Abstract

The crankcase of motorcycle is used for supporting and installing other parts of whole engine, bearing parts and bearing various impact forces and driving moment generated when the engine works. In this case, the cooling oil path 4 includes a cooling oil groove 5 formed on the inner wall of the end cover body 1, and an oil path cover plate covering the cooling oil groove 5 to seal the cooling oil groove 5. The second cover part 102 is located below the cylinder head, has a planar plate-like structure, and the first cover part 101 is covered on the end part of the clutch and has a circular arc end cover structure. The inner structure of the end cover body 1 is adapted, the cooling oil way 4 is divided into two parts on the first cooling oil way 41 and the second cooling oil way 42, the first cooling oil way 42 and the second cooling oil way 42 are mutually communicated, and when lubricating oil is conveyed, the end cover body 1 sequentially passes through the first cooling oil way and the second cooling oil way after being input through the oil inlet, and finally enters the cylinder head oil way and the crankshaft oil way.

The first cover part 101 is covered at the end part of the clutch structure, the middle part of the arc structure protects and supports the end part of the clutch, the middle space of the arc structure is prevented from being occupied, the first cooling oil way 41 is branched by the oil supply gap bridge 413, extends out along the circumference of the first cover part 101 of the arc structure and is in a semicircular annular structure, the extending two parts are a first annular oil way 411 and a second annular oil way 412 respectively, lubricating oil input by the oil supply gap bridge 413 flows back to the second cooling oil way 42 after being cooled through the circulation of the loop formed by the first annular oil way 411 and the second annular oil way 412, and finally is sent into a cylinder head oil way and a crankshaft oil way.
In this embodiment, the end cover body 1 is provided with a plurality of oil duct cooling fins 103 protruding from the outer wall of the second cover portion, and the second cooling oil path 42 includes a second cooling oil groove sunk into the oil duct cooling fins 103 from the inner wall of the second cover portion 102. Further, in order to improve the cooling effect of the end cover, since the lubricating oil circulates through the inner wall surface of the end cover body 1, the outer wall of the end cover body 1 is provided with the oil passage cooling fin 103, and the end cover body 1 is air-cooled at the same time, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect. The oil passage cooling fin 103 protrudes from the outer wall of the end cover body 1, a sinking groove is formed in the oil passage cooling fin 103, and the arrangement position of the second cooling oil groove of the second cooling oil path 42 coincides with the sinking groove of the oil passage cooling fin 103, that is, the oil passage cooling fin 103 is formed in a thin-wall groove structure, lubricating oil circulates from the inside of the oil passage cooling fin, and air cooling and heat dissipation are performed from the outside of the oil passage cooling fin.
Preferably, the oil passage fins 103 are of an oil passage fin structure having a semicircular annular structure in cross section. The outer end face of the semicircular oil duct radiating fin protrudes out of the outer wall of the end cover body, and the inner end face is used as a second cooling oil groove.
In this embodiment, the oil supply bridge 413 includes a first bridge oil inlet and a first bridge oil outlet that communicate with the second cooling oil path 42 and the first annular oil path 411, and a second bridge oil inlet and a second bridge oil outlet that communicate with the second cooling oil path 42 and the second annular oil path 412. The first cooling oil path 41 is connected with the second cooling oil path 42, the second cooling oil path 42 is divided into two parts, one part is communicated with the oil inlet, lubricating oil is fed into the first annular oil path 411 through the second cooling oil path after being introduced, the first annular oil path 411 is a loop, and the second cooling oil path 42 simultaneously supplies oil to the first annular oil path 411 and receives the flowing-back lubricating oil; the lubricating oil flowing back through the first annular oil passage 411 is sent to the second annular circuit 412, the second annular oil passage 412 is a circuit, and the lubricating oil flows into the second cooling oil passage 42 through the second annular circuit 412, and finally is sent to the cylinder head. The second cooling oil path 42 includes three sections, namely a first section communicated with the first bridge oil inlet, a second section simultaneously connecting the first bridge oil outlet and the second bridge oil inlet, and a third section communicated with the second bridge oil outlet. The three-section structure ensures that the second cooling oil way fully covers the second cover assembly part and ensures that the oil way has no circulation dead angle.
In this embodiment, the first annular oil passage 411 and the second annular oil passage 412 are mutually communicated, and the oil supply bridge 413 includes a bridge oil inlet that communicates the first annular oil passage 411 with the second cooling oil passage 42, and a bridge oil outlet that communicates the second annular oil passage 412 with the second cooling oil passage 42. The first annular oil path 411 and the second annular oil path 412 can be simultaneously communicated, the second cooling oil path 42 is sent to the first annular oil path through the bridge oil inlet, and the lubricating oil flows through the first annular oil path and the second annular oil path and then flows back to the second cooling oil path through the bridge oil outlet.
Based on the crankcase end cover provided in the above embodiment, the invention also provides a crankcase, which comprises a crankcase body and a crankcase end cover arranged at one end of the crankcase body, wherein the crankcase end cover arranged on the crankcase body is the crankcase end cover provided in the above embodiment.
Since the crankcase employs the crankcase end cap of the above embodiment, the crankcase has the beneficial effects of the crankcase end cap, refer to the above embodiment.

the end cover body comprises a first cover part and a second cover part, wherein the first cover part is covered on the clutch, and the second cover part is positioned at the lower end of the end cover body; the cooling oil circuit comprises a first cooling oil circuit and a second cooling oil circuit, the first cooling oil circuit is arranged on the first cover assembly part, the second cooling oil circuit is arranged on the second cover assembly part, and the first cooling oil circuit and the second cooling oil circuit are communicated with each other;
the first cooling oil path comprises an oil supply gap bridge communicated with the second cooling oil path, and a first annular oil path and a second annular oil path which are communicated with the oil supply gap bridge and extend out relatively along the circumferential direction of the first cover part.
2. The crankcase end cover of claim 1, wherein the cooling gallery includes a cooling oil sump opening on an inner wall of the end cover body, and an oil gallery cover plate covering the cooling oil sump to seal the cooling oil sump.
3. The crankcase end cover of claim 2, wherein said oil passage cover plate includes a first oil passage cover plate that covers said first cooling oil passage and a second oil passage cover plate that covers said second cooling oil passage, respectively.

The crankcase end cover according to claim 3 wherein said end cover body is provided with a plurality of oil passage fins protruding from an outer wall of said second cover portion, and said second cooling oil passage includes a second cooling oil groove sunk into said oil passage fins from an inner wall of said second cover portion.

The crankcase end cover of claim 4, wherein said oil supply bridge includes a first bridge oil inlet and a first bridge oil outlet communicating said second cooling gallery and said first annular gallery, and a second bridge oil inlet and a second bridge oil outlet communicating said second cooling gallery and said second annular gallery.
6. The crankcase end cover of claim 4, wherein said first annular oil passage and said second annular oil passage are in communication with each other, said oil supply bridge includes a bridge oil inlet in communication with said first annular oil passage and said second cooling oil passage, and a bridge oil outlet in communication with said second annular oil passage and said second cooling oil passage.
7. The crankcase end cover of claim 4 wherein said oil passage fins are of an oil passage fin structure having a semi-circular configuration in cross section.
8. A crankcase comprising a crankcase body and a crankcase end cap disposed at one end of the crankcase body, wherein the crankcase end cap is a crankcase end cap as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
