Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly provides an air conditioner outdoor unit. However, the existing electrical box is composed of a box body and a box cover rotatably connected to the box body, and the box body is directly connected to the inside of the casing of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner through a fastener. In this case, on one hand, when the electrical box is installed in the housing, since the electrical box and the housing need to be fixed at multiple points by fasteners, an assembling worker has to hold the electrical box body with hands for a long time while fixing, so that the assembling process is very inconvenient and the assembling efficiency is low; on the other hand, since there is a large gap between the box cover and the box body, even in a state where the box cover is completely closed, the electrical box is not completely sealed, and rainwater or insects easily enter the interior of the electrical box through a gap between the box body and the box cover, thereby causing damage to electrical components in the electrical box.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new outdoor unit of an air conditioner to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problems that the installation and maintenance of the electrical box of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are complicated and the sealing performance is poor, the present invention provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, which includes a casing and an electrical box accommodated in the casing, wherein the electrical box includes a box body having an opening and a box cover closing the opening, and a hanging member is provided on the box body, and the box body is hung to the casing by the hanging member.

As shown in fig. 2, a hooked member 11 and a slide groove 12 are provided in the housing 1. Specifically, a strip-shaped notch is formed in the front side of the sliding chute 12, and the sliding block 214 can be directly hung in the sliding chute 12 through the notch to slide; in the installation process of the box body 21, an installer can directly hook the sliding block 214 into the sliding groove 12 through the notch and then slide the box body 21 leftward, so that the hooking member 211 of the box body 21 can be hooked to the upper end of the hooked member 11, and meanwhile, the first folding edge 212 can be tightly attached to the hooked member 11, so that the box body 21 is preliminarily positioned, and the installation speed of the electrical box 2 is accelerated. Further, the hooked member 11 is provided with two first mounting holes 111, and when the case 21 is fixed, the fastening members can be fastened through the mounting holes provided in the first folded edge 212 and the hooked member 11, respectively, to further fix the case 21, and thus, the case 21 can be completely fixed.
Next, referring to fig. 3, it is a schematic view of an overall structure of a box body of an electrical box of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the slider 214 is provided on the rear panel of the case 21, and the case 21 can slide in the housing 1 by the slider 214, so that the installer can easily adjust the position of the case 21 by the movement of the slider 214. It is understood that the designer can set the shape and position of the sliding block 214 according to the actual use situation. Meanwhile, the hanging member 211 is preferably formed by bending a portion of the first folded edge 212, so as to simplify the process of manufacturing the hanging member 211 and effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the case body 21. Here, although the hooking member 211 in the preferred embodiment is formed by bending a part of the first folded edge 212, the hooking member 211 may be provided as a separate member as long as the case body 21 can be hooked into the housing 1 by the hooking member 211.
Further, the first folding edge 212 is provided with two second mounting holes 215 respectively matched with the two first mounting holes 111, when the box body 21 is fixed, an installer can use a fastener to sequentially pass through the second mounting holes 215 and the first mounting holes 111, and then fasten the fastener, so that the box body 21 can be completely fixed to the housing 1. Meanwhile, a second folding edge 213 extends outwards from the right edge of the side of the box body 21 close to the opening, and third mounting holes 216 for mounting the box cover 22 are formed in the first folding edge 212 and the second folding edge 213. When the cover 22 is installed, an installer may first attach the sealing flange 222 disposed at the upper end of the cover 22 to the upper surface of the case 21 to initially position the cover 22, and then fix the cover 22 to the first flange 212 and the second flange 213 using fasteners to complete the installation of the cover 22.
Specifically, when the cover 22 is mounted in place, the sealing flange 222 of the cover 22 can be tightly attached to the upper surface of the case 21, so as to seal the upper end edge of the case 21; meanwhile, two sides of the box cover 22 are respectively and tightly attached to the first folded edge 212 and the second folded edge 213, so that two side edges of the box body 21 are sealed; and the lower side of the case cover 22 can be closely attached to the surface of the case body 21, so that the case cover 22 can seal the whole opening of the case body 21. The connection mode of the box cover and the box body greatly improves the sealing performance of the electric box 2, thereby well avoiding the invasion of insects and rainwater and further playing a better protection role for the electric box 2.

As shown in fig. 4, the cover 22 includes a cover body 220, a sealing flange 222 extending from an upper end of the cover body 220, and two quick-fit holes 221 provided on both sides of the cover body 220.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the structure of the sealing flange 222 is described in detail, as shown in fig. 5, the sealing flange 222 extends from the upper end of the cover main body 220, and when the cover 22 is mounted in place, the sealing flange 222 can be tightly attached to the upper surface of the box body 21 so as to seal the box body 21. The edge of one side of the sealing flange 222 away from the lid 22 is bent toward the lid 22 and extends to form a water guide flange 223, and the upper surface of the sealing flange 222 is connected to the lower surface of the water guide flange 223 to form a water guide groove 224. When the external water flows from the box body 21 to the vicinity of the water guide hem 223, the sealing hem 222 is closely attached to the upper surface of the box body 21, so that the water can be blocked, and the water guide hem 223 can guide the water, so that the water can rapidly flow to the two sides along the length direction of the water guide hem 223 and be discharged, and the water can be effectively prevented from flowing into the electrical box 2 from one side of the box body 21. Meanwhile, when external water flows from the box cover 22 to the vicinity of the water guide flange 223, the upper surface of the sealing flange 222 is connected with the lower surface of the water guide flange 223 to form the water guide groove 224, so that the water can rapidly flow to the two ends and be discharged along the length direction of the water guide groove 224, thereby effectively preventing the water from flowing into the electrical box 2 from one side of the box cover 22, and further protecting the electrical components in the electrical box 2.
Further, the specific structure of the snap-fit holes 221 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 6, and as shown in fig. 6, two snap-fit holes 221 are provided at positions corresponding to the two third mounting holes 216, respectively, and the snap-fit holes 221 are provided to allow the cover 22 to be removed from the case 21 without the fasteners being detached from the case 21. Specifically, the quick-fit hole 221 includes a sliding section 2212, and a mounting hole 2211 provided above the sliding section 2212 and a receiving hole 2213 provided below the sliding section 2213. It is understood that the width of the sliding section 2212 can also be larger than the aperture of the mounting hole 2211, as long as the fastener can move freely in the sliding section 2212.

Further, as shown in fig. 8, when the electrical box 2 needs to be repaired, the repair person may unscrew the two fastening members 3 and push the box cover 22 upwards, so that the fastening members 3 can slide into the accommodating holes 2213 through the sliding sections 2212, and at this time, the repair person only needs to move the box cover 22 outwards to remove the box cover 22. In other words, the maintenance personnel can take out the box cover 22 without completely removing the fastening member 3, and the arrangement can not only effectively prevent the fastening member 3 from falling into other components and causing damage to other components; meanwhile, the efficiency of the maintenance personnel in disassembling the box cover 22 can be further improved, so that the maintenance efficiency of the maintenance personnel can be further improved.

4. The outdoor unit of claim 3, wherein the quick-assembling holes comprise a sliding section, and a mounting hole and a receiving hole respectively formed above and below the sliding section,
wherein the mounting hole is configured such that the fastener is fixed in the mounting hole in a fastened state;
the sliding section is arranged to enable the fastener to slide to the accommodating hole along the sliding section;
the receiving hole is configured to allow the fastener to be disengaged from the receiving hole in a non-fastened state.
5. The outdoor unit of claim 4, wherein the mounting holes are matched with the size of the fastening members; the accommodating hole is larger than the mounting hole in size; the width of the sliding section is larger than or equal to the aperture of the mounting hole.

The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein an upper end edge of the cover is provided with a sealing flange extending from a body of the cover; and under the condition that the box body and the box cover are installed in place, the sealing folded edge is tightly attached to the upper surface of the box body.
7. The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein the cover further comprises a water guide flange formed by bending an edge of the sealing flange away from the body of the cover toward the body of the cover.
