Technical Field
The present invention relates to a floor mopping device, and more particularly, to a cart type floor mopping device.
Background
At present, a lot of mopping devices for home services are mainly divided into manual mops and machine mops, but the number of practical mopping devices is small. The existing sweeping robot has a sweeping function, but a dirty place still cannot be separated effectively, the sweeping coverage is not comprehensive enough, and meanwhile, the robot collides frequently and has low mopping force; when the mop is used for mopping the floor manually, the mop cannot be used for mopping the floor in an all-around way, and time and labor are wasted.

Preferably, a transmission mechanism is arranged between the driving mechanism and the mop; the driving mechanism can drive the mop to rotate through the transmission mechanism under the condition that the driving mechanism is started.
Preferably, the driving mechanism is a motor, the transmission mechanism comprises a bevel gear, one end of the bevel gear is connected with a rotating shaft of the motor, the other end of the bevel gear is connected with a bevel gear head at the top of the mop supporting mechanism, and the axial direction of the bevel gear is perpendicular to the axial direction of the bevel gear head.

Therefore, the mop 4 can rotate stably and quickly by means of the rotation of the transmission mechanism.
In the present invention, the specific structure of the driving mechanism and the transmission mechanism can be selected in a wide range, but in order to further improve the stability of the rotation of the mop 4, preferably, the driving mechanism is a motor 1, the transmission mechanism comprises a bevel gear 2, one end of the bevel gear 2 is connected with the rotating shaft of the motor 1, the other end is connected with the bevel gear head at the top of the mop supporting mechanism 3, and the axial direction of the bevel gear 2 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the bevel gear head. Therefore, by means of the matching of the bevel gear 2 and the head of the bevel gear, the motor 1 can quickly and stably drive the mop supporting mechanism 3 to rotate around the vertical direction, and further drive the mop 4 to rotate around the vertical direction.
Meanwhile, in the present invention, the fixing manner of the mop 4 can be selected in a wide range, but in order to further facilitate the taking and fixing of the mop 4, it is preferable that the mop support mechanism 3 is provided with a moving groove 5, and the mop 4 is fixed in the moving groove 5.
In order to further improve the water spraying effect of the cart type floor drain, it is preferable that a water separator 12 is provided in the housing 9, and the water separator 12 can spray the water in the water tank 10 to the floor through a plurality of water spray ports. The ground can be moistened in an express way through the water distributor 12, and then the cleaning effect of the ground can be improved.
In order to prevent the floor from slipping, it is preferable that a dryer 8 is provided under the base 6 in consideration of water remaining on the floor after cleaning. The specific structure of the dryer 8 can be selected in a wide range, but in order to further improve the drying effect, preferably, the dryer 8 is composed of a fan, a resistance wire and a power supply, and the fan and the resistance wire are respectively electrically connected with the power supply. Therefore, the resistance wire can generate heat, and then the fan blows hot air to the ground to accelerate the volatilization of the moisture on the ground.
In the present invention, in order to facilitate the traveling of the cart type floor mopping device, it is preferable that a plurality of pulleys 7 are provided below the base 6.
Most preferably, an upper cover is preferably provided on the top of the housing 9 in order to facilitate replacement of the mop 4 after cleaning.
