3. The self-service terminal of claim 2,
the image comparison subunit is used for respectively determining feature points corresponding to the five sense organs in the real-time facial image and the certificate image, and respectively determining Euclidean distances, curvatures and angles among the feature points; and determining whether the real-time facial image is matched with the certificate image or not according to the determined Euclidean distance, curvature and angle respectively corresponding to the real-time facial image and the certificate image.
4. The self-service terminal of claim 1,
the invoice reading apparatus comprises: a two-dimensional code reading device; wherein,
the two-dimensional code reading device is used for scanning the two-dimensional code in the shopping invoice, acquiring an invoice code and an invoice number carried by the shopping invoice according to the two-dimensional code, and sending the invoice code and the invoice number to the application form issuing unit;
the application form issuing unit is used for determining the commodity category and the amount corresponding to at least one commodity carried by the shopping invoice according to the invoice code and the invoice number, and determining the tax refund amount according to the commodity category and the amount corresponding to each commodity; and generating a tax refunding application form according to the determined tax refunding amount and the identity information, and sending the tax refunding application corresponding to the tax refunding application form to an external tax handling system.
5. The self-service terminal of any of claims 1 to 4,
further comprising: a printer; wherein,
the application form issuing unit is used for outputting the tax refunding application form to the printer;
and the printer is used for printing the tax refund application form and outputting the printed paper tax refund application form.
6. A method of issuing a tax refund application form, comprising:
receiving a tax refund billing application input by a user, and outputting an information input request according to the tax refund billing application;
receiving the certificate provided by the user according to the information entry request, and acquiring the identity information of the user from the certificate;
reading invoice information from a shopping invoice provided by the user;
and generating a tax refund application form according to the identity information and the invoice information, and outputting the tax refund application form.
7. The method of claim 6,
the receiving of the certificate provided by the user according to the information entry request and the obtaining of the identity information of the user from the certificate include:
scanning the certificate provided by the user to acquire a certificate image and a certificate number in the certificate;
prior to said reading invoice information from said user-provided shopping invoice, further comprising:
acquiring a real-time facial image of the user;
comparing the real-time facial image with the certificate image, determining whether the real-time facial image is matched with the certificate image, and if so, executing the invoice information reading from the shopping invoice provided by the user;
generating a tax refund application form according to the identity information and the invoice information, comprising:
and generating a tax refund application form according to the identity number and the invoice information.
8. The method of claim 6,
the determining whether the real-time facial image matches the document image includes:
respectively determining feature points corresponding to five sense organs in the real-time facial image and the certificate image, and respectively determining Euclidean distance, curvature and angle among the feature points;
and determining whether the real-time facial image is matched with the certificate image or not according to the determined Euclidean distance, curvature and angle respectively corresponding to the real-time facial image and the certificate image.
9. The method of claim 6,
the reading of invoice information from the shopping invoice provided by the user comprises:
scanning a two-dimensional code in the shopping invoice, and acquiring an invoice code and an invoice number carried by the shopping invoice according to the two-dimensional code;
generating a tax refund application form according to the identity information and the invoice information, comprising:
determining the commodity category and the amount corresponding to at least one commodity carried by the shopping invoice according to the invoice code and the invoice number;
determining tax refund amount according to the commodity category and amount corresponding to each commodity;
and generating a tax refunding application form according to the determined tax refunding amount and the identity information, and sending the tax refunding application corresponding to the tax refunding application form to an external tax handling system.
10. The method according to any one of claims 6 to 9,
the outputting the tax refund application form comprises: and printing the tax refund application form and outputting the printed paper tax refund application form.
