Background
In the prior art, an electronic Current Transformer (CT) is generally applied to an early digital transformer substation, and a small analog signal is transmitted between the electronic CT and a protection device, which is different from an analog signal of a traditional CT and a light signal of a photoelectric CT, and a device capable of outputting the small analog signal in the market cannot be directly used due to the non-versatility of a device interface, so that a field worker lacks a suitable verification device for verification of a checksum corresponding to the protection device of the electronic CT, which is not beneficial to maintenance work and causes a great potential safety hazard for normal operation of a power grid.
Therefore, how to provide a relay protection testing device capable of conveniently checking an electronic CT and a protection device thereof, and reducing the workload of field staff is a problem which needs to be solved in the present day.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a relay protection testing device, which solves the problems of generation and output of small analog signals, simplifies field operation steps and realizes convenient verification of an electronic CT and a protection device thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a relay protection testing device applied to an electronic current transformer and a protection device thereof, comprising: the device comprises a frequency converter, a small signal generator, a signal monitor, a change-over switch and an aviation plug;
the input end of the frequency converter is connected with an alternating current power supply, the output end of the frequency converter is connected with the input end of the small signal generator, the output end of the small signal generator is connected with the input end of the signal monitor, the output end of the signal monitor is connected with the input end of the change-over switch, and the output end of the change-over switch outputs small analog signals to the electronic current transformer or the protection device of the electronic current transformer through the aviation plug.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a relay protection testing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The device is applied to an electronic current transformer and a protection device thereof, and can comprise: frequency converter 100, small signal generator 200, signal monitor 300, change-over switch 400, and aviation plug 500;
the input end of the frequency converter 100 is connected with an ac power supply, the output end of the frequency converter 100 is connected with the input end of the small signal generator 200, the output end of the small signal generator 200 is connected with the input end of the signal monitor 300, the output end of the signal monitor 300 is connected with the input end of the change-over switch 400, and the output end of the change-over switch 400 outputs a small analog signal to the electronic current transformer or the protection device of the electronic current transformer through the aviation plug 500.
It can be appreciated that the ac power source connected to the input end of the frequency converter 100 may be an ac 220V power source, which is convenient for a worker to find on a job site and has no intersection with the dc power source in the transformer substation, thereby avoiding the risk of affecting the dc system.
Specifically, the purpose of the present embodiment is to output a high-precision small analog signal (analog small signal) directly used by the electronic CT or the electronic CT protection device according to the requirement by using the small signal generator 200, and the specific model of the small signal generator 200 can be selected by the designer, so that the present embodiment does not limit the specific model. Correspondingly, the relay protection testing device provided in this embodiment may further check the signal conditioning device between the electronic CT and the corresponding protection device, which is also not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, the signal monitor 300 in this embodiment may be a device for monitoring and displaying the small analog signal output by the small signal generator 200 in real time. For the specific structure of the signal monitor 300, that is, the specific manner of detecting and displaying the small analog signal output by the small signal generator 200, the designer may set the specific structure according to the practical situation and the user requirement, for example, the small analog signal of a phase, the small analog signal of B phase and the small analog signal of C phase, which are output by the small signal generator 200, may be monitored and displayed respectively, such as the small signal detector of a phase, the small signal detector of B phase and the small signal detector of C phase, which are set in fig. 3. The present embodiment does not impose any limitation on this.
The change-over switch 400 in this embodiment may be a switch for converting voltage or current that outputs a small analog signal to the electronic CT or the electronic CT protection device through the aviation plug 500, for example, the change-over switch 400 may control to output a small analog voltage signal of a phase, B phase and C phase, or output a small analog current signal of a phase, B phase and C phase, and a small analog voltage and current signal of a phase, B phase and C phase to the electronic CT or the electronic CT protection device through the aviation plug 500. The specific configuration of the change-over switch 400 may be set by the designer, so long as the desired small analog signal can be output to the electronic CT or the protection device of the electronic CT through the aviation plug 500, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, the aviation plug 500 may be a device for connecting with an electronic CT or a protection device of the electronic CT, and outputting a small analog signal to the electronic CT or the protection device of the electronic CT, and for a specific setting mode of the aviation plug 500, may be three aviation plugs for outputting an a-phase small analog signal, a B-phase small analog signal, and a C-phase small analog signal, respectively, such as an a-aviation plug for outputting an a-phase small analog signal, a B-aviation plug for outputting a B-phase small analog signal, and a C-aviation plug for outputting a C-phase small analog signal in fig. 3.

It will be appreciated that the selection of specific components of the first circuit breaker and the second circuit breaker may be set by the designer, and may be specifically set as different air switches (the first air switch and the second air switch) as shown in fig. 2, so long as the purposes of protecting the circuit safety and improving the service life of the components in the device can be achieved, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, in order to facilitate use of a worker, the relay protection testing device provided by this embodiment may further include: a power indicator lamp for prompting the state of the alternating current power supply; the power indicator lamp is connected with the connected alternating current power supply in parallel.
It should be noted that, the specific setting of the power indicator lamp may be as shown in fig. 3, and the normal and abnormal states of the connected ac power source are respectively displayed by the two indicator lamps, which is further convenient for the use of the staff, and the implementation does not limit the situation.
Specifically, each component in the relay protection testing device provided by the embodiment can be fixed in the box body, so that the relay protection testing device is convenient for workers to carry and use.
In the embodiment of the invention, the small signal generator is utilized to directly generate the high-precision small analog signal, the magnitude of the small analog signal value can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the requirement, and the transmission and detection of the aviation plug-in small analog signal corresponding to the electronic CT and the protection device thereof are used to ensure plug-and-play, so that the problems of generating and outputting the small analog signal are solved, the field operation steps are simplified, and the convenient verification of the electronic CT and the protection device thereof is realized.
