Abstract

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a small washing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a cabinet 1, a tub 2, and a central duct 3. Alternatively, the small washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the present invention may be a pulsator washing machine.
Specifically, the tub 2 is provided in the cabinet 1, the tub 2 defines a chamber 23 therein, one end of the central duct 3 is in communication with the chamber 23, and the central duct 3 has a return air opening 31 provided at the bottom of the tub 2.
In other words, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cabinet 1 may be formed as a housing of the small washing machine 100, the tub 2 is provided inside the housing of the small washing machine 100, a chamber 23 is defined inside the tub 2, an inner tub (not shown) of the small washing machine 100 is provided inside the chamber 23 and communicates with the chamber 23, wash water is provided inside the chamber 23 when washing is performed, and a drain opening (not shown) through which the wash water inside the tub 2 may be drained is provided on the tub 2.
The central duct 3 may be formed as a hollow structure for air circulation, and the central duct 3 may be provided with a return air port 31, so that when the small washing machine 100 performs water drainage, the return air port 31 may perform a return air function of the tub 2, thereby maintaining the balance of the air pressure inside and outside the tub 2. Specifically, one end of the central duct 3 communicates with the chamber 23 and the other end communicates with the outside of the chamber 23, and the return air port 31 may be provided at the other end of the central duct 3 (i.e., the lower end of the central duct 3), that is, the return air port 31 is provided at the bottom of the tub 2. The air return effect can be realized by arranging the central pipeline 3, the assembly of the small washing machine 100 is convenient, and the optimized design of the small washing machine 100 is facilitated to reduce the volume and the occupied space of the small washing machine 100.
According to the small washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the central duct 3, one end of the central duct 3 communicates with the chamber 23 of the tub 2, and the central duct 3 has the return air port 31 provided at the bottom of the tub 2, thereby facilitating the assembly of the small washing machine 100, facilitating the optimized design of the small washing machine 100 to reduce the volume and the occupied space of the small washing machine 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the return air opening 31 may be connected to a water level sensor provided above or below the tub 2 through an extension pipe. Meanwhile, after the extension pipe extends for a certain length from the air return opening 31 at the bottom of the water holding barrel, the air pressure in the pipe tends to be stable, and the signal acquisition precision of the water level sensor is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the opening of the return air opening 31 may be downward, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the return air opening 31 is provided at the lower end of the central duct 3, and the lower end surface of the central duct 3 may be opened to form the return air opening 31, so that the structure of the central duct 3 may be simplified and the return air opening 31 may facilitate the return air.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the center duct 3 may be formed as a straight pipe extending in a vertical direction, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the center duct 3 is provided at a side portion of the tub 2 and extends in an axial direction of the tub 2, whereby not only a production process of the center duct 3 may be simplified, but also assembly of the center duct 3 may be facilitated, and circulation of air inside the center duct 3 may be facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a mounting portion 21 may be provided on an outer wall surface of a lower portion of the tub 2, and the center duct 3 is mounted in the mounting portion 21. The center duct 3 may be mounted on the tub 2 through the mounting portion 21, thereby facilitating mounting and fixing of the center duct 3 and also facilitating communication of the center duct 3 with the chamber 23 of the tub 2.
Alternatively, the mounting portion 21 may be provided with a passage 22 communicating with the chamber 23, the central duct 3 being plugged into the passage 22. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a mounting portion 21 is provided at a lower portion of the tub 2, the mounting portion 21 defines a passage 22 therein, a lower end of the passage 22 communicates with the chamber 23, an upper end of the central duct 3 is inserted into the passage 22 and communicates with the passage 22, and a lower end of the central duct 3 protrudes out of the passage 22 and communicates with the outside of the tub 2. Thereby, the passage 22 through the mounting portion 21 not only facilitates communication between the central conduit 3 and the chamber 23, but also facilitates fixation of the central conduit 3 by the mounting portion 21.
Alternatively, the lower end of the passage 22 may be open, and the central tube 3 is provided with a tube cover 32 adapted to close off the lower end of the passage 22. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a cap 32 may be provided at a lower portion of the central tube 3, an upper end of the central tube 3 may be extended into the passage 22 from a lower end of the passage 22, and the cap 32 is connected to the lower end of the passage 22 to close off a lower end opening of the passage 22. Thereby, the air return action of the central duct 3 is ensured while preventing water from flowing out of the lower end of the passage 22.
Further, the tube cover 32 may be integrally formed with the center tube 3. Thereby, the structural strength of the central duct 3 and the duct cover 32 can be improved, the installation steps of the small washing machine 100 can be simplified, the installation of the duct cover 32 and the central duct 3 is facilitated, and the installation complexity of the small washing machine 100 can be reduced.
Alternatively, the upper end of the channel 22 is closed and the lower part is in communication with the chamber 23, the radial dimension of the channel 22 being greater than the radial dimension of the central duct 3, the upper end of the central duct 3 being inserted in the upper end of the channel 22 and spaced from the upper end of the channel 22. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the passage 22 extends in the vertical direction and has a radial dimension greater than the proceeding dimension of the central duct 3, whereby the central duct 3 can be inserted directly into the passage 22. The lower end of the passage 22 is connected to the lower portion of the tub 2, the upper end of the passage 22 is located above the bottom wall of the tub 2, and the upper end of the central duct 3 is disposed adjacent to the upper end of the passage 22 and spaced apart from the upper end of the passage 22, so that the communication of the central duct 3 with the passage 22 can be secured while the water in the passage 22 is prevented from flowing out through the central duct 3.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the length of the central duct 3 that may protrude out of the bottom wall of the tub 2 is 10-30 mm. In other words, the distance between the lower end of the central duct 3 and the bottom wall of the tub 2 is 10-30 mm. The return air port 31 is arranged at the lower end of the central pipeline 3, so that the return air of the return air port 31 is facilitated, the assembly of the central pipeline 3 is facilitated, and the central pipeline 3 and the base of the machine body 1 are ensured to be avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the small washing machine 100 may further include a handle 11, and the handle 11 may be pivotally mounted on the machine body 1. Therefore, the small washing machine 100 can be conveniently moved and carried, the handle 11 can be turned to a position convenient for a user to manually move the small washing machine 100 when the small washing machine 100 is moved through the pivotable design of the handle 11, and when the handle 11 is not used, as shown in fig. 2, the handle 11 can be put down and retracted, so that the occupied space of the small washing machine 100 is reduced, and the handle 11 is conveniently retracted.
Other constructions and operations of the small washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (9)
1. A small washing machine, characterized by comprising:
a body;
a tub provided within the cabinet, the tub defining a chamber therein;
a central duct having one end communicating with the chamber and having a return air port provided at a bottom of the tub;
the outer wall surface of the lower part of the water containing barrel is provided with a mounting part, and the central pipeline is mounted in the mounting part; a channel communicated with the cavity is arranged in the mounting part, and the central pipeline is inserted in the channel; the upper end of the channel is closed, the lower part of the channel is communicated with the chamber, and the upper end of the central pipeline is inserted into the upper end of the channel and is spaced from the upper end of the channel; the return air port is arranged at the lower end of the central pipeline.
2. The small washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opening of the return air opening is downward.
3. The small washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the central duct is formed as a straight pipe extending in a vertical direction.
4. The small washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the passage is open at a lower end thereof, and a pipe cover adapted to block the lower end of the passage is provided on the central pipe.
5. The small washing machine as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the radial dimension of said passage is greater than the radial dimension of said central duct.
6. The small washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the duct cover is integrally formed with the center duct.
7. The small washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the central duct has a length of 10-30mm protruding from the bottom wall of the tub.
8. The small washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the return air port is connected to a water level sensor provided above or below the tub through an extension pipe.
9. The small washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine.
