Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for solving the parking difficulty of residents, which improves the living quality of residents, returns the street road to the residents, shortens the traveling time of the residents and shortens the distance between the residents and the parking space.
The technical solution adopted to achieve the above object is a method for solving parking difficulty of residents, wherein: constructing at least one stereo garage at the position of a non-door outer wall of an existing residential building or the center position of a newly-built residential building, wherein the number of layers of the stereo garage is matched with that of the residential building, the stereo garage is made of reinforced concrete or steel structures into a frame structure, and the stereo garage is provided with parking spaces which are equal to or more than the number of the residences on the matching layer of the residential building; the center position of the three-dimensional garage is provided with an elevator shaft, at least one vehicle-mounted elevator sold in the market is installed in the elevator shaft, a parking space on each floor of the three-dimensional garage is arranged on a rotary tray on each floor of the three-dimensional garage, the elevator shaft penetrates through the rotary tray, a radar detection device and a scale bar code are arranged on the outer wall of the elevator shaft above the outlet of each floor of the three-dimensional garage, a code scanning gun is arranged on each parking space, and a code scanning port of the code scanning gun is highly aligned with the scale bar code; at least one parking space on a rotary tray of a bottom building of the stereo garage is a fixed transfer parking space, the bottom building of the stereo garage is communicated with a municipal road outside a residential building through an auxiliary road, and a set of vehicle transfer device is arranged on an inner bottom plate of the vehicle-mounted elevator; each building of the stereo garage is provided with a manual control panel; the servo motor on rotatory tray, the elevator door group of on-vehicle elevator, vehicle transfer device are controlled by the well accuse cabinet that has the PLC control piece and are moved, radar detection device, sweep yard rifle, the anti-pinch sensor on the elevator door group of on-vehicle elevator, the position sensor of on-vehicle elevator, manual control panel all pass through the data line with the well accuse cabinet that has the PLC control piece and be connected.
The method of the invention has the advantages that: the number of layers of the residential building and the number of layers of the three-dimensional garage are equal and combined into a whole, the lifting telescopic fork arranged in the elevator and the elevator are used for taking vehicles out of and into a garage together, so that the vehicles can be safely and conveniently parked beside a house, namely a door of the house, and can also be used as an independent public three-dimensional garage, such as a shopping mall, a hotel and the like, the living quality of residents is improved, the street pavement is given to citizens, the travel time of the residents is shortened, and the distance between the residents and parking spaces is shortened.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a garage for solving parking difficulty of residents, which improves the living quality of residents, gives the residents a road surface to the residents, shortens the traveling time of the residents and shortens the distance between the residents and parking spaces.
The technical scheme adopted for achieving the aim is that the garage solves the problem that parking of residents is difficult, wherein: constructing at least one stereo garage at the position of a non-door outer wall of an existing residential building or the center position of a newly-built residential building, wherein the number of layers of the stereo garage is matched with that of the residential building, the stereo garage is made into a frame structure by reinforced concrete or steel structures, and each floor of the stereo garage is provided with parking spaces which are equal to or more than the number of the residences on the matching layer of the residential building;
an elevator shaft is arranged at the center of the stereo garage, at least one vehicle-mounted elevator is installed in the elevator shaft, a rotary tray is arranged on each floor of the stereo garage, a parking space on each floor is located on the rotary tray, the elevator shaft penetrates through the rotary tray, a radar detection device and a scale bar code are arranged on the outer wall of the elevator shaft above the outlet of each floor of the stereo garage, a code scanning gun is arranged on each parking space, and a code scanning port of the code scanning gun is highly aligned with the scale bar code; a manual control panel is arranged on the outer wall of the elevator shaft at the side of the outlet of each elevator layer, an elevator down button is arranged on the manual control panel, the manual control panel is connected with a central control cabinet with a PLC control sheet through a data line, a floor control button is arranged on the manual control panel at the first floor position, and a lifting motor of the vehicle-mounted elevator is electrically connected with the central control cabinet with the PLC control sheet through a lead;
the rotary car supporting plate also comprises a car supporting plate, the car supporting plate is of a hollow circular ring shape, an elevator shaft penetrates through an inner cavity of the car supporting plate, driven teeth are arranged on the outer wall of the car supporting plate at equal intervals, the driven teeth are meshed with a driving gear fixed on a driving motor, and the driving motor is fixed on a floor slab; a bottom plate of the vehicle supporting plate is provided with a vehicle supporting plate guide rail pair integrated with the vehicle supporting plate, the vehicle supporting plate guide rail pair is positioned in a vehicle supporting plate guide groove, the vehicle supporting plate guide groove is positioned on a floor slab, and an end surface bearing is arranged between the bottom end surface of the vehicle supporting plate guide groove and the bottom end surface of the vehicle supporting plate guide rail pair;
at least one of the parking spaces on the rotary tray of the bottom floor of the stereo garage is a fixed transfer parking space, the bottom floor of the stereo garage is communicated with a municipal road outside a residential building through an auxiliary road, and a set of vehicle transfer device is arranged on an inner bottom plate of the vehicle-mounted elevator;
the vehicle transfer device also comprises a square base fixed on an inner bottom plate of the vehicle-mounted elevator, a lifting oil cylinder is fixed at the central position of the base, synchronous shaft supporting seats are fixed at four sides of the top plate surface of the base, a synchronous shaft supporting bearing is arranged at the top end of each synchronous shaft supporting seat, a horizontal synchronous shaft is positioned in each synchronous shaft supporting bearing, and horizontal synchronous teeth are fixed at two ends of each horizontal synchronous shaft; a hoisting disc is fixed at the top end of a piston rod of the hoisting oil cylinder, horizontal synchronizing columns with teeth are arranged at the four corners of the hoisting disc, and the teeth of the horizontal synchronizing columns with teeth are meshed with the horizontal synchronizing teeth; a telescopic fork supporting seat is fixed on the top plate surface of the hoisting disc, a telescopic fork is arranged in an inner cavity of the telescopic fork supporting seat, the telescopic fork is fixed on a piston rod of a movable oil cylinder, the movable oil cylinder is fixed on an oil cylinder connecting plate, the oil cylinder connecting plate is fixed on a piston rod of a fixed oil cylinder, the fixed oil cylinder is fixed on a fixed oil cylinder mounting seat, and the fixed oil cylinder mounting seat is fixed on the hoisting disc; balls which are beneficial to the telescopic fork to stretch are arranged between the telescopic fork supporting seat and the telescopic fork;
the driving motor of the rotary tray, the servo motor on the elevator door group of the vehicle-mounted elevator, the lifting oil cylinder of the vehicle transfer device, the movable oil cylinder of the vehicle transfer device and the fixed oil cylinder of the vehicle transfer device are controlled by a central control cabinet with a PLC control sheet to operate, and the radar detection device, the code scanning gun, the anti-pinch sensor on the elevator door group of the vehicle-mounted elevator and the position sensor of the vehicle-mounted elevator are all connected with the central control cabinet with the PLC control sheet through data lines;
the vehicle slewing device is arranged on the transfer parking space and comprises a vehicle slewing driving motor fixed on the transfer parking space and a rectangular slewing disc fixed at the end part of a rotating shaft of the vehicle slewing driving motor, a slewing guide rail integrated with the bottom plate surface of the slewing disc is fixed on the bottom plate surface of the slewing disc, the slewing guide rail is positioned in a slewing guide rail groove, and an end face bearing is fixed on the bottom end surface of the slewing guide rail; the vehicle rotary driving motor is electrically connected with a central control cabinet with a PLC control sheet through a lead; the area of the transfer parking space is larger than that of other parking spaces, and the rotary disc and the other parking spaces have the same shape and the same size;
a rotary disk rotating button is arranged on a manual control panel at the first floor position, and the rotary disk rotating button is connected with a central control cabinet with a PLC control sheet through a data line;
the manual control panel at the first floor position is fixed on a limit railing, and the limit railing is fixed on two side edges of the rotary disc;
except for the transit parking space, a bumper used for collision avoidance is arranged at the tail part of the parking space on each floor of the stereo garage;
and an audible and visual alarm is arranged on the inner wall of the vehicle-mounted elevator.
The structure of the invention has the advantages that: the residential building and the stereo garage have the same layer number and are combined into a whole, the lifting telescopic fork arranged in the elevator and the elevator are used for taking vehicles out of and into a garage together, so that the vehicles can be safely and conveniently parked beside a house, namely a door of a house, and can also be used as an independent public stereo garage, such as a shopping mall, a hotel and the like, the living quality of residents is improved, street pavements are provided for citizens, the travel time of the residents is shortened, and the distance between the residents and parking spaces is shortened.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
referring to fig. 1 to 6, a method for solving a parking difficulty of a resident is shown, in which: building at least one stereo garage 1 at the position of a non-door outer wall of an existing residential building or the center position of a newly built residential building, wherein the number of layers of the stereo garage 1 is matched with that of the residential building, the stereo garage 1 is made of reinforced concrete or steel structures into a frame structure, and the number of parking spaces which is equal to or more than that of the residential building matching layer is arranged on the stereo garage 1; the center position of the stereo garage 1 is provided with an elevator shaft 2, at least one vehicle-mounted elevator 3 sold in the market is installed in the elevator shaft 2, a parking space on each floor of the stereo garage 1 is arranged on a rotary tray 4 on each floor of the stereo garage 1, the elevator shaft 2 penetrates through the rotary tray 4, the outer wall of the elevator shaft 2 above the outlet of each floor of the elevator is provided with a radar detection device and a scale bar code, each parking space is provided with a code scanning gun, and a code scanning opening of the code scanning gun is highly aligned with the scale bar code; at least one parking space on a rotary car supporting disc 4 of a bottom floor of the stereo garage 1 is a fixed transfer parking space, the bottom floor of the stereo garage 1 is communicated with a municipal road outside a residential building through an auxiliary road 5, and a set of vehicle transfer device 6 is arranged on an inner bottom plate of the vehicle-mounted elevator 3; a manual control panel is arranged on each floor of the stereo garage 1 (the manual control panel is used for manually opening an elevator door group of the vehicle-mounted elevator 3 and sending a floor which the vehicle-mounted elevator wants to reach, namely the manual control panel carried by the selling elevator on the market); the rotary tray 4, the servo motor on the elevator door group of the vehicle-mounted elevator 3 and the vehicle transfer device 6 are controlled by the central control cabinet A with the PLC control sheet to operate, and the radar detection device, the code scanning gun, the anti-pinch sensor on the elevator door group of the vehicle-mounted elevator 3, the position sensor of the vehicle-mounted elevator 3 and the manual control panel are connected with the central control cabinet A with the PLC control sheet through data lines.
To further ensure safety, in the above embodiment, preferably: the outer wall of the stereo garage 1 is built with a protective wall through bricks and concrete, or the outer wall of the stereo garage 1 forms the protective wall through a steel structure and a glass curtain wall.
In order to return home in the fastest time after parking, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: a pedestrian corridor is arranged between the outer wall of the stereo garage 1 and the outer wall of the rotary trailer tray 4, and an inlet and an outlet of the pedestrian corridor are communicated with an inlet and an outlet of a pedestrian passage of a residential building.
In order to facilitate the reminding of the driver and the prevention of the occurrence of a safety accident due to a wrong operation, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: except for the transit parking space, the tail part of the parking space on each floor of the stereo garage 1 is provided with a bumper 9 for collision avoidance;
and an audible and visual alarm 7 is arranged on the inner wall of the vehicle-mounted elevator 3.
In order to further facilitate driving of people and avoid the difficulty that a driver with poor reversing technology pours into a transfer parking space of a first floor, in the embodiment, the following steps are preferably performed: set up vehicle slewer 8 on the transfer parking stall, set up spacing railing B on vehicle slewer 8, manual control panel C on stereo garage 1's the first floor is established on spacing railing B.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, there is shown a garage for solving a parking difficulty of a resident, in which: constructing at least one stereo garage 1 at the position of a non-door outer wall of an existing residential building or the center position of a newly-built residential building, wherein the number of layers of the stereo garage 1 is matched with that of the residential building, the stereo garage 1 is made of reinforced concrete or steel structures into a frame structure, and each floor of the stereo garage 1 is provided with parking spaces which are equal to or more than the number of the residences on the matching layer of the residential building;
an elevator shaft 2 is arranged at the center of the stereo garage 1, at least one vehicle-mounted elevator 3 is installed in the elevator shaft 2, a rotary tray 4 is arranged on each floor of the stereo garage 1, a parking space on each floor is located on the rotary tray 4, the elevator shaft 2 penetrates through the rotary tray 4, a radar detection device and a scale bar code are arranged on the outer wall of the elevator shaft 2 above the outlet of each floor of the elevator, a code scanning gun is arranged on each parking space, and a code scanning opening of the code scanning gun is highly aligned with the scale bar code; a manual control panel is arranged on the outer wall of the elevator shaft 2 at the side of the outlet of each elevator layer, an elevator down button is arranged on the manual control panel, the manual control panel is connected with a central control cabinet A with a PLC control sheet through a data line, a floor control button is arranged on a manual control panel C at the position of a first floor, and a lifting motor 301 of the vehicle-mounted elevator 3 is electrically connected with the central control cabinet A with the PLC control sheet through a lead;

a manual control panel C at the first floor position is fixed on a limit railing B, and the limit railing B is fixed on two side edges of the rotary disc 802;
except for the transit parking space, the tail part of the parking space on each floor of the stereo garage 1 is provided with a bumper 9 for collision avoidance;
and an audible and visual alarm 7 is arranged on the inner wall of the vehicle-mounted elevator 3.
To further ensure safety, in the above embodiment, preferably: the outer wall of the stereo garage 1 is built with a protective wall through bricks and concrete, or the outer wall of the stereo garage 1 forms the protective wall through a steel structure and a glass curtain wall.
In order to return home in the fastest time after parking, in the above embodiment, preferably: a pedestrian corridor is arranged between the outer wall of the stereo garage 1 and the outer wall of the rotary vehicle supporting disc 4, and an inlet and an outlet of the pedestrian corridor are communicated with an inlet and an outlet of a pedestrian passage of a residential building.
According to the method and the garage, in practical application, the manual control panel C at the first floor position is provided with the floor button, the uplink button, the emergency help-seeking button and the rotary disc rotating button, and after the rotary disc rotating button is started, the vehicle rotary driving motor 801 is started in a delayed mode. The manual control panels on other floors of the stereo garage 1 are provided with an uplink button, a downlink button and an emergency help-seeking button. And vehicle guide lines are arranged on the transit parking spaces and the auxiliary roads 5.
All components in the above embodiments are commercially available products. The control technology of the central control cabinet A with the PLC control sheet and the vehicle-mounted elevator 3 are mature prior art, and the invention is characterized in that a vehicle transfer device 6, a rotary car supporting disc 4 and a parking space are arranged.
The method and the garage are used in the process of entering a trolley into a garage: the trolley enters the rotary device 8 on the rotary tray 4 of the first floor from the auxiliary road 5, the limit railing B on the rotary device 8 enables the trolley to stop in the center of the parking space, the trolley is stably stopped, flameout is achieved, the hand brake is pulled, a driver presses a floor button of a manual control panel 804 on the trolley limiter 803, and the rotary device 8 rotates 180 degrees to enable the trolley to turn around. Then the elevator door group of the first floor is opened, the vehicle transfer device 6 in the on-board elevator 3 is started, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 602 of the vehicle transfer device 6 lifts the lifting disc 607, then the piston rod of the fixed cylinder 613 extends out to realize the first-stage extension of the telescopic fork 610, the piston rod of the movable cylinder 611 extends out to realize the second-stage extension of the telescopic fork 610, the telescopic fork 610 has a length which is equivalent to the third-stage extension of the telescopic fork 610, after the telescopic fork 610 extends into the belly of the trolley, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 602 extends upwards again to lift the trolley, then the trolley is brought into the on-board elevator 3 after the telescopic fork 610 contracts in one stage or two stages, the rotary trailer tray 4 which is going to the floor at the same time on the on-board is rotated, the signal of the vacant parking space is transmitted to the central control cabinet a with the PLC control sheet by the radar detection device, the central control cabinet a with the PLC control sheet controls the radar detection device to detect that the code scanning gun on the parking space scans the bar code of the scale, the central parking space in the central control cabinet a way, the central space is aligned with the signal is fed back to the central control cabinet a of the central control cabinet with the PLC control sheet, and the trolley to realize the detection of the trolley which the trolley reaches the floor on the floor, and the trolley 610, the trolley reaches the telescopic fork to detect the trolley, and the trolley. The piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 602 moves downwards, a part of the rear telescopic fork 610 resets, the piston rod of the heavy oil cylinder 602 resets after the telescopic fork 610 resets, the vehicle transfer device 6 resets, the elevator door group is closed, and the vehicle-mounted elevator 3 is ready to be delivered out of a warehouse or put in a warehouse next time. The process of the trolley leaving the warehouse is the reverse of the above process. If two or more sets of the on-board elevators 3 exist, the on-board elevators are automatically distributed by the central control cabinet A with the PLC control sheet.
Balance principle of the lifting telescopic fork: as shown in fig. 5 and 6. The extending end of a telescopic fork 610 is a (the other end is b), a horizontal synchronizing shaft supporting seat 603 is fixed on a base 601 of a vehicle transfer device, a horizontal synchronizing shaft 605 is fixed on the synchronizing shaft supporting seat 603 through a supporting bearing 604, the horizontal synchronizing shaft 605 and horizontal synchronizing teeth 606 at two ends are fixedly and rigidly connected and can only synchronously rotate in the same direction, the horizontal synchronizing teeth 606 and the horizontal synchronizing columns 608 are meshed without gaps, and a hoisting disc is in a horizontal state at the moment; if the number of the horizontal synchronizing teeth 606a is less than that of the horizontal synchronizing teeth 606b, the rear end is more lowered, and the vehicle can be kept horizontal against the elastic deformation of the telescopic fork 610; the left and right horizontal remain the same principle.
It is to be understood that all of the above embodiments are part of the present invention, and not all of them. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention without inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the invention.
In conclusion, due to the method and the structure, the invention improves the living quality of residents, returns the street to the residents, shortens the travel time of the residents and shortens the distance between the residents and the parking space.
