Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
At present, social platform classification is infinite, and besides instant messaging tools used by users individually, various organizations (such as enterprises, institutions, schools and the like) require the users to use different social platforms for safety, convenience for organizing internal communication and the like. In order to meet the requirements of different identities (work, study and life), a user needs to install a plurality of social platforms, so that the load of user terminal equipment is increased, and the switching process between application programs is complicated.
The invention provides an application mode switching method which is applied to terminal equipment such as a mobile phone and a computer. When the user switches to different application modes, the user has different identities, for example, the user may have a first identity (i.e., a life mode) when the user is in an environment required by personal life, and may have a second identity (i.e., an operation mode, a learning mode) when the user is in an environment required by work and learning.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 illustrates a flowchart of an application mode switching method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method comprises the following steps:
step 101, after the user registration is determined to be successful according to the user registration information, distributing corresponding user identities;
in the embodiment of the invention, the user can be a personal user or an organization user, and when the personal user carries out account registration, the registered account registration information is personal identity information; when the organization user performs account registration, the registered account registration information may be only personal identity information, or may include personal identity information and organization identity information.
After the user completes the user information registration, if the account registration information is only determined to be personal identity information, a first identity can be allocated to the user; if it is determined that the account registration information includes organization identity information, a second identity may be assigned to the user.
The first identity in the embodiment of the invention can be an identity which is distributed to the user and can be used for adding friends, carrying out communication chatting, visiting friend circles and other personal functions obviously; and the second identity is the identity of a member of an organization (an enterprise, a school, a social group, etc.) after the user is added to the organization, and the user can access the related public information of the added organization after obtaining the second identity. For example, when the user is a student at a college, the student requests to join the college organization and after the student is authenticated to join, it may be determined that the user has obtained the second identity; or, when the user is a company worker, if the company distributes and uploads all employee account information in the company in advance and establishes a user information database, the user will automatically acquire the second identity.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the first identity may be allocated to the user in a manner that the first identity is obtained after the user successfully registers the account, and the account registration may be self-registration of the user or unified registration of an organization.
After allocating the first identity to the user, allocating the corresponding user identity in step 101 may specifically apply for the second identity through the steps shown in fig. 2:
step 1011, when receiving a request of a user for obtaining a second identity, obtaining user authentication information carried in the request;
the user authentication information includes user account information and a specific identifier. The user account information may be an account name and a password applied for registration by the user, the specific identifier is an organization identification code preset by an organization administrator, or a combination of randomly generated numbers (and/or letters) and the like. In order to ensure the network security, the specific mark can be set with a certain safety time length, a timer is automatically started after the specific mark is set, when the safety time length is reached, a new specific mark is replaced, and the original mark is correspondingly invalid. Each organization uploads a user information database, and the user information database may contain different contents according to the requirements of each organization, for example, the user information database may contain organization information, user account information previously assigned to a fixed member, specific identification, and other information.
When a user needs to join a certain specified organization, user account information, valid verification codes and other user authentication information are input, and a request for acquiring a second identity is triggered.
Step 1012, matching the user authentication information in a pre-stored user information database, and if the matching is successful, executing step 1013;
after the user authentication information is obtained, the user authentication information is matched with information in the user information database, where the user authentication information may be matched simultaneously according to the user account information and the verification code, or only one item (such as the verification code or the user account information) may be matched.
When the user authentication information is matched with the corresponding information, the user is considered to pass the authentication, the user is allowed to join the specified organization, and the step 1013 is executed; if the matching is not successful, the user cannot pass the authentication, and the specified organization is determined to be unsuccessfully joined.
Step 1013, assigning a second identity to the user;
after the user obtains the first identity and the second identity, the user can access the application mode corresponding to any identity. Namely: accessing an application mode, such as a life mode, corresponding to a first identity by a user through the first identity; accessing, by the second identity, an operating mode, a learning mode, etc. corresponding to the second identity to enable more specific functions.
In addition, other ways for the user to obtain the second identity may also include: the organization member is assigned a second identity by the organization administrator.
For example, in another embodiment of the present invention, the user information database may include all organization members that have been set by the organization administrator in advance, and user account information is registered for each organization member, and at this time, the user is assigned with the second identity.
Further, after the user has the second identity, as shown in fig. 3, the following steps may be further included:
step 1014, determining an application mode corresponding to the successfully matched user information database;
because the specific identification carried in the user authentication information can be an organization identification code, and the user information database uploaded by the organization administrator also has organization information, the organization applied by the user to join can be determined through the user authentication information or the user information database successfully matched with the user authentication information, and meanwhile, the application mode preset by the organization and used for the user to access is determined.
Step 1015, regarding the application mode as the application mode corresponding to the second identity.
In an embodiment of the invention, the user acquires the second identity once joining an organization. After the user obtains the second identity, a plurality of other organizations can be added, the subsequent organizations added by the user are all the second identity, and the corresponding application mode is determined according to the different added organizations.
Step 102, in the pre-stored application modes corresponding to the user identities, calling the corresponding application modes according to the distributed user identities;
in the embodiment of the invention, the application mode corresponding to the user identity can be prestored, and the corresponding module frame and the application display style are preset for various application modes. For example: the application mode corresponding to the first identity comprises a life mode, and the application mode corresponding to the second identity comprises a working mode, a learning mode and the like. Therefore, after the current user identity of the user is determined, the pre-stored application mode corresponding to the current user identity can be called, so that the user can access the application through the module frame corresponding to the called application mode and the application display style.
The module framework and the application display style preset for different application modes may include a variety of:
take different module frames as examples: the module frame in the life mode can comprise an address book information area, a chat window area, a friend circle access area, an interest information area and the like; in addition, the address list information can be formed by friends added by the user, and the address list framework can be set by the user at will; more life-oriented pieces, such as entertainment, gourmet, sports pieces, etc., may also be included in the module frame. The module frame in the working mode can comprise an address book information area, a chat window area, a work examination and approval item access area, an e-mail, a card-reading sign-in area, a log, a document and other access areas; the address book information and the address book list architecture of the working mode can be preset by an organization administrator according to organization members and the organization architecture, and a user cannot change the address book information and the address book list architecture by himself; the frame of the working module can be also provided with a bulletin board for organizing and releasing the content, a plate for examining and approving the working process, a knowledge base and the like. In the learning mode, the address book information and the address book list structure can be partially preset and generated by an organization administrator, and partially set by a user. The module frame settings in various application modes can be customized and set to the contents meeting the requirements of users according to different requirements of users or organization administrators.
The preset multiple display styles can be selected by the user according to personal preferences, and the user can select the same or different display styles for different application modes. For example, the user may select a flat style in the life mode, a work mode selection card style, and the like.
Step 103, after detecting the identity switching instruction, switching the current identity of the user to an appointed identity according to the identity switching instruction, and calling an application mode corresponding to the appointed identity.
When the number of the application modes accessible by the user is multiple, the user can freely switch to any other application mode in the process that the user accesses the current application mode through the current identity. For example, a click menu of different application modes corresponding to various identities may be preset in the main tab bar, and the user identity is switched through the click menu to access the corresponding application mode.
Or, the switching may be completed by setting different gesture tracks for a plurality of application modes corresponding to different identities possessed by the user in advance, for example, the application mode currently displayed and applied is a working mode, after a gesture motion of turning a page backward, that is, a motion of sliding left, is detected, the switching may be performed to a learning mode, and after a gesture motion of turning a page forward, that is, a motion of sliding right, is detected, the switching may be performed to a living mode. Therefore, after the gesture track of the user is detected, if the gesture track of the user accords with the preset gesture track, the triggered instruction can be determined to be the identity switching instruction, and the current identity of the user can be switched to the specified identity according to the identity switching instruction.
Therefore, according to the application mode switching method provided by the application mode switching method, the corresponding application identity is distributed to the user according to the user registration information, the corresponding application mode is called, and when the identity switching instruction triggered by the user is detected, the current identity of the user can be switched to the specified identity according to the identity switching instruction, and the corresponding application mode is called. Therefore, the user can realize the requirements of life, work, study and the like without downloading a plurality of application programs, and can quickly and conveniently switch between various application modes, thereby reducing the storage load of the terminal equipment and reducing the operation flow of the user.
The first identity and the second identity in the embodiments of the present invention may include a life mode, a work mode, a learning mode, or other application modes. Taking a first identity as a life mode, a second identity including a working mode and a plurality of learning modes as an example, a product application architecture having the first identity and the second identity (corresponding to a plurality of application modes) can refer to fig. 4, where a plurality of function modules included in the life mode corresponding to the first identity include a common social application function, for example, a friend-making communication function, a motion detection function, a friend ring access function, and an information push function (such as internet, game information, etc.) in which other users are interested can be set by the user; the working mode of the second identity may then include more freely-enabled functions in addition to the usual social application functions in the first identity, for example: a mail receiving and sending function, a workflow approval function and the like. Fig. 4 shows only some of the functions of the functional blocks, and is not a limitation of the embodiment of the present invention.
Since the user can apply for joining a plurality of organizations in the second identity, a plurality of organization structures corresponding to the joined organizations can be generated. Moreover, the functions under multiple application modes can be freely combined and used according to requirements, for example, different contacts under multiple application modes can be simultaneously contained in a group chat established by a user, so as to realize the aggregation function of the group.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, a contact relation topological graph may also be established according to all the acquired communication information associated with the user, with the user as a center; and when receiving a search instruction for searching a target user according to the user attribute information, matching the target user corresponding to the user attribute information in the relational topological graph.
For example, a user may populate various user attribute information in the self-description, which may include one or more of a place of birth, place of work, graduation, specialty, academic, industry, company, occupation, post, and hobbies. And establishing a relation chain topological graph taking the user as a center according to different dimensions in the user attribute information, so that the relationship of the user is clear.
When a user needs to search for friends with the same hobbies or seek help, interested people can be searched according to the user attribute information, after the user inputs corresponding user attribute information, a search instruction for searching a target user is triggered, and the target user corresponding to the user attribute information can be matched in the formed relational topological graph preferentially. If the corresponding target user is not searched in the relational topological graph, the target user corresponding to the user attribute information can be further matched outside the relational topological graph and pushed to the user. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, both the target user searched in the relationship topological graph and the target users other than the relationship topological graph may be pushed to the user as needed.
In addition, the invention can also automatically match the human pulse ring based on the dimension of the user attribute information filled by the user and the correlation relationship between the user attribute information and the user attribute information. If the user fills in personal information, such as Beijing living at present, computer science and technology specialty and hobby photography, people with similar information can be automatically matched to recommend the user, so that the circle of friends of the user can be conveniently expanded.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the user attribute information is obtained, the user attribute information can be comprehensively analyzed, so that the interest information corresponding to the user attribute information is obtained and pushed to the user.
For example, each person has different requirements in different age groups, and the invention can provide personalized functions for corresponding users according to different age groups and provide exclusive focus for different people. Such as after 70, the game and news are preferred, and the latest game or the latest news can be used as the interest information of the user; after 80, love shopping and chatting can be carried out, and friends with the same occupation and interest can be used as interest information of the user according to shopping keywords of the user; after 90, the student times pay attention to knowledge accumulation, movie and television entertainment, the eight diagrams news and sports competition, and then the related information can be used as the interest information of the users; the new staff in the workplace pay attention to the career development, the position promotion, the human achievement and the reading and maintenance; marriage families are concerned about children education, indoor decoration, traveling and cooking; the old generation pays attention to physical training, chess playing and fishing, drawing and flower planting, food health care and the like, so that corresponding interest information can be pushed for a user after being comprehensively analyzed according to user attribute information.
When the user in the second identity quits a certain organization or is actively removed by the organization, the user also has the second identity and can be automatically classified into a corresponding organization without authentication according to the characteristic that the user has been added into the organization, or labels of related industries, professions and interests are set for the user according to the characteristic that the user has been added into the organization, and corresponding interest information is analyzed according to the labels, so that corresponding services are better provided for the user. And when the user starts the function capable of being searched, the account information of the user can be pushed to friend recommendation modules of other related users as friend recommendation information according to the label of the user.
The pushing form of the interest information may be a URL form, or a URL and a corresponding information introduction, or cookie information, etc., or may be other various forms, which is not specifically limited in the present invention. The analysis or pushing of the interest information can be set by the user to be started or not, if the user starts the function, the related interest information is pushed, otherwise, the pushing is not carried out. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, each application module may be selected by the user whether to be enabled, and the corresponding function is turned on only after the user is enabled.
Further, various application modes corresponding to the second identity also have a function of initiating a shared topic. When the application mode has a shared topic chat window, a user can input a shared topic in the window and trigger a shared information push instruction, and the system platform pushes shared information through a shared platform (shared topic chat window) according to the shared information push instruction. When other users reply the information, the reply information can be displayed in the chat window.
For example, a user prepares to go to a moon cake island and lack donkey friends on weekends, and after the sharing platform issues a demand, people with the same idea can group together to go by replying information; in the noon, people want to eat tomato eggs for rice with covered rice, topics are launched within a company range, colleagues with the same requirements participate in the information reply, and accordingly can order food uniformly, and people can eat delicious lunch quickly due to the fact that a large number of food ordering is concentrated, the food service speed of a restaurant is high, the food distribution speed is high, and people can eat the delicious lunch quickly.
Further, the remote control function can be actively or passively completed in the embodiment of the invention.
When a user needs the assistance of a remote control function, a helper can start a remote control instruction, and after receiving the remote control instruction and detecting a control confirmation instruction triggered by the user according to the remote control instruction, a sender of the remote control instruction is allowed to control the current application; when a control closing instruction is detected, a sender of the remote control instruction is prohibited from controlling the current application;
or, the user actively triggers the remote control instruction, and controls the current application of the receiver after detecting that the receiver of the remote control instruction confirms the control instruction triggered by the remote control instruction.
Further, in the embodiment of the invention, a group chat can be set under various identities, the group chat can have an anonymity function, and after the anonymity function is started by members in the group, information such as messages and user names in the group is displayed in an anonymity mode. When the user is in the second identity, the user can set the burn-after-reading function for specific information, and after the function is started, the information sent to the other party is only displayed within the preset time and cannot be copied. When the user is in the second identity, the user reminding and reminding time can be set for important work, and the user is automatically prompted to check by a red circle, vibration or sound (the user can set the user by himself) so as to avoid omission.
No matter the identity of the user, if the position sharing function is started and the friend also starts the position sharing function, once the friend in the address list is detected to enter a preset distance range, the friend is prompted to be nearby.
