Abstract

本发明涉及一种双层速滑轮，它包括内核、内胆、外胆，内核呈圆形状，在内核边缘增加了一圈腰形孔，在内核的中心设计有轴孔用于安装，在内核外侧设计有内胆，内胆呈圆环状，且内胆通过注塑与内核外侧边缘固定连接，外胆位于内胆的外侧呈圆环状，且外胆包裹着内胆，外胆的内侧通过注塑将内核边缘的腰形孔包裹在内，外胆与内胆和内核之间固定连接，优点在于采用双层的结构，在速滑轮的边缘腰形孔有利于排气，速滑轮的一周内胆采用聚氨酯软性材料注塑成型，且达到65A的邵氏A级硬度，这样轮子倾斜，转弯转向的时候，具有良好的抓地性，保证了速度不丢失，更容易控制。

本发明涉及体育器材领域，具体涉及一种双层速滑轮。
背景技术
以往的速滑轮的技术中都是单层结构，在针对性的应用中都存在一定的缺陷。在漂移运动中，目前市场上的产品为了增强耐磨性能，滚轮硬度较高，在滑动过程中，加速不够快，舒适性差 ；在平花运动中，产品没办法同时兼顾弹性、耐磨及抓地力 ；运动中最重要的就是加速启动和急转急停，这就需要溜冰轮具有很高的弹性及变形抓地力，目前市面单层结构轮还不能达到如此要求 ；目前速滑产品的弹性并非最佳，因此加速性不够，更重要的是，在速滑比赛通过弯道时，为了不容易摔倒，不得不减速通过，大大影响比赛成绩 ；而极限滑板车运动中，目前较高硬度的单层结构，加速性还不够，将会影响后续的特技动作，特别是在做跳跃运动落地时缓冲性较差，会影响各组特技动作连接性。
发明内容
为了解决上述的问题，本发明提出了一种双层速滑轮，设计灵活，结构合理，采用双层结构，并分别设定出相应的材料硬度，使速滑轮的抓地性加强，且不丢失速度。
本发明的技术方案：
双层速滑轮，它包括内核、内胆、外胆，内核呈圆形状，在内核边缘增加了一圈腰形孔，在内核的中心设计有轴孔用于安装，在内核外侧设计有内胆，内胆呈圆环状，且内胆通过注塑与内核外侧边缘固定连接，外胆位于内胆的外侧呈圆环状，且外胆包裹着内胆，外胆的内侧通过注塑将内核边缘的腰形孔包裹在内，外胆与内胆和内核之间固定连接。
所述的内核采用的材料是聚碳酸酯材料。
所述的内胆采用的材料是聚氨酯材料，硬度达到65A邵氏A级。
所述的外胆采用的材料是聚氨酯材料，硬度达到83-86A。
本发明优点，采用双层的结构，在速滑轮的边缘增加了一圈腰形孔，这样有利于排气，速滑轮的一周内胆采用聚氨酯软性材料注塑成型，且达到65A的邵氏A级硬度，这样轮子倾斜，转弯转向的时候，具有良好的抓地性，保证了速度不丢失，更容易控制，外胆位于内胆的外侧呈圆环状，且外胆包裹着内胆，外胆的内侧通过注塑将内核边缘的腰形孔包裹在内，增加了强度。

具体实施方案
参照图1-2，双层速滑轮，它包括内核1、内胆2、外胆5，内核1呈圆形状，在内核1边缘增加了一圈腰形孔4，在内核1的中心设计有轴孔3用于安装，在内核1外侧设计有内胆2，内胆2呈圆环状，且内胆2通过注塑与内核1外侧边缘固定连接，外胆5位于内胆2的外侧呈圆环状，且外胆5包裹着内胆2，外胆5的内侧通过注塑将内核1边缘的腰形孔4包裹在内，外胆5与内胆2和内核1之间固定连接。
所述的内核1采用的材料是聚碳酸酯材料。
所述的内胆2采用的材料是聚氨酯材料，硬度达到65A邵氏A级。
所述的外胆5采用的材料是聚氨酯材料，硬度达到83-86A。
本发明制作时，先采用聚碳酸酯材料将内核通过注塑制作成型，然后在使用硬度为65A的聚氨酯材料制作出内胆，且将内胆注塑在内核的边缘与内核固定连接在一起，等内核、内胆注塑完毕之后，最后制作外胆，外胆采用的是硬度为83-86A的聚氨酯材料，外胆包裹着内胆，且外胆的内侧注塑将内核边缘的腰形孔也包裹在内，增加了强度。

1.双层速滑轮，其特征在于，它包括内核、内胆、外胆，内核呈圆形状，在内核边缘增加了一圈腰形孔，在内核的中心设计有轴孔用于安装，在内核外侧设计有内胆，内胆呈圆环状，且内胆通过注塑与内核外侧边缘固定连接，外胆位于内胆的外侧呈圆环状，且外胆包裹着内胆，外胆的内侧通过注塑将内核边缘的腰形孔包裹在内，外胆与内胆和内核之间固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种双层速滑轮，其特征在于，所述的内核采用的材料是聚碳酸酯材料。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种双层速滑轮，其特征在于，所述的内胆采用的材料是聚氨酯材料，硬度达到65A邵氏A级。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种双层速滑轮，其特征在于，所述的外胆采用的材料是聚氨酯材料，硬度达到83-86A。
