Abstract
The application provides a handle structure and an air conditioner outdoor unit with the same. The handle structure includes: the handle body is provided with a connecting side which is used for being connected with the installation foundation, and the handle body is provided with a concave part; the elastic buckle is arranged in the concave part and is used for being abutted with the installation base. Background
In the prior art, the handle structure of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is made of PP materials, the peripheral thickness of the handle structure is consistent (4.0 mm), and the handle structure is provided with a buckle, so that the handle structure is very high in rigidity and is not elastic. Because the sheet metal component in the prior art is also in rigid connection with the lifting handle during assembly, the problem of low tightness during the use of the lifting handle structure for mounting on the sheet metal component is caused. Further, handles in the prior art are matched with sheet metal parts of different types, the sizes of the assembly thicknesses (1.3 mm) of the sheet metal parts of different types are inconsistent, and the difference between the upper tolerance and the lower tolerance is up to 1.0mm, so that the problems of loosening, movement, difficult assembly and the like of the handles produced in the prior art are easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The application mainly aims to provide a handle structure and an air conditioner outdoor unit with the same, so as to solve the problem that the handle structure in the prior art is easy to have low tightness.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a handle structure comprising: the handle body is provided with a connecting side which is used for being connected with the installation foundation, and the handle body is provided with a concave part; the elastic buckle is arranged in the concave part and is used for being abutted with the installation base.

Further, the concave part is arranged on the outer surface of the connecting side, and the side wall of the concave part opposite to the connecting side is connected with the elastic buckle.

As shown in connection with fig. 1-5, a handle structure is provided according to an embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, the handle structure includes a handle body 10 and an elastic buckle 20. The handle body 10 has a connection side for connection with a mounting base, the handle body 10 having a recess 11. The elastic buckle 20 is disposed in the recess 11, and the elastic buckle 20 is used for abutting against the mounting base.

Preferably, the resilient catch 20 comprises a first catch section 21 and a sealing boss 22. The first end of the first snap-in section 21 is connected to a side wall of the recess 11 opposite to the connection side, and the second end of the first snap-in section 21 extends along the bottom of the recess 11 towards the connection side. The sealing boss 22 is connected with the end of the second end of the first buckle section 21, and the end of the sealing boss 22 is used for abutting against the mounting base. The recess 11 is a U-shaped recess with an opening at one side, and the U-shaped recess includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall and a third sidewall connected with the first sidewall respectively, the first sidewall is opposite to the opening, a first end of the first fastening section 21 is connected with the first sidewall, and an end of the sealing boss 22 is flush with the opening. The contact area between the elastic buckle 20 and the sheet metal part can be improved through the arrangement, and the sealing performance between the sheet metal parts in the handle structure domain is further improved.
The first fastening section 21 and the second side wall, and the first fastening section 21 and the third side wall are arranged with a distance therebetween to form a sealant position. The width of the sealant was 0.7mm. When the handle structure is installed on the sheet metal part, a layer of sealant is coated on the concave part, and the sealant is immersed between the elastic buckle 20 and the side wall of the concave part and between the elastic buckle 20 and the sheet metal part along the sealant position, so that the purpose of further sealing is achieved.
In order to improve the sealability of the handle structure, a plurality of elastic buckles 20 may be provided, the plurality of elastic buckles 20 are disposed at intervals along the circumference of the connection side, and a sealing protrusion 30 is disposed between at least two adjacent elastic buckles 20 of the plurality of elastic buckles 20.
To increase the stability of the handle structure, the handle structure further includes a connection flange 40 and tamper-proof ribs 50. The attachment flange 40 is attached to the attachment side, the attachment flange 40 extending outwardly away from the handle body 10. The anti-channeling ribs 50 are disposed on the outer surface of the connection side, and the plurality of anti-channeling ribs 50 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the connection side.
Wherein, the handle structure still includes the assembly draw-in groove. The fitting card groove includes a first fitting groove 61 and a second fitting groove 62. The first assembly groove 61 is formed on the first surface of the handle body 10 and located between the elastic buckle 20 and the connection flange 40, and the anti-channeling rib 50 is disposed in the first assembly groove 61. The second assembly groove 62 is formed on a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the anti-channeling ribs 50 are disposed in the first assembly groove 61.
In order to improve the elasticity of the elastic buckle 20, the handle body 10 and the elastic buckle 20 are integrally injection molded from PEP material.
The handle structure in the above embodiment may also be used in the technical field of air conditioner apparatuses, that is, according to another aspect of the present application, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided. The outdoor unit comprises a handle structure, and the handle structure is the handle structure in the embodiment. Specifically, the handle structure includes a handle body 10 and an elastic buckle 20. The handle body 10 has a connection side for connection with a mounting base, the handle body 10 having a recess 11. The elastic buckle 20 is disposed in the recess 11, and the elastic buckle 20 is used for abutting against the mounting base.

As shown in fig. 1, the two elastic buckles are provided with the glue positions with the thickness of 0.7mm, and the glue positions with the thickness of 0.7mm not only enable the handles to have the sealing and waterproof functions, but also enable the two buckles to have certain elasticity, so that the two elastic buckles are easy to assemble during production, and meanwhile, the glue thickness of 0.7mm effectively keeps the buckles in the original state and cannot deform. The handle structure is easy to assemble, firm to install and high in stability.
The handle structure is suitable for sheet metal parts of different types, key assembly thicknesses (1.3 mm) of the sheet metal parts of different types are inconsistent in size, and the elastic buckle and the sealing bulge have the assembly effect of improving sealing performance.
In the assembly sheet metal component of handle, the elastic buckle is to sealing glue position pressurized, so all roots at the elastic buckle all set up sealing glue position and play the guard action.

and the sealing boss (22) is connected with the end part of the second end of the first buckling section (21), and the end part of the sealing boss (22) is used for being abutted with the mounting base.
2. Handle structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the recess (11) is provided on the outer surface of the connection side, the side wall of the recess (11) opposite to the connection side being connected to the elastic catch (20).

Handle structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the recess (11) is a U-shaped recess with one side open, the U-shaped recess comprising a first side wall and a second and a third side wall connected to the first side wall, respectively, the first side wall being arranged opposite to the opening, the first end of the first snap section (21) being connected to the first side wall, the end of the sealing boss (22) being flush with the opening.
4. A handle structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the first fastening section (21) and the second side wall and the first fastening section (21) and the third side wall are arranged with a distance between them to form a sealing glue station.
