Description
Technical Field

Background
In the existing environment similar to off-line meeting and training, because the number of participants is large and the field is large, in order to ensure the meeting effect, a set of sound system is usually built in the meeting place, and a microphone is arranged for a host (teacher), so that voice is amplified and played through the sound system, and the participants can clearly hear the content. After the audience finishes speaking, an end message can be sent to the server through WEBSOCKET to terminate the connection with the hardware voice gateway, and the server sends the connection termination information to the terminal equipment of the host through WEBSOCKET so as to update the information of the terminal equipment of the host; an end message may also be initiated by the end device where the moderator is located to terminate the connection of the listener to the hardware voice gateway. And meanwhile, a hardware voice gateway management unit of the server is connected with the hardware voice gateway and used for monitoring the working state of the hardware voice gateway and ensuring the normal work of the hardware voice gateway.
According to the conference auxiliary communication method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent equipment and the server are used for transmitting the activity information and the speaking request, so that the problem that the speaking requirement of participants can be met only by continuous transmission due to the limited number of microphones in a large and medium conference is solved, and the conference efficiency is improved.

acquiring binding information between a host and a hardware voice gateway, and sending the binding information to a server;
acquiring activity information created by a host and sending the activity information and the equipment identification number of the hardware voice gateway to an audience;
receiving a speaking request of an audience, summarizing the speaking request and an identification number of the audience, and sending the summarized speaking request and the identification number of the audience to a host, wherein terminal equipment of the audience sends the speaking request to a server through WEBSOCKET, the server summarizes the speaking request and the identification number of the audience, generates a speaking request list corresponding to the speaking request and the identification number of the audience, and sends the speaking request list to the terminal equipment where the host is located;
acquiring permission information of a host, wherein terminal equipment of the host receives a speech request of a listener selected by the host through browsing a speech request list through an APP (application) or a WeChat applet and agrees to the speech request, and sends the permission information carrying an identification number of the listener to a server through WEBSOCKET;
sending the license information to the audience corresponding to the audience identification number, wherein the server sends the license information to the audience corresponding to the audience identification number through WEBSOCKET;
specifically, after receiving license information, a WEBRTC real-time voice unit on terminal equipment where the audience is located starts to initialize, P2P connection information of the hardware voice gateway is obtained through an equipment identification number of the hardware voice gateway, the terminal equipment where the audience is located sends initialization information to a WEBRTC signaling service unit of a server, the server sends the initialization information to the hardware voice gateway, the hardware voice gateway sends corresponding response information to the server, the server sends the response information to the terminal equipment where the audience is located, so that connection is established between the terminal equipment where the audience is located and the hardware voice gateway, and after a click-to-talk button is triggered on the terminal equipment, a WEBRTC real-time voice unit on terminal equipment where listeners are located converts voice information into a UDP (user Datagram protocol) data packet and sends the UDP data packet to a hardware voice gateway, and the hardware voice gateway converts received data into audio signals and outputs the audio signals to sound equipment or recording equipment, so that the audio information is played through a sound or the audio information is recorded;
