(4) coating a layer of acrylic resin on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) substrate (a film protection layer substrate) with the thickness of 50 mu m, baking for 60s at 120 ℃, and curing to obtain a film protection layer adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 10 mu m so as to obtain a film protection layer; and (4) finally compounding the protective film glue layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-proof shrinking oil layer in the use layer with the stripping layer obtained in the step (3) to obtain the curved screen full-wrapping soft film.
Example 3
(1) Coating a layer of flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin on a carrier film, baking for 75s at 120 ℃, and curing to obtain a flexible soft film layer (main film) with the dry thickness of 150 mu m;
(2) coating a layer of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin on the surface of the flexible soft film layer (main film) obtained in the step (1), baking for 60s at 150 ℃, and curing to obtain an adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 30 mu m; then, coating a layer of 8gf/25mm fluoroplastic PET release film on the surface of the adhesive layer to obtain a stripping layer with the thickness of 50 μm;
(3) tearing off a carrier film on a flexible soft film layer (main film), coating a layer of silicone oil release agent on the surface of the flexible soft film layer (main film), baking for 45s at 90 ℃, and curing to obtain a fingerprint-resistant shrinking oil layer with the dry thickness of 500nm, thereby obtaining a use layer compounded with a stripping layer;
(4) coating a layer of acrylic resin on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) substrate (a film protection layer substrate) with the thickness of 50 mu m, baking for 60s at 120 ℃, and curing to obtain a film protection layer adhesive layer with the dry thickness of 10 mu m so as to obtain a film protection layer; and (4) finally compounding the protective film glue layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-proof shrinking oil layer in the use layer with the stripping layer obtained in the step (3) to obtain the curved screen full-wrapping soft film.
The performance of the full-wrapped flexible film for the curved screen provided by the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention is tested, and the results are shown in table 1.

Claims (7)

1. A curved screen full-wrapping soft film comprises a stripping layer, a use layer and a protective film layer;
the use layer comprises:
an adhesive layer compounded on the stripping layer;
a flexible soft film layer compounded on the adhesive layer;
the anti-fingerprint shrink oil layer is compounded on the flexible soft film layer;
the film-protecting layer comprises:
the protective film adhesive layer is compounded on the fingerprint shrinkage prevention oil layer;
the protective film layer base material is compounded on the protective film layer adhesive layer;
the adhesive layer is formed by curing organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin; the thickness of the adhesive layer is 20 to 60 μm, and the peeling force is 10gf/25 to 50gf/25 mm;
the flexible soft film layer is formed by curing flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin;
the anti-fingerprint shrinking oil layer is formed by curing a silicone oil release agent; the thickness of the fingerprint-resistant shrinkage oil layer is 200 nm-2000 nm;
the preparation method of the curved screen full-wrapping soft film comprises the following steps:
a) coating a layer of flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin on the carrier membrane, and carrying out primary curing to obtain a flexible soft membrane layer;
b) compounding an adhesive layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer obtained in the step a), compounding a stripping layer on the surface of the adhesive layer, tearing off a carrier film on the flexible soft film layer, and compounding a fingerprint shrinkage prevention oil layer on the surface of the flexible soft film layer to obtain a using layer compounded with the stripping layer;
c) compounding a protective film layer adhesive layer on the protective film layer base material to obtain a protective film layer, and finally compounding the protective film layer adhesive layer in the protective film layer with the fingerprint-shrinkage-resistant oil layer in the use layer compounded with the stripping layer obtained in the step b) to obtain the curved-surface screen full-wrapping flexible film.
2. The curved screen full-wrapping film according to claim 1, wherein the peeling layer is a fluoroplastic PET release film or a non-silicon PET release film; the thickness of the stripping layer is 36 μm to 75 μm, and the release force is 5gf/25mm to 10gf/25 mm.
3. The curved screen full-wrapping film according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the flexible film layer is 80-200 μm.
4. The full-wrapping film for the curved screen according to claim 1, wherein the film-protecting layer glue layer is formed by curing film-protecting layer glue, and the film-protecting layer glue is polyurethane resin or acrylic resin; the thickness of the protective film layer glue layer is 5-20 mu m.
5. The curved screen full-wrapping film according to claim 1, wherein the film protecting layer substrate is a PET substrate; the thickness of the base material of the protective film layer is 23-100 mu m.
6. The curved screen full-soft film according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the first curing in step a) is 90 ℃ to 150 ℃ and the time is 55s to 90 s.
7. The fully-wrapped flexible film for the curved screen according to claim 1, wherein the process of compounding the adhesive layer on the surface of the flexible film layer obtained in the step a) in the step b) is specifically as follows:
coating a layer of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin on the surface of the flexible soft film layer obtained in the step a), and carrying out secondary curing to obtain a flexible soft film layer compounded with an adhesive layer;
the temperature of the second curing is 130-170 ℃, and the time is 55-90 s.
