The television terminal 8 can be a DTV television, an IPTV television or an OTT television, the television terminal servers 2 connected to different types of televisions are also different, the television terminal server 2 is a DTV terminal server, an IPTV terminal server or an OTT terminal server, each television can be connected to 1 or more different television terminal servers to obtain different television resources, and the advertisement push frequency information of each television terminal includes DTV terminal advertisement push frequency information, IPTV terminal advertisement push frequency information and/or OTT terminal advertisement push frequency information, and is used for pushing advertisement information when different television resources are obtained in the corresponding television terminal 8.
The invention takes the unique identification number information as effective connection, identifies the mobile terminal 7 and the television terminal 8 in the same family in the advertisement putting activity, simultaneously identifies the nearby outdoor terminal 6 user, then eliminates the advertisements played by the terminals, and simultaneously judges the running state of the mobile terminal 7 user so as to judge the pushed video advertisement or audio advertisement, thereby enabling the advertisement to surround the mobile terminal to carry out exposure frequency control, avoiding exposure waste, enhancing effective exposure of the advertisement on the one hand, reducing brand damage and advertisement cost waste caused by overexposure on the other hand, and simultaneously ensuring good safety when the user views the advertisement.

The signal transceiving module 12 receives a mobile terminal identification number, position information and speed information sent by a mobile terminal server, the mobile terminal identification number is sent to the home terminal identification module 4, the home terminal identification module 4 identifies a mobile terminal identification number and a television terminal identification number of the same home, and the information retrieval module 13 searches for corresponding advertisement push frequency information according to the mobile terminal identification number, the television terminal identification number and a nearby outdoor terminal identification number. The advertisement pushing frequency information is sent to the frequency control module 14, the frequency control module 14 prevents excessive pushing of the same advertisement according to the frequency of pushing the advertisement to the mobile terminal 7, after the pushed advertisement number is selected, the advertisement configuration module 15 searches for the selected advertisement and sends the advertisement information to the information transceiver module 11, and the information transceiver module 11 sends the advertisement information and the data information to the mobile terminal server 1.

the advertisement judging module 34 is configured to judge an advertisement being played by the outdoor terminal 6 when the mobile terminal 7 reaches each outdoor terminal 6, and send an advertisement identification number or an advertisement number to the frequency control module 14;
the running state determination module 35: for judging the driving state of the mobile terminal 7 according to the speed information sent by the mobile terminal 7;
the map module 31, the path judgment module 32, the speed calculation module 33 and the advertisement judgment module 34 are connected in sequence, and the map module 31, the path judgment module 32, the speed calculation module 33, the advertisement judgment module 34 and the driving state judgment module 35 are all connected with the control module 17.
The position of each outdoor terminal 6 is stored on a map in the map module 31, the position information of the mobile terminal 7 is received and then added into the map, the driving state of the mobile terminal 7 is judged by the driving judgment module 35, if the mobile terminal is in a walking or riding state, the path of the mobile terminal 7 is calculated by the path judgment module 32, then the outdoor terminal 6 on the path is searched in the map module 31, the speed of the mobile terminal user is calculated by the speed calculation module 33, the time of the mobile terminal 7 reaching each outdoor terminal 6 on the path is calculated, the advertisement number or identification number displayed by the outdoor terminal 6 at the corresponding time is screened by the advertisement judgment module 34, then the advertisement number or identification number is sent to the frequency control module 14, and the advertisement number or identification number is removed by the frequency control module 14.

s1, the advertiser server establishes a storage advertisement library, a mobile terminal identification number library, a television terminal identification number library, a household terminal library, an outdoor terminal identification number library, an outdoor terminal map library and a mobile terminal position library, records advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the television terminal identification number, and records advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the outdoor terminal identification number information, wherein the advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the television terminal identification number comprises DTV terminal advertisement push frequency, IPTV terminal advertisement push frequency and/or OTT terminal advertisement push frequency; the family terminal library records all mobile terminal identification numbers and television terminal identification numbers corresponding to the family identification numbers in a family, and the outdoor terminal can be an advertisement screen installed in a community, an advertisement screen in an elevator, an advertisement screen on a commercial center or a commercial building and the like.

The mobile terminal and the television terminal in the same family are identified in the advertising campaign by taking the unique identification number information as effective connection, the nearby outdoor terminal 6 users are identified simultaneously, the advertisements played by the terminals are eliminated, and the running state of the mobile terminal user is judged to judge the pushed video advertisement or audio advertisement, so that the advertisements can be subjected to exposure frequency control around the mobile terminal, the exposure waste is avoided, the effective exposure of the advertisements is enhanced, the brand damage caused by overexposure and the waste of advertisement cost are reduced on the one hand, and meanwhile, the safety of the user is good when the advertisements are viewed.

In this embodiment, the 2 advertisement libraries distinguish between stored audio advertisements and video advertisements by dividing the advertisement library into an audio advertisement identification library and a video advertisement identification library.
Example four
Typically, the same advertisement will be divided into a video portion and an audio portion, where the video portion and the audio portion in combination are the video advertisement and the audio portion alone is the audio advertisement. There may be a possibility that an audio advertisement is pushed to the mobile terminal, but the audio advertisement and a certain video advertisement belong to the same advertisement, and according to the method in the third embodiment, the video advertisement corresponding to the audio advertisement cannot be removed after the audio advertisement is pushed. It may happen that after the audio advertisement has been pushed, it is possible to push the video advertisement. Causing repeated pushing, the present embodiment solves this problem.
The difference between this embodiment and the second embodiment is: the advertisement library is stored with all advertisement numbers, the advertisement identification number is formed by combining the advertisement numbers and the type identification numbers, the advertisement numbers are used for distinguishing each advertisement, the same advertisement also comprises a video advertisement and/or an audio advertisement, and the video advertisement and the audio advertisement are distinguished through the type identification numbers; each advertisement can be searched through the advertisement identification number, so when the advertisement identification number is named, the advertisement number of the same advertisement is the same whether the advertisement is a video advertisement or an audio advertisement, and the difference is only that the type identification number is different.

EXAMPLE five
The present embodiment is different from the third embodiment or the fourth embodiment in that a long-term active location, such as a unit or a family, of each mobile terminal is further stored in the step 1, and the long-term active location is calculated according to the data of the location information of the mobile terminal acquired in the past step S3; in step S3, an outdoor terminal identification number near the long-term activity position is also searched, and corresponding advertisement push frequency information is called according to the outdoor terminal identification number. This step is used to find out the outdoor terminals near the mobile terminal's home and/or business, which have a high probability of broadcasting the advertisements to the mobile terminal's user. Therefore, the advertisements played by the outdoor terminals are eliminated, and the repeated pushing of the advertisements is further prevented. When the operator server calls the advertisement push frequency information of the outdoor terminal and the mobile terminal, the operator server generally only calls the advertisement push frequency information within 24 hours, firstly, the advertisement is prevented from being pushed after being pushed completely, and secondly, the frequency of pushing the same advertisement once per day is within the range which can be received by general users.
Preferably, in step S64, security alarm information is also pushed to the mobile terminal to remind the user to pay attention to security when using the mobile terminal. The user still uses the mobile terminal during walking, and the behavior has potential safety hazards, so the operator server pushes safety alarm information to the mobile terminal in the step to remind the user of the safety operation of the mobile terminal. In step S3, comparing the position information received this time with the position information received last time within the first predetermined time, and searching for an outdoor terminal identification number on the path when the distance between the two position information is greater than the predetermined distance; in step S51, the corresponding advertisement push frequency is searched according to the outdoor terminal identification number on the path, and the advertisement push frequency information pushed in the second predetermined time is added to the temporary selected advertisement library. By calculating the path of the user, outdoor terminals on the path of the user are searched, advertisements played on the outdoor terminals are removed, and the advertisements are likely to be seen when the user walks or rides the car, so that repeated pushing is further prevented. Preferably, the step S51 further calculates an average speed of the user on the path, calculates an arrival time of the user at each outdoor terminal position according to the average speed and the path, and filters an advertisement number or an advertisement identification number played at the corresponding arrival time of each outdoor terminal on the path to be added to the temporarily selected advertisement library. By calculating the approximate time of the user reaching each large screen, the advertisements played by the outdoor terminals within the time range are removed, and theoretically, the user cannot see the advertisements played by the outdoor terminals outside the time range, so that the removed advertisements are more accurate.

the mobile terminal server is used for storing data information provided for the mobile terminal, acquiring and identifying a request data packet sent by the mobile terminal, sending the data information and the advertisement information to the mobile terminal, sending a target mobile terminal identification number, position information and speed information in the data request packet to the advertiser server, and receiving the advertisement information sent by the advertiser server;
the television terminal server is used for storing data information provided for the television terminal, acquiring and identifying a request data packet sent by the television terminal, sending the data information and advertisement information to the television terminal, sending a television terminal identification number in the data request packet to the advertiser server, and receiving the advertisement information sent by the advertiser server, wherein the television terminal server is a DTV terminal server, an IPTV terminal server or an OTT terminal server;
the system comprises an advertiser server, a mobile terminal identification number base, a television terminal identification number base, a family terminal base, an outdoor terminal identification number base, mobile terminal advertisement push frequency information, television terminal advertisement push frequency information, outdoor terminal advertisement push frequency information, an outdoor terminal map base and a mobile terminal position base, wherein each television terminal advertisement push frequency information comprises DTV terminal advertisement push frequency information, IPTV terminal advertisement push frequency information and/or OTT terminal advertisement push frequency information; the advertiser server receives the mobile terminal identification number, the position information and the speed information which are pushed by the mobile terminal server, and receives the television terminal identification number which is pushed by the television terminal server; the method comprises the steps that a terminal identification number is sent to a home terminal identification module, position information and speed information are sent to a map server, then a mobile terminal identification number and a television terminal identification number in the same home user sent by the home terminal identification module are received, and an outdoor terminal identification number near a target mobile terminal and a driving state of the target mobile terminal sent by the map server are received; searching for mobile terminal advertisement push frequency information according to a mobile terminal identification number, searching for television terminal advertisement push frequency information according to the television terminal advertisement push frequency information, searching for outdoor terminal advertisement push frequency information according to an outdoor terminal identification number, removing advertisements in the mobile terminal advertisement push frequency information, the television terminal advertisement push frequency information and the outdoor terminal advertisement push frequency information near a target mobile terminal in the same household from an advertisement library, and screening advertisements in the rest advertisements and sending the advertisements to a mobile terminal server, a DTV terminal server, an IPTV terminal server or an OTT terminal server;
the home terminal identification module is used for searching all mobile terminal identification numbers and television terminal identification numbers in the same home according to the terminal identification numbers and then sending the mobile terminal identification numbers and the television terminal identification numbers to the advertiser server;
the map server is used for receiving the position information and the speed information of the mobile terminal sent by the advertiser server, marking the position information of the mobile terminal and the outdoor terminal on the map, judging the driving state of the mobile terminal and sending the driving state to the advertiser server;
the outdoor terminal is used for receiving the advertisement information sent by the advertiser server and playing the advertisement information;
the mobile terminal is used for sending a request data packet to the mobile terminal server, receiving the data information and the advertisement information and then displaying the data information and the advertisement information;
the television terminal is used for sending a request data packet to the television terminal server, receiving the data information and the advertisement information and then displaying the data information and the advertisement information;

2. The advertising system of claim 1, wherein the advertiser server comprises the following modules:
the storage module is used for storing an advertisement library, a mobile terminal identification number library, a television terminal identification number library, a family terminal library, an outdoor terminal identification number library, mobile terminal advertisement push frequency information, television terminal advertisement push frequency information, outdoor terminal advertisement push frequency information, an outdoor terminal map library and a mobile terminal position library;
the system comprises a signal transceiving module, a television terminal server and a map server, wherein the signal transceiving module is used for receiving a mobile terminal identification number, position information and speed information which are pushed by the mobile terminal server, receiving a television terminal identification number which is pushed by the television terminal server, receiving a mobile terminal identification number and a television terminal identification number in the same family which are sent by a family terminal identification module, receiving an outdoor terminal identification number near a target mobile terminal and a running state of the target mobile terminal which are sent by the map server, and sending advertisement information to the mobile terminal server or the television terminal server;
the information retrieval module is used for searching corresponding advertisement push frequency information according to the mobile terminal identification number, the television terminal identification number and the outdoor terminal identification number;
the frequency control module receives the driving state of the mobile terminal, selects a video advertisement or an audio advertisement according to the driving state of the mobile terminal, and simultaneously screens an advertisement identification number corresponding to an advertisement which is not pushed or an advertisement with a lower pushing frequency according to advertisement pushing frequency information to serve as a selected advertisement identification number;
the advertisement configuration module is used for calling the corresponding advertisement from the storage module according to the selected advertisement identification number and sending the advertisement to the signal receiving and sending module;
the signal receiving and transmitting module, the information retrieval module, the frequency control module and the advertisement configuration module are all connected with the control module, and the information retrieval module and the advertisement configuration module are all connected with the storage module.
3. The advertising system of claim 2, wherein the map server comprises the following modules:
the map module is used for storing a map and marking the position information of the outdoor terminal and the position information of the mobile terminal in the map;
the path judgment module is used for judging the paths of the mobile terminals according to the position information of the plurality of groups of mobile terminals;
the speed calculation module is used for calculating the average speed of the mobile terminal on the path according to the position information and the time information of the plurality of groups of mobile terminals and then calculating the time when the mobile terminal reaches each outdoor terminal on the path;
the advertisement judging module is used for judging the advertisement which is played by the outdoor terminal when the mobile terminal reaches each outdoor terminal and sending the advertisement identification number or the advertisement number to the frequency control module;
a driving state judgment module: the system comprises a speed information acquisition module, a speed information processing module and a control module, wherein the speed information acquisition module is used for acquiring speed information of the mobile terminal;
the map module, the path judgment module, the speed calculation module and the advertisement judgment module are connected in sequence, and the map module, the path judgment module, the speed calculation module, the advertisement judgment module and the driving state judgment module are all connected with the control module.

An advertisement delivery method of the advertisement delivery system according to claim 1, comprising a family and an outdoor terminal, wherein the family comprises a television terminal and a mobile terminal, each television terminal corresponds to a television terminal identification number, each mobile terminal corresponds to a mobile terminal identification number, and the mobile terminal identification number, the television terminal identification number and the outdoor terminal identification number are terminal identification numbers, and the mobile terminal advertisement delivery method comprises the following steps:
s1, the advertiser server establishes a storage advertisement library, a mobile terminal identification number library, a television terminal identification number library, a household terminal library, an outdoor terminal identification number library, an outdoor terminal map library and a mobile terminal position library, records advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the television terminal identification number, and records advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the outdoor terminal identification number information, wherein the advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the television terminal identification number comprises DTV terminal advertisement push frequency, IPTV terminal advertisement push frequency and/or OTT terminal advertisement push frequency;
s2, the target mobile terminal acquires the position information and the speed information, integrates the identification number, the position information, the speed information and the data request information of the target mobile terminal into a request data packet and sends the request data packet to a mobile terminal operator server;
s3, the mobile terminal operator server sends the destination mobile terminal identification number, the method comprises the steps that position information and speed information are sent to an advertiser server, the advertiser server sends a mobile terminal identification number to a home terminal identification module, the position information and the speed information are sent to a map server, the home terminal identification module calls all mobile terminal identification numbers and television terminal identification numbers in the same household through the mobile terminal identification numbers and sends the mobile terminal identification numbers to the advertiser server, the map server searches outdoor terminal identification numbers near a target mobile terminal according to the position information of the target mobile terminal and sends the outdoor terminal identification numbers to the advertiser server, the advertiser server calls mobile terminal advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the mobile terminal identification numbers in the same household, calls television terminal advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the television terminal identification numbers in the same household, and calls the corresponding advertisement push frequency information according to the outdoor terminal identification numbers;
s4, the map server judges whether the user of the target mobile terminal is in a static state or a walking state or a riding state according to the speed of the target mobile terminal, if so, the map server executes step S5, and if so, the map server executes step S6;
s5, the advertiser server pushes the video advertisements which are not pushed by the same household identification number according to the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the nearby outdoor terminal, the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the mobile terminal and the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the television terminal, and the step S7 is executed;
s6, the advertiser server pushes the audio advertisements which are not pushed by combining the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the nearby outdoor terminal, the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the mobile terminal and the advertisement pushing frequency information pushed by the television terminal in the same household identification number, and the step S7 is executed;
and S7, updating the advertisement push frequency information corresponding to the target mobile terminal.

The advertisement delivery method according to claim 4, wherein the advertisement library comprises an audio advertisement identification number library and a video advertisement identification number library, the advertisement push frequency information comprises audio advertisement and video advertisement push frequency information, and a terminal identification number, an advertisement identification number, push time and an advertisement classification are stored in the audio advertisement and video advertisement push frequency information;
the step S5 includes the following steps:
s51, establishing a temporary selected advertisement library, and combining the video advertisement push frequency information of the mobile terminal in the same family, the advertisement push frequency information of the television terminal and the video advertisement push frequency information of all nearby outdoor terminals into the temporary selected advertisement library;
s52, establishing a temporary advertisement library, storing the advertisement identification number in the video advertisement identification number library in the temporary advertisement library, and then deleting the advertisement identification number in the temporarily selected advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library;
s53, screening the advertisement identification number in the temporary advertisement library to be used as the selected advertisement identification number;
s54, searching a target advertisement according to the selected advertisement identification number, and pushing the target advertisement to a target mobile terminal;
the step S6 includes the steps of:
s61, establishing a temporary selected advertisement library, and combining the audio advertisement push frequency information of the mobile terminal, the television terminal advertisement push frequency information and the audio advertisement push frequency information of all nearby outdoor terminals in the same family into the temporary selected advertisement library;
s62, establishing a temporary advertisement library, storing the advertisement identification number in the audio advertisement identification number library in the temporary advertisement library, and then deleting the advertisement identification number in the temporarily selected advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library;
s63, screening the advertisement identification number in the temporary advertisement library to be used as the selected advertisement identification number;
and S64, searching the target advertisement according to the selected advertisement identification number, and pushing the target advertisement to the target mobile terminal.

The advertisement putting method according to claim 4, wherein all advertisement numbers are stored in the advertisement library, the advertisement identification number is formed by combining the advertisement number and a type identification number, the advertisement number is used for distinguishing each advertisement, the same advertisement comprises a video advertisement and/or an audio advertisement, and the video advertisement and the audio advertisement are distinguished by the type identification number;
the step S5 includes the following steps:
s51, establishing a temporary selected advertisement library, combining the video advertisement push frequency information of the mobile terminal in the same family, the advertisement push frequency information of the television terminal and the video advertisement push frequency information of all nearby outdoor terminals into the temporary selected advertisement library, and storing each advertisement number in the selected advertisement library once;
s52, establishing a temporary advertisement library, storing the advertisement numbers in the advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library, and then deleting the advertisement numbers in the temporary selected advertisement library in the temporary advertisement library;
s53, screening the advertisement numbers in the temporary advertisement library as selected advertisement numbers, and combining the selected advertisement numbers with the type identification numbers of the video advertisements to form selected advertisement identification numbers;
s54, searching the target video advertisement according to the selected advertisement identification number, and pushing the target video advertisement to the target mobile terminal;
