The constant force spring assembly comprises a constant force spring and a lifting hook, wherein one end of the lifting hook penetrates through the bearing rod and then is connected with the middle pipe, and the other end of the lifting hook is sleeved with the constant force spring pre-pressed on the bearing rod.
The bearing rod is a hollow rod.

The medium outlet of the three-way component 4 is arranged downwards, the two ends of the three-way component on the same straight line are respectively connected with the balance corrugated pipe B3 and the working corrugated pipe 7, the axis of the bearing rod 5 is parallel to the axis of the expansion joint and is arranged right above the expansion joint after installation, the bearing rod 5 is provided with three supporting points which are arranged on the same straight line and support the bearing rod 5 in the direction of the axis of the expansion joint, the stress of the three supporting points is vertical upwards, two supporting points are arranged on the expansion joint three-way component, and the middle pipe is additionally provided with a constant force spring component, so that the weight of the middle pipe and the working medium is reduced. An upward spring lifting force F is preset in the constant force spring assembly 9, and the spring lifting force F is equal to the weight of the middle pipe and the working medium. The structure can effectively prevent the expansion joint corrugated pipe from deforming due to the weight of the intermediate pipe and the working medium, and effectively reduces the safety risk of the expansion joint. The working performance of the expansion joint is ensured, the safety and reliability of the expansion joint are improved, and the normal operation of the pipe system is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, the constant force spring assembly 9 includes a constant force spring 13 and a hook 11, one end of the hook 11 passes through the bearing rod 5 and is connected to the middle tube 8, and the other end of the hook 11 is sleeved with the constant force spring 13 pre-pressed on the bearing rod 5. A lifting lug can be arranged on the middle pipe 8, the lifting hook 11 is hooked on the lifting lug, the height of the bearing rod 5 at the supporting point can be adjusted by utilizing the structure, and meanwhile, a certain pressure reducing effect is achieved. In order to protect the constant force spring 13, a spring box 14 can be additionally arranged above the bearing rod 5, and a lifting hook 11 sleeved with the constant force spring 13 is arranged in the spring box 14.

As can be seen from figures 3 and 5, the lifting lug is composed of vertical plates which are parallel to each other and a cross rod which penetrates through the two vertical plates to be fixed, one end of a lifting hook 11 is hooked on the cross rod, and according to the height of a saddle, the angle of the lifting hook is adjusted to ensure that the height of a bearing rod on three supporting points is consistent, so that the axis of the bearing rod is completely parallel to the axis of an expansion joint.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, in order to reduce the installation weight, the bearing rod is a hollow rod with high bearing capacity, the cross section of the hollow rod is of a frame-shaped structure, so that the nut can be conveniently screwed on the surface of the bearing rod 5, and meanwhile, the height positioning is conveniently carried out.
