Abstract
The invention provides a test method for the combustion performance of a plastic fuel tank, which can carry out test on 30L-95L plastic fuel tanks, and comprises the steps of igniting gasoline in a liquid container by controlling an automatic ignition device, conveying the liquid container to the lower part of the fuel tank by adopting a sliding table driving device to start a combustion test, conveying a shed between the fuel tank and the liquid container by adopting a shed driving device after 60 seconds of combustion, evacuating the liquid container and the shed to the fuel tank for 3 meters after 60 seconds of combustion, extinguishing residual flame by utilizing an automatic fire extinguishing device, monitoring the test process by adopting an electronic camera, observing the combustion performance of the fuel tank, and carrying out remote operation on the whole test by an industrial personal computer; the invention has reasonable structural design, simple operation, strong practicability, good safety and high reliability, the whole system can bear high temperature, can not deform in use, can meet the test requirements of fuel tanks of different models by adjustment, and simultaneously realizes the whole-process automatic control by remote control.

Technical Field

Background
In the quality detection of the plastic fuel tank, the fire resistance of the plastic fuel tank is one of important detection aspects, and the plastic fuel tank is required not to generate an internal fuel leakage phenomenon in the experimental process. When the fire resistance of the plastic fuel tank is detected, the operation is simple and convenient, the safety of the test is particularly required to be noticed, unnecessary damage and loss are avoided, and the safety problem is considered and solved during the fire resistance test of the plastic fuel tank.
In order to obtain the safety, the simplicity, the high efficiency and the reliability of the plastic fuel tank combustion performance test device, the test method research of the plastic fuel tank combustion performance test bed is indispensable, and in order to reduce the time and the cost of the test research, the test method for the plastic fuel tank combustion performance test bed is economically feasible.

(1) installing a fuel tank to be tested on a fixing device of a test bed, adjusting the fuel tank by adopting an adjusting mechanism to ensure that the distance from the bottom to the liquid level of the liquid container is the same as the height of the fuel tank from the road surface in an empty state, and pouring gasoline into the corresponding liquid container according to the model size of the fuel tank;
(2) the liquid container in the step (1) consists of a main liquid container and a plurality of auxiliary liquid containers, the main liquid container and the plurality of auxiliary liquid containers are in a shape of a Chinese character 'hui' groove, and a liquid container groove which needs to be poured in is selected according to the area of the bottom of the fuel tank;
(3) under the test condition meeting the national standard, adding gasoline (with the same brand as engine combustion oil) which can be continuously combusted for 5 minutes into the liquid container, operating the industrial personal computer to reset the test bed to zero before testing, ensuring that the liquid container and the isolating shed are positioned at the initial position, igniting the gasoline by adopting an automatic ignition device, and combusting for 60 seconds;
(4) conveying the liquid container to the lower part of the fuel tank by adopting a sliding table driving device, and continuously burning for 60 seconds;
(5) moving the isolating shed to a position between the fuel tank and the liquid container by adopting an isolating shed driving device, covering the liquid container by the isolating shed, and continuously burning for 60 seconds;
(6) the liquid container and the partition shed are removed together, the electronic monitoring device is used for observing, and if the fuel tank and the liquid container still have flames, the flames are extinguished by adopting the automatic fire extinguishing device;
(7) the form change of the tested fuel tank is observed through the electronic monitoring device, whether the phenomenon of gasoline leakage exists or not is observed, if no leakage exists, the fuel tank is qualified, otherwise, the fuel tank is unqualified, the research report of the comprehensive analysis test reports specific data, the reason of errors is seriously analyzed, and the accuracy of the data and the reliability of the test are ensured through multiple tests.
The test method for the combustion performance test of the plastic fuel tank is characterized by comprising the following steps: the sliding table driving device is provided with a roller trolley, the liquid container is arranged on the roller trolley, the driving motor drives the chain wheel to rotate through the industrial personal computer, and the liquid container is moved to the position below the fuel tank through the chain wheel and the transmission chain.

According to the invention, firstly, a remote industrial personal computer is adopted for operation according to the operation safety condition of the test, the automatic control of the operation is realized, meanwhile, an electronic monitoring device is arranged for monitoring the test process in real time, and the designed whole test system has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, difficult deformation and the like, and can meet the test requirements of various types of fuel tanks.
The fuel tank combustion performance testing method is reasonable in structural design, simple and convenient to operate, and reliable and safe to a certain extent, and by the aid of the testing method, the combustion performance of the fuel tank can be tested in a time-saving and efficient mode, and cost of experimental research is reduced.

The invention ignites the gasoline in the liquid container by controlling the automatic ignition device, adopts the sliding table driving device to convey the liquid container to the lower part of the oil tank to start a combustion test, adopts the shed driving device to convey a shed between the oil tank and the liquid container after 60 seconds of combustion, withdraws the liquid container and the shed out of the fuel tank by 3 meters after 60 seconds of combustion, extinguishes the residual flame by using the automatic fire extinguishing device, adopts the electronic camera to monitor the test process and observe the combustion performance of the fuel tank, and the whole test is remotely operated by an industrial personal computer, wherein the operation steps comprise:
1. preparation phase of the test
The fuel tank to be tested is arranged on a fixing device of a test bed, an adjusting mechanism is adopted to adjust the fuel tank to enable the distance from the bottom to a liquid container to be the same as the height of the fuel tank from the road surface under an empty vehicle state, gasoline is poured into the corresponding liquid container according to the model size of the fuel tank, the liquid container consists of a main liquid container and a plurality of auxiliary liquid containers and is of a groove-shaped structure in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui', and a liquid container groove required to be poured is selected according to the area size of the bottom of the fuel tank.
2. Test preheating stage
Under the test condition meeting the national standard, gasoline (with the same brand as engine combustion oil) capable of continuously burning for 5 minutes is added into the liquid container, before the test, the industrial personal computer is operated to reset to zero the test bed, the liquid container and the isolating shed are ensured to be positioned at the initial positions, and the automatic ignition device is adopted to ignite the gasoline for 60 seconds.

4. Test indirect heating stage
The shed is moved to a position between the fuel tank and the liquid container by a shed driving device, the shed covers the liquid container, and the combustion is continued for 60 seconds.
5. Test fire extinguishing treatment
The liquid container and the partition shed are removed together, the electronic monitoring device is used for observing, and if the fuel tank and the liquid container still have flames, the flames are extinguished by adopting the automatic fire extinguishing device; the automatic fire extinguishing device is arranged on the automatic ignition device and the test bed, and timely extinguishes flames appearing in the test process when needed.
6. Record of test results
The form change of the tested fuel tank is observed through an electronic monitoring device, whether the phenomenon of gasoline leakage exists or not is observed, the fact that the tested 55L plastic fuel tank does not have the leakage phenomenon is found through observation, the fuel tank is qualified (if the leakage phenomenon occurs, the fuel tank is regarded as unqualified), the research report of the comprehensive analysis test reports specific data, the reason of errors is seriously analyzed, and the accuracy of the data and the reliability of the test are ensured through multiple tests.

(1) installing a fuel tank to be tested at a fixed position of a test bed, adjusting the fuel tank by adopting an adjusting mechanism to ensure that the distance from the bottom to the liquid level of the liquid container is the same as the height of the fuel tank from the road surface in an empty state, and pouring gasoline into the corresponding liquid container according to the model size of the fuel tank;
(2) the liquid container in the step (1) consists of a main liquid container and a plurality of auxiliary liquid containers, the main liquid container and the plurality of auxiliary liquid containers are in a shape of a Chinese character 'hui' groove, and a liquid container groove which needs to be poured in is selected according to the area of the bottom of the fuel tank;

(4) conveying the liquid container to the lower part of the fuel tank by adopting a sliding table driving device, and continuously burning for 60 seconds;
(5) moving the isolating shed to a position between the fuel tank and the liquid container by adopting an isolating shed driving device, covering the liquid container by the isolating shed, and continuously burning for 60 seconds;
(6) the liquid container and the partition shed are removed together, the electronic monitoring device is used for observing, and if the fuel tank and the liquid container still have flames, the flames are extinguished by adopting the automatic fire extinguishing device;
(7) the form change of the oil tank is observed and tested through the electronic monitoring device, whether the phenomenon of gasoline leakage exists or not is observed, the specific data is comprehensively analyzed and tested, the error reason is seriously analyzed, and the accuracy of the data and the reliability of the test are ensured through multiple tests.
