Description

Umbrella top structure with umbrella on disc seam
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of parachutes, and particularly relates to a parachute roof structure with a parachute on a disc seam.
Background
The parachute is a tool for decelerating and safely landing when falling at high altitude, wherein the parachute with the disc seam is a parachute with excellent deceleration performance, has good stability, and can ensure the stable falling of a suspended object when in use. The excellent performance increases the application range, and in the field of deep space exploration, the umbrella with the disc seam has the irreplaceable application advantage, and the space exploration can not land and leave the deceleration effect of the umbrella with the disc seam.
The top of the common umbrella cloth disk with the umbrella seam is provided with an umbrella top hole, and when the umbrella is opened, the airflow flowing through the umbrella top hole is relatively large, so that the strength and the stress characteristic of the umbrella top hole are ensured, the umbrella top hole is reinforced by mutually staggered radiation reinforcing belts at the umbrella top hole, and the different radiation reinforcing belts cannot be sewn and fixed. The umbrella top with the umbrella is provided with a corresponding device according to the requirement, and under the conventional use condition, the umbrella top with the umbrella with the disc seam has enough strength to meet the use requirement and can be normally used.
However, if a device with a certain weight is required to be installed at the top of the disc seam belt umbrella, because the radiation reinforcing belts at the top of the umbrella are not fixed with each other, instability exists between the device installed at the top of the umbrella and the installation fixing point, the device can only be restrained from moving along the axial direction of the umbrella surface during installation and fixation, but can not be restrained from moving along the direction of the radiation reinforcing belts, so that the device can slide along a single radiation reinforcing belt away from the center of the top of the umbrella under the dual actions of overload and impact overload in the process of opening the umbrella, the single radiation reinforcing belt can bear the force of the whole device, meanwhile, the strength of the single radiation reinforcing belt is limited, the single radiation reinforcing belt is easily broken due to overlarge local stress, and the device is separated from the umbrella, so that the function of the parachute is affected. The breakage of the radiation reinforcing belt can also influence the use times or the service life, greatly influence the safety performance of the parachute, and cause the parachute body to be damaged at the parachute and even cause safety accidents. The strength of the radiation reinforcing belt is enhanced, and the prevention of the mounting device from sliding back and forth is one of the problems which are urgently needed to be solved in the field of the current sewing belt umbrella.
