Claims (5)

1. An elongated upright post type lifting support frame with a pulley, which is used for lifting and supporting a display on a working surface, and is characterized by comprising:
a plate-shaped base arranged on the working surface;
the upper section of the upright post is provided with a containing chute along the longitudinal direction along the surface facing the display; the length dimension and the width dimension of the cross section of the elongated upright post are similar;
the two cross sections are U-shaped rail grooves, two U-shaped openings are respectively fixed on two opposite inner side walls of the containing chute in a vertical parallel manner and opposite to each other;
the lifting module comprises a pitching frame which is approximately U-shaped, a bearing plate fixedly connected to the pitching frame and used for being connected with a display, and a lifting sliding piece which is formed by metal die casting and is approximately plate-shaped and integrated, wherein the front part of the lifting sliding piece is pivoted in the U-shaped opening of the pitching frame through a pivot so that the pitching frame can perform pitching swinging relative to the lifting sliding piece to adjust the visual angle; the two side surfaces of the rear part of the lifting sliding part are respectively fixedly provided with fixed shafts along the axis in the horizontal direction at intervals along the up-down direction, each fixed shaft is pivoted with a rolling bearing, and the rolling bearing is positioned in the U-shaped opening of the rail groove and can roll along the longitudinal direction of the rail groove; each rolling bearing further comprises an outer ring, an inner ring, a plurality of rolling bodies and a retainer corresponding to the plurality of rolling bodies;
the spring accommodating piece is fixedly arranged on the upright posts above the tops of the two rail grooves; and
at least one constant force spring which is formed by winding an elastic long thin steel sheet and comprises a winding end and a stretching end opposite to the winding end, wherein the winding end is slidably arranged on the spring accommodating piece and is positioned above the tops of the two rail grooves; the rotation axis is parallel to the common plane of the two rail grooves and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rail grooves, the stretching end is connected to the lifting sliding piece, and the stretching end moves up and down along the rear wall of the containing chute in a gap formed between the rear wall and one side surface of the outer parts of the two rail grooves;
when the lifting module moves up and down along the rail groove guide path, the constant force spring can provide an elastic force for balancing so that the display can stop at any time;
at least one plastic grinding reduction block is arranged on each side face of the lifting sliding piece plate body, and is abutted against one side edge of the U-shaped opening of the adjacent rail groove and slides up and down;
the pivot shaft further comprises two torsion springs sleeved on the pivot shaft and respectively arranged at two sides of the lifting sliding piece plate body, and two ends of each torsion spring respectively support against the lifting sliding piece and the pitching frame to balance the component force of partial gravity of the display;
the fixed force springs are arranged up and down, the spring accommodating parts are two rotating shafts with horizontal axes and along the left and right directions, the two rotating shafts are arranged at the top of the upright post and are arranged up and down, the winding ends of the two fixed force springs are respectively sleeved on the two rotating shafts and can slide, and the two stretching ends of the two fixed force springs are connected to the lifting sliding parts so as to jointly provide balanced elastic force;
the device further comprises a left-right swinging pivot component which is connected between the upright post and the base, so that the upright post can swing left and right relative to the working surface;
the lower part of the upright post and the left-right swing pivot assembly are correspondingly provided with a pair of mutually matched wedge-shaped concave-convex pairs along the vertical direction for tightly and conveniently connecting the two; the device further comprises a manual tightening screw used for manually and quickly assembling and disassembling the bottom of the upright post and the left-right swinging pivot component in the vertical direction.

The elongated upright lift frame with sled of claim 1 wherein said steel sheet of said constant force spring is formed by two or three substantially similar steel sheets integrally wound in close proximity to each other to increase the spring force in response to a corresponding multiple increase in the overall dimension of the wound end; the spring accommodating part is a plastic part, the upper surface of the spring accommodating part is provided with a concave cambered surface, and the winding end is arranged on the concave cambered surface in a sliding way.

The elongated upright lifting support with a pulley according to claim 1, wherein the front and rear sides of the upright are respectively provided with a front cover and an aluminum alloy rear cover for covering the upright, the appearance is better, wherein the upper part of the front cover is vertically provided with a corresponding long groove for the lifting sliding piece passing through the long groove to lift up and down; the lower section of the upright post is provided with a threading hole penetrating in the front-back direction, and the front cover and the aluminum alloy rear cover are correspondingly arranged and used for enabling cables of the display to pass through.

The elongated upright lift frame with sled of claim 1 wherein the lift module further comprises a self-rotating pivot assembly disposed between the tilt frame and the receiving plate for enabling the display to pivot about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the receiving plate for further adjustment of the viewing angle of the display.

An elongated upright lift support with sled of claim 1 wherein the upright is a steel sheet stamping or aluminum alloy die cast or longitudinal aluminum extrusion, each cross-sectional profile of the upright is generally rectangular, the rectangle having a length of less than 40 mm and a width of less than 35 mm.
