particularly limited, and commercially available products of the above-mentioned PET substrate known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the thickness of the base material of the overcoat layer is preferably 23 μm to 100 μm, and more preferably 50 μm.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the curved screen full-packaging soft film, which comprises the following steps:
a) coating a layer of flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin on the carrier membrane, and carrying out primary curing to obtain a flexible soft membrane layer;
b) compounding an adhesive layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer obtained in the step a), compounding a stripping layer on the surface of the adhesive layer, tearing off a carrier film on the flexible soft film layer, and compounding a fingerprint shrinkage prevention oil layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer to obtain a using layer compounded with the stripping layer;
c) compounding a protective film layer adhesive layer on the protective film layer base material to obtain a protective film layer, and finally compounding the protective film layer adhesive layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-shrinkage-resistant oil layer in the use layer compounded with the stripping layer obtained in the step b) to obtain the curved-surface screen full-wrapping flexible film.

The coating method of the present invention for coating a layer of flexible polyurethane modified silicone resin on a carrier film is not particularly limited, and preferably, knife coating or slit coating, which are well known to those skilled in the art, can be used.
In the invention, the temperature of the first curing is preferably 90-150 ℃, and more preferably 100-120 ℃; the time for the first curing is preferably 55s to 90s, more preferably 60s to 75 s.
After the flexible soft film layer is obtained, compounding an adhesive layer on the surface of the obtained flexible soft film layer, compounding a stripping layer on the surface of the adhesive layer, tearing off a carrier film on the flexible soft film layer, and compounding a fingerprint-shrinkage-resistant oil layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer to obtain the use layer compounded with the stripping layer. In the invention, the process of compounding the adhesive layer on the surface of the obtained flexible soft film layer is preferably as follows:

The invention is not limited to the coating method of coating a layer of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive resin on the surface of the obtained flexible film layer, and preferably, the coating method can be either blade coating or slit coating, which are well known to those skilled in the art.
In the present invention, the temperature of the second curing is preferably 130 to 170 ℃, more preferably 150 ℃; the time for the second curing is preferably 55s to 90s, more preferably 60s to 75 s.

In the present invention, the temperature of the third curing is preferably 80 ℃ to 130 ℃, more preferably 90 ℃; the time for the third curing is preferably 30 to 60 seconds, and more preferably 45 seconds.
The invention adopts the flexible soft film layer formed by curing the flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin, and the film tearing force between the flexible soft film layer and the carrier film is less than 20gf/25mm, thereby solving the technical problem of difficult film tearing. In addition, compared with the curved screen film in the prior art, the curved screen full-wrapping soft film provided by the invention has lower cost, and is beneficial to further popularization and development in the field.
To further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided for illustration. The carrier film used in the following examples of the present invention was a commercially available fluoroplastic PET release film of 3gf/25mm thickness of 50 μm.
Example 1
(1) Coating a layer of flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin on a carrier membrane, baking for 60s at 120 ℃, and curing to obtain a flexible soft membrane layer (main membrane) with the dry thickness of 125 mu m;
(2) coating a layer of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin on the surface of the flexible soft film layer (main film) obtained in the step (1), baking for 75s at 150 ℃, and curing to obtain an adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 45 mu m; then, coating a layer of 8gf/25mm fluoroplastic PET release film on the surface of the adhesive layer to obtain a stripping layer with the thickness of 50 μm;
(3) tearing off a carrier film on a flexible soft film layer (main film), coating a layer of silicone oil release agent on the surface of the flexible soft film layer (main film), baking for 45s at 90 ℃, and curing to obtain a fingerprint-resistant shrinking oil layer with the dry thickness of 600nm, thereby obtaining a use layer compounded with a stripping layer;
(4) coating a layer of acrylic resin on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) substrate (a film protection layer substrate) with the thickness of 50 mu m, baking for 60s at 120 ℃, and curing to obtain a film protection layer adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 10 mu m so as to obtain a film protection layer; and (4) finally compounding the protective film glue layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-proof shrinking oil layer in the use layer with the stripping layer obtained in the step (3) to obtain the curved screen full-wrapping soft film.
Example 2
(1) Coating a layer of flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin on a carrier membrane, baking for 60s at 100 ℃, and curing to obtain a flexible soft membrane layer (main membrane) with the dry thickness of 100 mu m;
(2) coating a layer of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin on the surface of the flexible soft film layer (main film) obtained in the step (1), baking for 60s at 150 ℃, and curing to obtain an adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 30 mu m; then, coating a layer of 8gf/25mm fluoroplastic PET release film on the surface of the adhesive layer to obtain a stripping layer with the thickness of 50 μm;
(3) tearing off a carrier film on a flexible soft film layer (main film), coating a layer of silicone oil release agent on the surface of the flexible soft film layer (main film), baking for 45s at 90 ℃, and curing to obtain a fingerprint shrinkage prevention layer with the dry thickness of 1000nm, thereby obtaining a use layer compounded with a stripping layer;
(4) coating a layer of acrylic resin on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) substrate (a film protection layer substrate) with the thickness of 50 mu m, baking for 60s at 120 ℃, and curing to obtain a film protection layer adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 10 mu m so as to obtain a film protection layer; and (4) finally compounding the protective film glue layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-proof shrinking oil layer in the use layer with the stripping layer obtained in the step (3) to obtain the curved screen full-wrapping soft film.
Example 3
(1) Coating a layer of flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin on a carrier film, baking for 75s at 120 ℃, and curing to obtain a flexible soft film layer (main film) with the dry thickness of 150 mu m;
(2) coating a layer of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin on the surface of the flexible soft film layer (main film) obtained in the step (1), baking for 60s at 150 ℃, and curing to obtain an adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 30 mu m; then, coating a layer of 8gf/25mm fluoroplastic PET release film on the surface of the adhesive layer to obtain a stripping layer with the thickness of 50 μm;
(3) tearing off a carrier film on a flexible soft film layer (main film), coating a layer of silicone oil release agent on the surface of the flexible soft film layer (main film), baking for 45s at 90 ℃, and curing to obtain a fingerprint-resistant shrinking oil layer with the dry thickness of 500nm, thereby obtaining a use layer compounded with a stripping layer;
(4) coating a layer of acrylic resin on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) substrate (a film protection layer substrate) with the thickness of 50 mu m, baking for 60s at 120 ℃, and curing to obtain a film protection layer adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 10 mu m so as to obtain a film protection layer; and (4) finally compounding the protective film glue layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-proof shrinking oil layer in the use layer with the stripping layer obtained in the step (3) to obtain the curved screen full-wrapping soft film.
The performance of the full-wrapped flexible film for the curved screen provided by the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention is tested, and the results are shown in table 1.

Claims (7)
1. A curved screen full-wrapping soft film comprises a stripping layer, a use layer and a protective film layer;
the use layer comprises:
an adhesive layer compounded on the stripping layer;
a flexible soft film layer compounded on the adhesive layer;
the anti-fingerprint shrink oil layer is compounded on the flexible soft film layer;
the film-protecting layer comprises:
the protective film adhesive layer is compounded on the fingerprint shrinkage prevention oil layer;
the protective film layer base material is compounded on the protective film layer adhesive layer;
the adhesive layer is formed by curing organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin; the thickness of the adhesive layer is 20 to 60 μm, and the peeling force is 10gf/25 to 50gf/25 mm;
the flexible soft film layer is formed by curing flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin;
the anti-fingerprint shrinking oil layer is formed by curing a silicone oil release agent; the thickness of the fingerprint-resistant shrinkage oil layer is 200 nm-2000 nm;
the preparation method of the curved screen full-wrapping soft film comprises the following steps:
a) coating a layer of flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin on the carrier membrane, and carrying out primary curing to obtain a flexible soft membrane layer;
b) compounding an adhesive layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer obtained in the step a), compounding a stripping layer on the surface of the adhesive layer, tearing off a carrier film on the flexible soft film layer, and compounding a fingerprint shrinkage prevention oil layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer to obtain a using layer compounded with the stripping layer;
c) compounding a protective film layer adhesive layer on the protective film layer base material to obtain a protective film layer, and finally compounding the protective film layer adhesive layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-shrinkage-resistant oil layer in the use layer compounded with the stripping layer obtained in the step b) to obtain the curved-surface screen full-wrapping flexible film.
2. The curved screen full-wrapping film according to claim 1, wherein the peeling layer is a fluoroplastic PET release film or a non-silicon PET release film; the thickness of the stripping layer is 36 μm to 75 μm, and the release force is 5gf/25mm to 10gf/25 mm.
3. The curved screen full-wrapping film according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the flexible film layer is 80-200 μm.
4. The full-wrapping film for the curved screen according to claim 1, wherein the film-protecting layer glue layer is formed by curing film-protecting layer glue, and the film-protecting layer glue is polyurethane resin or acrylic resin; the thickness of the protective film layer glue layer is 5-20 mu m.
5. The curved screen full-wrapping film according to claim 1, wherein the film protecting layer substrate is a PET substrate; the thickness of the base material of the protective film layer is 23-100 mu m.
6. The curved screen full-soft film according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the first curing in step a) is 90 ℃ to 150 ℃ and the time is 55s to 90 s.
7. The fully-wrapped flexible film for the curved screen according to claim 1, wherein the process of compounding the adhesive layer on the surface of the flexible film layer obtained in the step a) in the step b) is specifically as follows:
coating a layer of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin on the surface of the flexible soft film layer obtained in the step a), and carrying out secondary curing to obtain a flexible soft film layer compounded with an adhesive layer;
the temperature of the second curing is 130-170 ℃, and the time is 55-90 s.
