The invention provides a novel thread plug-in type composite hydraulic control one-way throttle valve which comprises an inner valve body and an outer valve body, wherein the inner valve body is in butt joint with the outer valve body to form a composite valve body; an adjusting screw rod, a throttling valve core and a one-way throttling valve sleeve which are coaxial are sequentially arranged in the outer valve body along the axial direction, and the one-way throttling valve sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the throttling valve core; a hydraulic control push rod in-place cavity, a cone valve port, a steel ball in-place cavity and a stop valve seat installation cavity are sequentially formed in the inner valve body from the free end to the fixed end along the axial direction, and a coaxial hydraulic control push rod, a coaxial steel ball and a stop valve seat are sequentially installed in the hydraulic control push rod in-place cavity, the steel ball in-place cavity and the stop valve seat installation cavity; wherein, the one-way throttle valve sleeve, the steel ball and the hydraulic control push rod are respectively provided with a throttle reset spring, a steel ball reset spring and a hydraulic control push rod reset spring. a hydraulic control push rod in-place cavity, a conical valve port, a steel ball in-place cavity and a stop valve seat installation cavity are sequentially formed in the inner valve body from the free end to the fixed end along the axial direction, and coaxial hydraulic control push rods, steel balls and stop valve seats are sequentially installed in the hydraulic control push rod in-place cavity, the steel ball in-place cavity and the stop valve seat installation cavity;

Detailed Description
The novel threaded cartridge type compound pilot operated check throttle valve of the present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the schematic drawings, wherein a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, it being understood that one skilled in the art could modify the invention herein described while still achieving the advantageous effects of the present invention. Accordingly, the following description should be construed as broadly as possible to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the novel threaded cartridge type composite hydraulic control one-way throttle valve (hereinafter referred to as a composite valve for convenience of description) provided by the present invention mainly comprises a composite valve body assembly formed by coaxially abutting an outer valve body 100 and an inner valve body 200, wherein the outer valve body 100 and the inner valve body 200 are in threaded abutment in general, and a cartridge thread 140 is provided outside a fixed end of the outer valve body 100 and the inner valve body 200, and the cartridge thread 140 is used for mounting the composite valve in a valve block 300.
A screw rod positioning cavity 110, a throttle valve core positioning cavity 120 and a throttle valve sleeve positioning cavity 130 (from left to right as shown in fig. 1) are sequentially formed in the outer valve body 100 from the free end to the fixed end along the axial direction, a coaxial adjusting screw rod 111, a throttle valve core 121 and a one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 (from left to right as shown in fig. 2) are sequentially installed in the screw rod positioning cavity 110, the throttle valve core positioning cavity 120 and the throttle valve sleeve positioning cavity 130, and the one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 is sleeved outside the throttle valve core 121. The one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 is provided with a throttle opening 133, a locking nut 112 is arranged at the joint of the adjusting screw 111 and the outer valve body 100, and the size of the throttle opening 133 is controlled by the adjusting screw 111 to adjust the flow in the oil path.
A hydraulic control push rod seating cavity 210, a cone valve port 220, a steel ball seating cavity 230 and a stop valve seat mounting cavity 240 are sequentially formed in the inner valve body 200 from a free end to a fixed end (from left to right as shown in fig. 1) along the axial direction, and a coaxial hydraulic control push rod 211, a steel ball 231 and a stop valve seat 241 are sequentially mounted in the hydraulic control push rod seating cavity 210, the steel ball seating cavity 230 and the stop valve seat mounting cavity 240 (from left to right as shown in fig. 2). The valve seat opening of the cut-off valve seat 241 is provided with an inner conical surface 242 matched with the throttle valve core 121, and the throttle valve core 121 is pushed by manually rotating the adjusting screw 111 to pass through the throttle orifice 133 on the one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 and contact with the inner conical surface 242 of the cut-off valve seat 241 to form linear sealing, so that the function of cutting off an oil way is achieved. In addition, a line seal may be formed between the steel ball 231 and the cone valve opening 220.
The one-way throttle valve sleeve 131, the steel ball 231 and the hydraulic control push rod 211 are respectively provided with a throttle return spring 132, a steel ball return spring 232 and a hydraulic control push rod return spring 212.
Specifically, the working principle of the novel threaded plug-in type composite hydraulic control one-way throttle valve proposed by the present invention will be described in detail below (for convenience of description, the novel threaded plug-in type composite hydraulic control one-way throttle valve is hereinafter referred to as a composite valve), as shown in fig. 3, an oil inlet (1# oil port) is formed between the free end of the inner valve body 200 and the hydraulic control push rod 211 on the valve block 300 of the composite valve plug-in type composite valve, an oil outlet (2# oil port) is formed at the throttle opening 133, and a hydraulic control port (3# oil port) is formed at one end of the hydraulic control push rod extending out.
A. One-way locking function (2# oil port → 1# oil port)
As shown in fig. 3, when no pressure oil enters from the oil port # 1 and the oil port # 3, the steel ball 231 is pressed down to the conical valve port 220 of the inner valve body 200 to form a line seal under the action of the steel ball return spring 232, and the hydraulic oil cannot flow from the oil port # 2 to the oil port # 1; the composite valve has a one-way locking function in the direction of the oil port No. 2 → the oil port No. 1;
B. one-way oil outlet function (1# oil port → 2# oil port)
As shown in fig. 4, after the pressure oil enters from the # 1 port of the combination valve, the steel ball 231 is ejected from the conical valve port 220 of the inner valve body 200 under the action of the pressure oil and flows to the one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 through the stop valve seat 241, the one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 can move axially along the throttle valve core 121 under the pushing of the pressure oil and is separated from the stop valve seat 241 to form a channel, and the flow in the direction of the # 1 port → the # 2 port is not controlled by the throttle valve 121; the compound valve has a one-way oil outlet function (oil port # 1 → oil port # 2);
the pressure oil of the oil port No. 1 is removed, the steel ball 231 and the one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 are reset under the action of the steel ball return spring 232 and the throttle return spring 132, and the composite valve returns to the one-way locking state.
C. Hydraulic control oil return throttling function (2# oil port → 1# oil port)
As shown in fig. 5, when the hydraulic control pressure oil enters the # 3 oil port, the hydraulic control push rod 211 forcibly pushes the steel ball 231 to open from the conical valve port 220 of the inner valve body 200 under the pushing of the hydraulic control pressure oil, so that the hydraulic oil of the # 2 oil port can flow back to the # 1 oil port through the throttle port 133 on the one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 and through the stop valve seat 241; the size of the orifice 133 is controlled by the throttle valve spool 121; the # 2 oil port is generally connected with an actuator (such as an oil cylinder), and the opening area of the throttle port 133 can be reduced by rotating the adjusting screw 111 clockwise, so that the oil return resistance is increased, and the movement speed of the actuator is reduced; conversely, the opening area of the throttling port 133 can be enlarged by rotating the adjusting screw 111 anticlockwise, so that the movement speed of the actuator is increased; thus, the combination valve has the hydraulic control oil return throttling function in the direction of the oil port No. 2 → the oil port No. 1, and the opening size of the throttling port 133 is manually adjustable.
The hydraulic control pressure oil of the No. 3 oil port is cancelled, the hydraulic control push rod 211 is separated from the steel ball 231 to reset under the action of the hydraulic control push rod reset spring 212, and the compound valve returns to the one-way locking state.
D. Manual shut-off function
As shown in fig. 6, the throttle valve body 121 is pushed by manually rotating the adjusting screw 111 clockwise to pass through the throttle opening 133 of the one-way throttle valve sleeve 131 and contact with the inner conical surface 242 of the cut-off valve seat 241 to form a linear seal, hydraulic oil cannot flow between the oil ports 1# and 2# to form a two-way cut-off function, and the two-way cut-off function can be manually released by rotating the adjusting screw 111 counterclockwise.
In summary, in the novel threaded plug-in type composite hydraulic control one-way throttle valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, three relatively independent launching components, namely the one-way throttle valve, the stop valve and the hydraulic control one-way valve, are integrated into one composite hydraulic valve component, so that the number of the valve components in a hydraulic control loop can be greatly reduced, the size is greatly reduced, the requirement of miniaturization of a hydraulic control valve bank is met, the functions of one-way locking, one-way oil inlet, hydraulic control oil return throttling and manual stop are integrated, and the novel threaded plug-in type composite hydraulic control one-way throttle valve has the characteristics of simple.
