Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an electronic circuit of the electronic calculator 10 ( electronic calculators 10A and 10B) in the present embodiment. The electronic circuit of the electronic calculator 10 includes a plurality of units constituting a computer including the CPU 21.
The CPU21 controls the operations of the respective circuit units by executing the calculation processing program 22a stored in the memory 22. When an input operation is performed, the CPU21 detects a key on which the input operation is performed from a key input signal from the key input unit 11, and executes various kinds of arithmetic processing corresponding to each detected key. In the electronic calculator 10, the CPU21 controls the operations of each unit of the circuit in accordance with the instructions described in the calculation processing program 22a, and realizes calculation processing including processing of the calculation function described in the following operation description by cooperating software and hardware.
The calculation processing program 22a may be stored in the memory 22 in advance, may be read from an external recording medium 23 such as a memory card via the recording medium reading unit 23, or may be downloaded from a server 30 on a communication network N (including the internet) via the communication unit 25.
The memory 22 is provided with an area for storing each data, such as a tax rate 1 total storage area 22b, a tax rate 2 total storage area 22c, a tax total storage area 22d, tax total pattern data 22e, and a change calculation total storage area 22f, in addition to the calculation processing program 22 a.
The tax rate 1 total storage area 22b is an area for storing data calculated by tax calculation based on the tax rate 1. The tax rate 1 total storage area 22b stores at least one of a value of tax amount (1 st tax amount), and tax amount not (1 st tax amount) calculated using the tax rate 1, for a numerical value indicating not tax amount (1 st tax amount not) input by the input operation of the key input unit 11. The 1 st tax containing total amount indicating the total of the 1 st tax containing amount corresponding to at least one numerical value, the 1 st non-tax containing total amount corresponding to the 1 st tax containing total amount, and the 1 st tax containing total amount corresponding to the 1 st tax containing total amount are stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22 b.
The tax rate 2 total storage area 22c is an area for storing data calculated by tax calculation based on the tax rate 2. The tax rate 2 total storage area 22c stores a numeric value indicating no tax amount (no tax amount No. 2) input by the input operation of the key input unit 11, and at least one numeric value of the tax amount (no tax amount No. 2) and the tax amount (no tax amount No. 2) calculated using the tax rate 2. The tax rate 2 total storage area 22c stores a2 nd tax containing total amount indicating a2 nd tax containing total amount corresponding to at least one numerical value, a2 nd non-tax containing total amount corresponding to the 2 nd tax containing total amount, and a2 nd tax containing total amount corresponding to the 2 nd tax containing total amount.
The tax total storage area 22d is an area for storing data indicating the total of the numerical value calculated by the tax calculation based on the tax rate 1 and the numerical value calculated by the tax calculation based on the tax rate 2. The tax total storage area 22d stores the tax-containing total amount obtained by adding up the 1 st tax-containing total amount and the 2 nd tax-containing total amount, the non-tax-containing total amount corresponding to the tax-containing total amount, and the tax-containing total amount corresponding to the tax-containing total amount, in accordance with the input operation of the tax calculation total key 11 f.
The post-tax collection mode data 22e is data indicating whether or not the state (post-tax collection mode on/off) including the state after the total tax collection amount has been calculated in accordance with the input operation of the tax calculation collection key 11 f.
The tax total post mode is on when the total sum including tax is calculated, and off when a key other than the tax 1-including calculation key 11b, the tax 2-including calculation key 11c, and the change key 11x, for example, the [ AC ] key 11a is operated or when a new numerical value is input by operating the numerical value key.
When the post-tax-total mode is in the on state (the state after the calculation of the total amount including tax), the operation of the 1 st calculation key 11b or the 2 nd calculation key 11c including tax is performed, and then the (1 st/2 nd) total amount including tax is displayed (the display control process of the total amount including tax). The post-tax mode is not set to off even when a new numerical value is input by operating the numerical key immediately after the first tax-containing total amount is calculated and displayed, immediately after the 1 st tax-containing total amount is displayed, and immediately after the 2 nd tax-containing total amount is displayed. And every time the same key (the 1 st or 2 nd tax-containing calculation key 11b or 11c) is operated, the non-tax-containing total amount corresponding to the (1 st/2 nd) tax-containing total amount and the tax-containing total amount corresponding to the (1 st/2 nd) tax-containing total amount are switched and displayed in order.
When the post-tax-total mode is in the off state (that is, not in the state after the calculation of the total tax-containing amount), the (1 st/2 nd) tax-containing amount (tax-containing amount display control processing) in the case where the display value is set as the non-tax-containing amount is displayed after the operation of the tax-containing 1 calculation key 11b or the tax-containing 2 calculation key 11c is performed. And displays (1 st/2 nd) tax amount when the same key (the 1 st tax-containing calculation key 11b or the 2 nd tax-containing calculation key 11c) is operated.
In the change-giving calculation total storage area 22f, the calculated tax-containing total amount is stored while being covered every time the tax calculation total key 11f is operated, and in the tax-sum post-mode for making corresponding to the operation of the tax calculation total key 11f, the 1 st tax-containing total amount is stored while being covered every time the 1 st tax-containing total amount is displayed by the operation of the tax-containing 1 calculation key 11b, and the 2 nd tax-containing total amount is stored while being covered every time the 2 nd tax-containing total amount is displayed by the operation of the tax-containing 2 calculation key 11 c.
Next, the operation of the electronic calculator 10 in the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are flowcharts for explaining the operation of the calculation function of the electronic calculator 10 in the present embodiment. Fig. 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are diagrams illustrating specific examples of input operations and displays for explaining the tax calculation function and change calculation function of the electronic calculator 10 according to the present embodiment.
Here, first, a series of tax calculation functions will be described, and then a change calculation function that targets the tax-containing total will be described.
(tax calculating function)
First, the user operates (presses) the [ AC ] key 11a before the calculation is started in order to clear the display. When the [ AC ] key 11a is operated (yes in step a1), the CPU21 clears all the areas of the memory 22 used for tax calculation, that is, the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b, the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c, and the tax total storage area 22d (step a 2). Further, the CPU21 sets the tax total post pattern stored in the tax total post pattern data 22e to off (step A3). Fig. 9(a1) shows a display example in the case where the [ AC ] key 11a is operated. In addition, when the [ AC ] key 11a is operated in a state where the numerical values such as the previous tax calculation results are displayed as shown in fig. 12(a1), the CPU21 clears the numerical values displayed previously and displays "0" as shown in fig. 12(a 2).
When the input operation to the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b is detected immediately after the input operation to the [ AC ] key 11a is performed (yes in steps A8 and a 9), the CPU21 causes the display unit 12 to display the tax rate 1 set for the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b (step a 10). In the present embodiment, "10%" is set as the tax rate 1 in the initial setting. Similarly, when the input operation to the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11c is detected immediately after the input operation of the [ AC ] key 11a is performed (yes in steps a26 and a 27), the CPU21 causes the display unit 12 to display the tax rate 2 set to the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11c (step a 38). In the present embodiment, "8%" is set as the tax rate 2 in the initial setting.
Next, when the numerical value key is operated by the user in order to input the numerical value to be calculated (yes in step a 4), the CPU21 inputs the numerical value (numerical code) corresponding to the operated numerical value key, and displays the input numerical value on the display unit 12 (step a 5). Further, the CPU21 sets the tax total post pattern stored in the tax total post pattern data 22e to off (step A3). Next, when the operation key is operated (yes in step a 6), the CPU21 inputs an operation (operation code) corresponding to the operation key that has been operated, and displays an operation (symbol) symbol of the input operation in the status display area of the display unit 12 (step a 7). Further, the CPU21 sets the tax total post pattern stored in the tax total post pattern data 22e to off (step A3). The CPU21 executes an operation based on the input operation code and the input numeric code, and displays the result during the operation on the display unit 12. Thereafter, similarly, by repeating the input of the numerical code and the arithmetic code, the CPU21 sequentially stores the input numerical code and the arithmetic code. When the "equal" key is operated by the user operation, the CPU21 inputs an operation code corresponding to the operation key (the "equal" key) to be operated, performs calculation corresponding to the numerical code and the operation code (the "equal" code) input before, and displays the calculation result on the display unit 12 (steps a4 to a 7).
In this way, when the input operation of the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b or the tax 2-containing calculation key 11c is detected in a state where the numerical value is displayed on the display unit 12, the CPU21 executes the tax calculation based on the tax rate corresponding to the tax calculation key on which the input operation is performed, for the numerical value indicating that the tax amount is not contained displayed on the display unit 12. In the above description, the numerical value displayed on the display unit 12 is input (displayed) by calculation, but the numerical value input by the input operation of the numerical value key can be easily set as the target of the tax calculation.
For example, when the CPU21 detects an input operation of the tax 1 inclusion calculation key 11b (yes in step a 8), the post-tax-collection mode is in the off state (yes in step a 11), and therefore, for a numerical value in the display targeted for tax calculation, the tax inclusion amount and the tax amount are calculated based on the tax rate 1 (for example, "10%"), and stored in the tax rate 1 collection storage area 22b together with the non-tax amount indicated by the numerical value in the display (step a 12). Further, the CPU21 displays the tax amount calculated based on the tax rate 1 on the display unit 12 (step a 13). Similarly, when the input operation of the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b is detected (yes in step A8) in a state where the numeric value input by the operation of the numeric value key (or the numeric value calculated by the calculation) is displayed on the display unit 12 (steps a4 to a7), the CPU21 performs tax calculation on the basis of the tax rate 1 for the numeric value being displayed on the display unit 12, stores the calculation result in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b, and displays the tax containing amount on the display unit 12 (steps A8 to a 13). That is, tax calculations for a plurality of values can be continued to be indicated.
Further, when the CPU21 detects an input operation of the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11c (yes in step a 26), the post-tax-collection mode is in the off state (yes in step a 29), and therefore, the tax inclusion amount and the tax amount are calculated based on the tax rate 2 (for example, "8%") with respect to the numerical value in the display as the tax calculation target, and are stored in the tax rate 2 collection storage area 22c together with the non-tax amount indicated by the numerical value in the display (step a 30). Further, the CPU21 displays the tax amount calculated based on the tax rate 2 on the display unit 12 (step a 31). Similarly, when the input operation of the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11c is detected (yes in step a 26) in a state where the numeric value input by the operation of the numeric value key (or the numeric value calculated by the operation) is displayed on the display unit 12 (steps a4 to a7), the CPU21 performs tax calculation on the basis of the tax rate 2 for the numeric value being displayed on the display unit 12, stores the calculation result in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c, and displays the tax inclusion amount on the display unit 12 (steps a26 to a 31).
Hereinafter, an example of inputting a specific numerical value and calculating a tax will be described. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing examples of input numerical values (excluding the tax amount), tax amount, and tax amount used in the following explanation of the tax calculation function. Fig. 9(B1) to 9(B7) show that a plurality of numerical values (no tax amount) shown in fig. 8 are input, and the tax rate corresponding to each numerical value is specified by the tax 1-containing calculation key 11B or the tax 2-containing calculation key 11 c.
As shown in fig. 9(B1), for example, when the value "1000" is input and the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11B is operated, the CPU21 displays the tax-inclusive amount "1100" calculated based on the tax rate 1. Further, the CPU21 displays the symbol "tax 1" indicating that the tax-containing amount calculated based on the tax rate 1 is being displayed. Similarly, when the numerical values "200", "5000", and "1500" are input and the tax inclusion 1 calculation key 11B is operated for each numerical value, the CPU21 displays the tax inclusion amount calculated based on the tax rate 1 for each numerical value as shown in fig. 9(B2) to (B4). The result of the tax calculation for each numerical value is stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22 b.
As shown in fig. 9(B5), for example, when the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11c is operated after the numerical value "2000" is input, the CPU21 displays the tax-inclusive amount "2160" calculated based on the tax rate 2. Further, the CPU21 displays the symbol "tax 2" indicating that the tax-containing amount calculated based on the tax rate 2 is being displayed. Similarly, when the numerical values "3000" and "400" are input and the tax inclusion 2 calculation key 11c is operated for each numerical value, the CPU21 displays the tax inclusion amount calculated based on the tax rate 2 for each numerical value as shown in fig. 9(B6) and (B7). The result of the tax calculation for each numerical value is stored in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22 c.
As described above, the electronic calculator 10 according to the present embodiment can arbitrarily specify the tax rate to be used for the tax calculation of the input numerical value by operating the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b or the tax 2-containing calculation key 11 c. Therefore, for example, when calculating the total amount of taxes for a plurality of commodities having different tax rates, it is possible to input the total amount of taxes by specifying each of the tax rates for the plurality of commodities having different tax rates, and thus it is possible to facilitate the input operation. Although the tax calculation is continuously performed for each of the numerical value of the applicable tax rate 1 and the numerical value of the applicable tax rate 2 in fig. 9(B1) to 9(B7), the tax calculation may be performed by specifying the tax rate 1 and the tax rate 2 in a mixed manner.
When the key (the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b or the tax 2-containing calculation key 11c) operated to instruct the calculation of the tax is continuously operated while the tax containing amount is being displayed, the display of the tax containing amount is switched to the display of the tax amount. For example, when the tax amount calculated based on the tax rate 1 is being displayed (step a13), and when the tax 1 calculation key 11b is operated (yes in step a 14), the CPU21 reads the tax amount calculated based on the tax rate 1 from the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b and displays it (step a 15). Then, when the tax 1 inclusion calculation key 11b is operated (yes in step a 16), the CPU21 displays the tax inclusion amount calculated based on the tax rate 1 (step a 13). When the tax amount calculated based on the tax rate 2 is being displayed (step a31), and when the tax amount 2 calculation key 11c is operated (yes in step a 32), the CPU21 reads the tax amount calculated based on the tax rate 2 from the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c and displays the read tax amount (step a 33). Then, when the tax containing 2 calculation key 11c is operated (yes in step a 34), the CPU21 displays the tax containing amount calculated based on the tax rate 2 (step a 31). That is, after calculating the tax amount according to the operation of the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b or the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11c, the electronic calculator 10 can alternately switch between and display the tax amount and the display of the tax amount every time the operation of the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b or the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11c is performed. Therefore, the tax amount and the tax amount can be easily confirmed.
Next, in a state where the tax amount or the tax amount is displayed, if the tax calculation total key 11f (3 rd tax calculation key) is operated (yes in step a 44), the CPU21 sets the tax post-collection mode stored in the tax post-collection mode data 22e to on (step a 55). Further, the CPU21 calculates the total tax amount obtained by adding the total tax amount calculated based on the tax rate 1 (1 st total tax amount) stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b to the total tax amount calculated based on the tax rate 2 (2 nd total tax amount) stored in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c, and causes the display unit 12 to display the total tax amount stored in the tax amount storage area 22d (step a 45).
Here, the calculated and displayed total tax amount is stored in the total change calculation storage area 22f in a manner to be covered (step a45 a).
In addition, when the electronic calculator 10 is displaying the total amount with taxes, the display of the total amount with taxes can be switched to the display of the total amount with taxes and the display of the total amount with taxes in this order by operating the tax calculation total key 11f next (the total amount with taxes not displayed control process).
When the tax total amount is displayed (step a45), if the tax calculation total key 11f (3 rd tax calculation key) is operated (yes in step a 46), the CPU21 calculates the non-tax total amount corresponding to the tax total amount based on the data stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b and the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c, and stores the non-tax total amount in the tax total storage area 22 d. Further, the CPU21 reads out the non-tax total amount from the tax total storage area 22d and displays it (step a 47).
When the non-tax total amount is displayed (step a47), and when the tax calculation total key 11f (No. 3 tax calculation key) is operated (yes in step a 48), the CPU21 calculates the tax total amount corresponding to the tax total amount based on the data stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b and the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c, and stores the tax total amount in the tax total storage area 22 d. Further, the CPU21 reads out the tax total amount from the tax total storage area 22d and displays it (step a 49).
When the tax calculation total key 11f is operated, the CPU21 causes the display unit 12 to display the tax-containing total amount. That is, after the total amount with taxes is calculated in accordance with the operation of the tax calculation total key 11f, the electronic calculator 10 can alternately switch the display of the total amount with taxes, the total amount without taxes corresponding to the total amount with taxes, and the total amount with taxes corresponding to the total amount with taxes every time the operation of the tax calculation total key 11f (the 3 rd tax calculation key) is performed. Therefore, the total amount with tax, the total amount without tax, and the total amount with tax can be easily confirmed.
Fig. 9(C1) to 9(C3) show examples of display in the case where the tax calculation total key 11f (the 3 rd tax calculation key) is operated. When the tax calculation total key 11f is operated after tax calculations are performed on a plurality of numerical values shown in fig. 9(B1) to (B7), the CPU21 displays the total sum of taxes "14302" indicating the total sum of taxes to which the tax rate 1 and the tax rate 2 are applied, respectively, as shown in fig. 9 (C1). Here, when the tax calculation total key 11f is operated, the CPU21 displays the non-tax total sum "13100" as shown in fig. 9 (C2). When the tax calculation total key 11f is operated, the CPU21 displays the total tax amount "1202" as shown in fig. 9(C3) (the display control process of the total tax amount is not included). When the tax calculation total key 11f is operated, the CPU21 returns the display to the display shown in fig. 9(C1) and displays the total tax-containing total amount "14302".
Next, a case will be described where the tax 1 inclusion calculation key 11b or the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11c is operated after the tax total post-mode is set to the on state (after the tax total inclusion amount is calculated).
As shown in fig. 9(C1) to 9(C3), when the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b is operated (yes in step a 8) in a state where the total tax amount, the non-total tax amount, or the total tax amount is displayed, the CPU21 sets the tax post-total mode to the on state (no in step a 11), and therefore reads the 1 st tax containing amount indicating the 1 st sum of the tax containing amounts corresponding to at least one numerical value from the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b and displays the 1 st tax containing amount on the display unit 12 (step a 17). Here, the 1 st tax containing total amount shown above is stored in the change calculation total storage area 22f in a manner to be overwritten (step a17 a). When the 1 st non-tax containing total amount is displayed (step a17), and the tax 1 containing calculation key 11b is operated (yes in step a 18), the CPU21 reads out the 1 st non-tax containing total amount corresponding to the 1 st tax containing total amount from the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b and displays the read non-tax containing total amount (step a 19). When the 1 st tax containing amount calculation key 11b is operated in the state where the 1 st non-tax containing amount is displayed (yes in step a 20), the CPU21 reads the 1 st tax containing amount corresponding to the 1 st tax containing amount from the tax rate 1 containing amount storage area 22b and displays the read 1 st tax containing amount (step a 21). That is, the electronic calculator 10 can switch to display any of the 1 st tax-containing total amount, the 1 st non-tax-containing total amount, and the 1 st tax-containing total amount calculated based on the tax rate 1 every time the operation of the 1 st tax-containing calculation key 11b is performed after the total tax-containing total amount is calculated. Therefore, the 1 st tax containing total amount, the 1 st non-tax containing total amount, and the 1 st tax containing total amount can be easily confirmed.
Fig. 9(D1) to 9(D3) show examples of how the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b is operated. When the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b is operated while the displays shown in fig. 9(C1) to 9(C3) are being displayed, the CPU21 displays the 1 st tax-containing total "8470" calculated based on the tax rate 1, as shown in fig. 9 (D1). Here, when the tax 1 inclusion calculation key 11b is operated, the CPU21 displays the 1 st non-tax-containing total "7700" as shown in fig. 9 (D2). When the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b is operated, the CPU21 displays the 1 st tax total "770" as shown in fig. 9 (D3). When the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b is operated, the CPU21 returns the display to the display shown in fig. 9(D1) and displays the 1 st tax-inclusive total "8470".
When the tax-2-containing calculation key 11c is operated in the display state shown in fig. 9(D1) to 9(D3) (yes in steps a23, a24, and a 25), the CPU21 switches to the display of the 2 nd tax-containing total amount shown in fig. 9(E1) to 9(E3) described below (step a 35). In addition, when the tax calculation total key 11f is operated in the display state shown in fig. 9(D1) to 9(D3) (yes in step a 56), the CPU21 shifts to the display state of the total sum of the aforementioned taxes (step a 45).
On the other hand, when the tax 2 calculation key 11C is operated (yes in step a 26) in a state where the total tax amount, the non-total tax amount, or the total tax amount is displayed as shown in fig. 9(C1) to 9(C3), the CPU21 sets the post-tax-total mode to the on state (no in step a 29), and therefore reads the 2 nd tax amount indicating the 2 nd tax amount corresponding to at least one numerical value from the tax rate 2 total storage area 22C and displays the 2 nd tax amount on the display unit 12 (step a 35). Here, the 2 nd tax-containing total amount displayed above is stored in the change calculation total storage area 22f in a manner to be overwritten (step a35 a). When the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11c is operated (yes in step a 36) while the 2 nd tax containing total is being displayed (step a35), the CPU21 reads the 2 nd non-tax containing total corresponding to the 2 nd tax containing total from the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c and displays the same (step a 37). When the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11c is operated in the state where the 2 nd non-tax amount is displayed (yes in step a38), the CPU21 reads the 2 nd tax amount corresponding to the 2 nd tax amount from the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c and displays the 2 nd tax amount (step a 39). That is, the electronic calculator 10 can switch to display any of the 2 nd tax-containing total amount, the 2 nd non-tax-containing total amount, and the 2 nd tax-containing total amount calculated based on the tax rate 2 every time the operation of the tax-containing 2 calculation key 11c is performed after the total tax-containing total amount is calculated. Therefore, the 2 nd tax containing total amount, the 2 nd non-tax containing total amount, and the 2 nd tax containing total amount can be easily confirmed.
Fig. 9(E1) to (E3) show display examples in the case where the tax 2-containing calculation key 11c is operated. When the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11C is operated while the displays shown in fig. 9(C1) to 9(C3) are being displayed, the CPU21 displays the 2 nd tax inclusion total "5832" calculated based on the tax rate 2 as shown in fig. 9 (E1). Here, when the tax 2 inclusion calculation key 11c is operated, the CPU21 displays the 2 nd non-tax total "5400" as shown in fig. 9 (E2). When the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11c is operated, the CPU21 displays the 2 nd tax total "432" as shown in fig. 9 (E3). When the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11c is operated, the CPU21 returns the display to that shown in fig. 9(E1) and displays the 2 nd tax-inclusive total "5832".
When the tax-1-containing calculation key 11b is operated in the display state shown in fig. 9(E1) to fig. 9(E3) (yes in steps a41, a42, and a 43), the CPU21 switches to the display of the 1 st tax-containing total shown in fig. 9(D1) to fig. 9(D3) (step a 17). In addition, when the tax calculation total key 11f is operated in the display state shown in fig. 9(E1) to 9(E3) (yes in step a 57), the CPU21 shifts to the display state of the total sum of taxes (step a 45).
That is, while the post-tax-collection mode is in the on state, the electronic calculator 10 can display the collection display (fig. 9(D1) to 9(D3), and fig. 9(E1) to 9(E3)) corresponding to the tax rate 1 and the tax rate 2 by a simple operation of the operations of the tax-1-containing calculation key 11b and the tax-2-containing calculation key 11 c. The electronic calculator 10 can be switched to the total sum display (fig. 9(C1) to fig. 9(C3)) by operating the tax calculation sum key 11f, and can display the result.
As described above, in the electronic calculator 10 according to the present embodiment, it is possible to perform the tax calculation based on the plurality of tax rates by a simple operation using the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b and the tax 2-containing calculation key 11c corresponding to each of the plurality of tax rates, and it is possible to easily confirm the content of the tax calculation.
Next, a description will be given of a tax rate setting process for setting a tax rate for the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b and the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11 c. In the above description, it is assumed that "10%" is initially set as the tax rate 1 for the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b, and "8%" is initially set as the tax rate 2 for the tax 2-containing calculation key 11 c. In the electronic calculator 10 of the present embodiment, the tax rate can be arbitrarily set for the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b and the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11 c.
For example, when the [ AC ] key 11a is operated (step a1), and then, for example, the [ wt.% ] key 11g is pressed for a long time (for example, continuously for 3 seconds) (steps a51 and a52), the CPU21 starts the tax rate setting process.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart for explaining the tax rate setting process in the present embodiment. Fig. 12(B) is a diagram showing an example of display in the tax rate setting process. First, a case where the setting of the tax rate 1 is changed will be described.
When the tax rate setting process is started by operating the [ AC ] key 11a and the [% ] key 11g, the CPU21 displays a screen for setting the tax rate as shown in fig. 12 (B1). Here, when the tax 1-containing calculation key 11B is operated (step B1), the CPU21 causes the display unit 12 to display symbols of the tax rate 1 ("10") and "tax 1" set for the tax 1-containing calculation key 11B, as shown in fig. 12(B2) (step B2). Next, as shown in fig. 12B 3, when the [% ] key 11g is operated after a numerical value (for example, "8") indicating the tax rate 1 newly set is input (step B3), the CPU21 displays the input numerical value ("8") and sets (registers) the input numerical value as the tax rate 1 applied to the tax 1-containing calculation key 11B (stores it in the memory 22) (step B4).
Similarly, when the tax rate setting process is started and the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11C is operated as shown in fig. 12(C1), the CPU21 causes the display unit 12 to display the tax rate 2 ("8") and the symbol "tax 2" set for the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11C as shown in fig. 12 (C2). Next, as shown in fig. 12(C3), when the [% ] key 11g is operated after a numerical value (for example, "10") indicating a newly set tax rate 2 is input, the CPU21 causes the input numerical value ("10") to be displayed and set (registered) as the tax rate 2 applied to the tax 2-containing calculation key 11C (stored in the memory 22).
As described above, in the electronic calculator 10 of the present embodiment, an arbitrary tax rate can be set for the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b and the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11 c. In the processing shown in fig. 3 to 6 described above, when the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b or the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11c is operated, the CPU21 executes tax calculation using the newly set (registered) tax rates 1, 2.
The tax rate 1 set (registered) for the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b is displayed as shown in fig. 12(D1) by operating the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b immediately after the [ AC ] key 11a is operated (step a10) as described above. Similarly, the tax rate 2 set (registered) for the tax-2-inclusive calculation key 11c is displayed as shown in fig. 12(E1) by operating the tax-2-inclusive calculation key 11c immediately after the [ AC ] key 11a is operated (step a28) as described above.
(Change calculation function)
Fig. 10 is a diagram showing examples of input numerical values (not including the tax amount), tax amounts, and tax amounts used in the following explanation of the change calculation function. Fig. 11(a) to 11(I) show that a plurality of numerical values (no tax amount) shown in fig. 10 are input, and tax rates for the respective numerical values are specified by the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b or the tax 2-containing calculation key 11 c.
For example, as shown in fig. 11a, after the numeric value "1000" without the tax amount of the commodity to which the tax rate 1 "10%" is applied is output (steps a4, a5), when the tax 1-containing calculation key 11B is operated (yes in step A8) as shown in fig. 11B, the CPU21 turns the tax total mode off (yes in step a 11), and displays the tax amount "1100" calculated based on the tax rate 1 and stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22B (steps a12, a 13). In this case, the symbols "tax including" and "tax 1" indicating the tax including amount of the tax rate 1 are also displayed.
Here, as shown in fig. 11C, when the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b is operated (yes in step a 14), the CPU21 reads and displays the tax amount "100" calculated based on the tax rate 1 from the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b (step a 15). In this case, symbols "tax including" and "tax 1" indicating the tax amount of the tax rate 1 are also displayed.
Further, as described above, when the value "3000" without the tax amount of the product to which the tax rate 1 "10%" is applied is input (steps a4, a5) as shown in fig. 11(D), and when the tax 1 calculation key 11b is operated (yes in step A8) as shown in fig. 11(E), the CPU21 displays the tax amount "3300" calculated based on the tax rate 1 and stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b (yes in step a11, a12, a 13).
Next, as shown in fig. 11F, when a value "400" of the non-taxable amount of the commodity to which the taxation rate 2 "8%" is applied is input (steps a4, a5), and as shown in fig. 11G, when the taxation 2 calculation key 11c is operated (yes in step a 26), the CPU21 sets the post-taxation mode to the off state (yes in step a 29), and displays the non-taxation amount "432" calculated based on the taxation rate 2 and stored in the taxation 2 total storage area 22c (steps a30, a 31). In this case, the symbols "tax including" and "tax 2" indicating the tax including amount of the tax rate 2 are also displayed.
Further, as described above, when the value "700" without the tax amount of the product to which the tax rate 2 "8%" is applied is input (steps a4, a5) as shown in fig. 11(H), and the tax 2 calculation key 11c is operated (yes in step a 26) as shown in fig. 11(I), the CPU21 displays the tax amount "756" calculated based on the tax rate 2 and stored in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c (yes in step a29, a30, a 31).
Here, as shown in fig. 11(J), when the tax calculation total key 11f is operated (yes in step a 44), the CPU21 sets the tax total mode to on (step a55), calculates the tax-containing total amount "5588" obtained by adding the total "4400" (1 st tax-containing total amount) of the tax-containing amounts "1100" and "3300" of each product stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b to the total "1188" (2 nd tax-containing total amount) of the tax-containing amounts "432" and "756" of each product stored in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c, stores the calculation result in the tax total storage area 22d, and displays the tax display unit 12 (step a 45). In this case, symbols "tax total" and "tax containing" indicating the total tax containing amount for each tax rate are also displayed.
At this time, the total tax amount "5588" calculated and displayed as described above is stored in the total change calculation storage area 22f in a manner to be covered (step a45 a).
Here, as shown in fig. 11(K), the numerical value "10000" as the deposit is inputted and displayed (yes in step a45b, a45), and as shown in fig. 11(L), when the change key 11x is operated (yes in step a45 d), the tax-containing total amount "5588" stored in the change calculation total storage area 22f is subtracted from the inputted numerical value (deposit) "10000", and the numerical value "4412" as the subtraction result is displayed as the change (step a45 e).
Thus, the electronic calculator 10 can calculate and display not only the total sum of the tax amounts based on the plurality of tax rates but also the change by a simple operation.
Here, in order to view the total of the respective tax contents (1 st tax-containing total amount) to which the amount of 1 "10%" of the tax contents is applied in the total sum "5588" of the respective tax contents based on the plurality of tax rates, when the tax-containing 1 calculation key 11b is operated (yes in step A8) as shown in fig. 11(M), the CPU21 sets the post-tax-total mode to the on state (no in step a 11), and therefore reads the 1 st tax-containing total amount "4400" indicating the total of the 1 st tax contents from the tax-1-total storage area 22b and displays the same on the display unit 12 (step a 17). In this case, symbols "tax total" and "tax 1" indicating the tax-containing total of the tax rate 1 are also displayed.
At this time, the 1 st tax containing total amount "4400" shown above is stored in the total storage area for change calculation 22f in a manner to be covered (step a17 a).
Then, as shown in fig. 11N, a numerical value "5000" as a pre-deposit is inputted and displayed (yes in step a17b, a17c), and as shown in fig. 11O, when the change key 11x is operated (yes in step a17 d), the 1 st tax-containing total amount "4400" stored in the change calculation total storage area 22f is subtracted from the inputted numerical value (pre-deposit) "5000", and a numerical value "600" as a result of the subtraction is displayed as change (step a17 e).
Further, in order to view the total of the respective tax contents (2 nd tax-containing total amount) to which the amount of the tax content 2 "8%" is applied, out of the total tax-containing total amount "5588" of the respective tax contents based on the plurality of tax rates, as shown in fig. 11(P), when the tax-containing 2 calculation key 11c is operated (yes in step a 26), the CPU21 sets the post-tax-total mode to the on state (no in step a 29), and therefore reads out the 2 nd tax-containing total amount "1188" indicating the total of the 2 nd tax contents from the tax-rate-2 total storage area 22c and displays the result on the display unit 12 (step a 35). In this case, symbols "tax total" and "tax 2" indicating the tax contained total of the tax rate 2 are also displayed.
At this time, the 2 nd tax-containing total amount "1188" displayed above is stored in the change calculation total storage area 22f while being covered (step a35 a).
Then, as shown in fig. 11Q, a numerical value "2000" as a deposit is inputted and displayed (yes in step a35b, a35c), and as shown in fig. 11R, when the change key 11x is operated (yes in step a35 d), the 2 nd tax-containing total amount "1188" stored in the change calculation total storage area 22f is subtracted from the inputted numerical value (deposit) "2000", and a numerical value "812" as a result of the subtraction is displayed as change (step a35 e).
Thus, the electronic calculator 10 can easily calculate and display change of the total amount of tax including based on the individual tax rate, among the total amount of tax including based on the plurality of tax rates, by a simple operation.
Therefore, in the electronic calculator 10 having the above-described configuration, when the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b is operated after the numerical data is input, the tax containing amount and the tax free amount calculated at the tax rate 1 are stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b and displayed, and when the tax 2-containing calculation key 11c is operated after the numerical data is input, the tax containing amount and the tax free amount calculated at the tax rate 2 are stored in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c and displayed. When the tax calculation total key 11f is operated, the tax-containing total amount obtained by adding the total amount of the tax-containing amounts of the tax rate 1 (1 st tax-containing total amount) stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b and the total amount of the tax-containing amounts of the tax rate 2 (2 nd tax-containing total amount) stored in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c is displayed and stored in the change calculation total memory 22 f. When the change key 11x is operated in response to input of numerical data as a pre-stored amount, numerical data obtained by subtracting the total tax amount from the numerical data of the pre-stored amount is displayed as change of the total tax amount.
Thus, the total amount of each tax-containing amount based on a plurality of tax rates can be calculated for change by a simple operation.
In the electronic calculator 10 having the above configuration, when the tax 1-containing calculation key 11b is operated after the display of the tax-containing total amount by the operation of the tax calculation total key 11f, the 1 st tax-containing total amount stored in the tax rate 1-containing total storage area 22b is displayed and stored in the change calculation total memory 22 f. When the change key 11x is operated after inputting the numerical data of the pre-stored deposit, the numerical data of the result obtained by subtracting the 1 st tax-containing total amount from the numerical data of the pre-stored deposit is displayed as the change of the 1 st tax-containing total amount.
When the tax 2-containing total amount calculation key 11c is operated after the display of the tax total-containing total amount by the operation of the tax calculation total key 11f, the 2 nd tax-containing total amount stored in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c is displayed and stored in the change calculation total memory 22 f. When the change key 11x is operated with the input of numerical data of the prestored money, numerical data of a result obtained by subtracting the 2 nd tax-containing total amount from the numerical data of the prestored money is displayed as change of the 2 nd tax-containing total amount.
Thus, the change can be calculated for each of the different tax-containing total amounts by a simple operation.
In addition, with the electronic calculator 10 having the above configuration, based on the respective totals of the tax contained amount/the non-contained amount/the tax contained amount of the tax rate 1 (the 1 st tax contained amount/the 1 st non-contained amount/the 1 st tax contained amount) stored in the tax rate 1 total storage area 22b and the respective totals of the tax contained amount/the non-contained amount/the tax contained amount of the tax rate 2 (the 2 nd tax contained amount/the 2 nd non-contained amount/the 2 nd tax contained amount) stored in the tax rate 2 total storage area 22c, the total tax contained amount obtained by summing the respective tax contained amounts, the non-contained amount obtained by summing the non-contained amounts, and the total tax amount obtained by summing the respective tax amounts are displayed in a switched manner every time the tax calculation total key 11f is operated. When the change key 11x is operated in a state where the total amount including taxes is displayed, numerical data of a result obtained by subtracting the total amount including taxes from the numerical data of the prestored money is displayed as change of the total amount including taxes.
Thus, the total amount of tax including the respective tax amounts, the total amount of non-tax including the respective non-tax amounts, and the total amount of tax including the respective tax amounts based on the plurality of tax rates can be switched and confirmed by a simple operation, and after the confirmation, the calculation of change can be easily performed for the total amount of tax including the respective tax amounts.
In the change giving calculation function according to the above embodiment, the tax total amount after mode is set to on in accordance with the operation of the tax calculation total key 11f, and immediately after the display of the tax-containing total amount, the tax total after mode is not set to off even when the numerical data is input by the operation of the numerical key. Thus, as shown in fig. 11(K) and (L), even if the input of the pre-stored amount including the total amount of taxes and the calculation of change are performed, the 1 st (or 2 nd) tax-including total amount can be displayed and the change can be calculated in accordance with the operation of the tax-1-including calculation key 11b (or tax-2-including calculation key 11c) thereafter.
On the other hand, even when the configuration is adopted in which the tax total post mode is set to off without exception when numerical data is input by operation of the numerical keys, for example, if the tax containing total amount is displayed immediately after the operation of the tax calculating total key 11f as shown in fig. 11(J), the change calculation can be performed by displaying the 1 st tax containing total amount according to the operation of the tax containing 1 calculating key 11b as shown in fig. 11(M) to (O), or by displaying the 2 nd tax containing total amount according to the operation of the tax containing 2 calculating key 11c as shown in fig. 11(P) to (R).
In the above description, the case where the input operation is performed on the non-tax 1 calculation key 11d and the non-tax 2 calculation key 11e has been described as an example, but the same processing can be performed even when the input operation is performed on the non-tax 1 calculation key 11b and the non-tax 2 calculation key 11 c. However, when the non-tax 1 calculation key 11d or the non-tax 2 calculation key 11e is operated, the CPU21 displays the non-tax amount in priority over the tax amount. Otherwise, the processing is performed in the same manner as in the case where the tax 1-inclusive calculation key 11b or the tax 2-inclusive calculation key 11c is operated.
The methods described in the embodiments, that is, the methods such as the processing shown in the flowcharts of fig. 3 to 7, can be distributed as programs executable by a computer, stored in a storage medium such as a memory card (ROM card, RAM card, etc.), a magnetic disk (flexible disk, hard disk, etc.), an optical disk (CD-ROM, DVD, etc.), a semiconductor memory, or the like.
