Abstract
本发明涉及环境工程技术领域,具体涉及一种高效污泥炭粉的生产装置及其生产方法。依次连接顺序为风扇磨煤机通过管道连接细粉仓,细粉仓通过管道连接回转窑式炭化机,回转窑式炭化机管道连接二燃室,二燃室又通过风管连接在风扇磨煤机上,所述的回转窑式炭化机上还连接有燃烧室,所述的细粉仓还通过风管连接袋式除尘器,袋式除尘器的风口上通过风管连接引风机,所述的袋式除尘器的下灰斗通过管道又连接在细粉仓上。污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料在风扇磨煤机内被烘干破碎后进入细粉仓,然后由细粉仓进入回转窑式炭化机内进行炭化处理,整个生产过程中无需补充外部能源。

一种高效污泥炭粉的生产装置及其生产方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及环境工程技术领域,具体涉及一种高效污泥炭粉的生产装置及其生产 方法。
背景技术
[0002] 炭化又称干馏,是使物质在隔绝空气条件下加热分解为可燃体、焦油和炭的过程。
[0003] 污泥是污水处理的产物,由于含水率高,所以在炭化前要先进行烘干。污泥具有 软、粘的特性,在烘干过程中容易结团,难以粉碎分散,导致烘干效率低下、设备庞大;而且 由于污泥热值低,靠燃烧其炭化所产可燃气一般不能满足其烘干所需热能,往往要补充能 源,然而,为了满足烟气的环保要求,往往补充的是清洁能源,如天然气等,这就造成成本大 幅升高。
[0004] 易腐垃圾与污泥类似,含水率较高,但含有一些杂质,如竹木、塑料、玻璃陶瓷等, 也需要烘干、炭化以满足资源化利用的要求。
[0005] 现有污泥、垃圾炭化技术的进料都是颗粒状的,所以其炭化产品也是颗粒状的,这 样一方面导致炭化过程中传热效率不高,另一方面颗粒状炭比表面积小,作为吸附剂或肥 料使用效果差,还需二次粉碎,造成生产工艺繁杂、成本升高。而且,从炭化机出来的炭产品 温度很高,遇到空气会燃烧,目前都是用水来冷却,浪费了热能。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种高效污泥炭粉的生产装 置及其生产方法。
[0007] 本发明是通过以下技术方案得以实施的:
[0008] 一种高效污泥炭粉的生产装置,包括风扇磨煤机,细粉仓,回转窑式炭化机和二燃 室,依次连接顺序为风扇磨煤机通过管道连接细粉仓,细粉仓通过管道连接回转窑式炭化 机,回转窑式炭化机管道连接二燃室,二燃室又通过风管连接在风扇磨煤机上,所述的回转 窑式炭化机上还连接有燃烧室,所述的细粉仓还通过风管连接袋式除尘器,袋式除尘器的 风口上通过风管连接引风机,所述的袋式除尘器的下灰斗通过管道又连接在细粉仓上。
[0009] 作为优选,所述的细粉仓和回转窑式炭化机之间的管道上设置有细粉螺旋输送 机,用于将细粉仓内的细粉输送至回转窑式炭化机内。
[0010] 作为优选,所述的燃烧室的出料口设置有刮板出渣机,炭化完成的炭粉经刮板出 渣机排出回转窑式炭化机。
[0011] 作为优选,所述的细粉仓和袋式除尘器的出料管道上均设置有旋转阀,设置旋转 阀用于控制细粉仓和袋式除尘器内的细粉排出量及排出速度。
[0012] 作为优选,所述的回转窑式炭化机和刮板出渣机的进口段均设置有控氧阀,设置 控氧阀用于控制空气进入量及其进入速度。
[0013] 本发明还提供一种利用上述生产装置生产高效污泥炭粉的生产方法,包括以下步 骤:
[0014] A.将污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料一起送入风扇磨煤机中,同时通入由二燃室产生 的高温烟气;
[0015] B.污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料与高速旋转的风扇磨煤机的冲击轮强烈碰撞,迅速 被粉碎、混合,得到粗粉,粗粉与高温烟气充分接触,水分被迅速蒸发,粗粉被烘干;
[0016] C.蒸发的水分被高速旋转的冲击轮所产生的气流带出风扇磨煤机,风扇磨煤机内 自带的选粉机构将粗粉留在风扇磨煤机内继续粉碎,粗粉粉碎后送入细粉仓储存;
[0017] D.细粉由细粉螺旋输送机送入回转窑式炭化机中与燃烧室内产生的高温烟气直 接接触进行逆流炭化;
[0018] E.炭化后形成的炭粉经水冷却后由刮板出渣机排出燃烧室。
[0019] 易腐垃圾主要指厨余垃圾、餐厨垃圾、粪便、生活垃圾筛分产生的筛下物等。
[0020] 上述的辅料为可燃垃圾、生物质颗粒、高硬度高热值的煤块等。
[0021] 作为优选,所述的步骤A中二燃室产生的高温烟气的温度大于850°C。
[0022]作为优选,所述的步骤D中燃烧室产生的高温烟气的温度大于900°C。
[0023]作为优选,所述的细粉仓内产生的尾气送至袋式除尘器内处理,由袋式除尘器收 集的细粉经下灰斗进入细粉仓内,处理后的尾气进一步处理后达标排放。
[0024]作为优选,所述的回转窑式炭化机内的燃烧室的热源为部分炭粉及其热解气的燃 烧、出料高温炭粉与汽化冷却水接触所产煤气的燃烧,二燃室的热源为回转窑式炭化机炭 化过程产生的热解气和细粉的燃烧。
[0025]综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果在于:
[0026] 1、本发明采用风扇磨煤机对污泥或易腐烂垃圾进行烘干、粉碎,风扇磨煤机具有 系统简单、操作简便、噪声小、占地小等特点。风扇磨煤机还具有坚固的冲击轮,具有可靠的 双列轴承,所以能够处理含有杂质的煤,可以承受瞬时超负荷。悬臂结构的冲击轮具有易于 拆卸,能够在短时间内更换的优点。
[0027] 2、二燃室的热源为部分烘干细粉及炭粉,可大幅降低烟气污染物浓度、节省天然 气等高价清洁能源、降低运行成本,又协同处理了其它固体废弃物,一举多得。
[0028] 3、水蒸汽通过炽热的煤层可产生较洁净的水煤气,水煤气燃烧火焰腾起更高,为 淡蓝色,这就是湿煤比干煤燃烧更旺的原因。而从炭化机出来的炭温度很高,需要喷入水将 其冷却,冷却产生水蒸汽,与后续的高温炭接触就会产生水煤气,该水煤气回收燃烧可以为 回转窑式炭化机提供热源,无需外部补充能源,达到节能的目的。
[0029] 3、本发明的将污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料是同时混合送入风扇磨煤机进行粉碎、 烘干,区别与其他炭化过程需要将污泥和/或易腐垃圾,辅料分别进行粉碎、烘干,可以大大 节省能源消耗。

[0033]实施例:如图1所示,一种高效污泥炭粉的生产装置,包括风扇磨煤机1,细粉仓2, 回转窑式炭化机3和二燃室4,依次连接顺序为风扇磨煤机通过管道5连接细粉仓,细粉仓通 过管道连接回转窑式炭化机,回转窑式炭化机管道连接二燃室,二燃室又通过风管6连接在 风扇磨煤机上,所述的回转窑式炭化机上还连接有燃烧室9,所述的细粉仓还通过风管连接 袋式除尘器7,袋式除尘器的风口上通过风管连接引风机8,所述的袋式除尘器的下灰斗通 过管道又连接在细粉仓上。
[0034]所述的细粉仓和回转窑式炭化机之间的管道上设置有细粉螺旋输送机,用于将细 粉仓内的细粉输送至回转窑式炭化机内。
[0035]所述的燃烧室的出料口设置有刮板出渣机10。炭化完成的炭粉经刮板出渣机排出 回转窑式炭化机。
[0036]为了控制细粉仓和袋式除尘器内的细粉排出量及排出速度,所述的细粉仓和袋式 除尘器的出料管道上均设置有旋转阀11。
[0037]为了控制空气进入量及其进入速度,所述的回转窑式炭化机和刮板出渣机的进口 段均设置有控氧阀12。
[0038] —种高效污泥炭粉的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
[0039] A.将污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料一起送入风扇磨煤机中,同时通入由二燃室产生 的高温烟气,高温烟气的温度高于850°C;所述的辅料包括可燃垃圾、生物质颗粒、高硬度高 热值的煤块等,易腐垃圾主要指厨余垃圾、餐厨垃圾、粪便、生活垃圾筛分产生的筛下物;
[0040] B.污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料与高速旋转的风扇磨煤机的冲击轮强烈碰撞,迅速 被粉碎、混合,得到粗粉,粗粉与高温烟气充分接触,水分被迅速蒸发,粗粉被烘干;
[0041] C.蒸发的水分被高速旋转的冲击轮所产生的气流带出风扇磨煤机,风扇磨煤机内 自带的选粉机构将粗粉留在风扇磨煤机内继续粉碎成细粉,细粉的含水率可降至1%左右, 粗粉粉碎后送入细粉仓储存;
[0042] D.细粉仓内的细粉由细粉螺旋输送机送入回转窑式炭化机中与燃烧室内产生的 高温烟气直接接触进行逆流炭化,此时的高温烟气温度高于900°C;细粉仓内产生的尾气送 至袋式除尘器内处理,由袋式除尘器收集的细粉经下灰斗进入细粉仓内,处理后的尾气进 一步处理后达标排放。
[0043] E.炭化后形成的炭粉经水冷却后由刮板出渣机排出燃烧室。
[0044] 所述的步骤D回转窑式炭化机内的燃烧室的热源为部分炭粉及其热解气的燃烧、 出料高温炭粉与汽化冷却水接触所产煤气的燃烧,无需外部补充能源。从炭化机出来的炭 温度很高,喷入水将其冷却并产生水蒸汽,与后续的高温炭粉接触就会产生水煤气。既冷却 了炭粉,也回收了热能。
[0045] 所述的步骤A中二燃室的热源为回转窑式炭化机炭化过程产生的热解气和细粉的 燃烧。因为细粉粒度细,燃烧充分,烟气污染小,可代替天然气等高价清洁能源,降低运行成 本。
[0046] 本发明的生产工艺在整个过程中,无需补充外部能源,可大大降低生产成本,生产 出的炭粉粒度细,可直接作为吸附剂或肥料使用。
[0047]风式磨煤机是一种同时完成煤的磨碎,干燥和输送煤粉三大功能合一的高效率制 粉设备。具有系统简单、操作简便、噪声小、占地小等特点,风扇磨煤机工作原理:污泥和/或 易腐垃圾及辅料送入烟气管道中,借助高温烟气的作用进行预热,然后进入风式磨煤机,沿 着冲击轮内径分布,在冲击轮的冲击和摩擦作用下被粉碎,与此同时也消除了大部水分,完 成了充分的干燥。干燥后的最后污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料的混合物进入风式磨煤机出口 的分离器中被带入细粉仓内。风扇磨煤机具有坚固的冲击轮,具有可靠的双列轴承,所以能 够处理含有杂质的煤,可以承受瞬时超负荷。悬臂结构的冲击轮具有易于拆卸,能够在短时 间内更换的优点。

Claims (10)
1. 一种高效污泥炭粉的生产装置,其特征在于,包括风扇磨煤机(1),细粉仓(2),回转 窑式炭化机(3)和二燃室(4),依次连接顺序为风扇磨煤机通过管道连接细粉仓,细粉仓通 过管道连接回转窑式炭化机,回转窑式炭化机管道连接二燃室,二燃室又通过风管(6)连接 在风扇磨煤机上,所述的回转窑式炭化机上还连接有燃烧室(9),所述的细粉仓还通过风管 连接袋式除尘器(7),袋式除尘器的风口上通过风管连接引风机(8),所述的袋式除尘器的 下灰斗通过管道又连接在细粉仓上。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的高效污泥炭粉的生产装置,其特征在于,所述的细粉仓和回转 窑式炭化机之间的管道上设置有细粉螺旋输送机(5),用于将细粉仓内的细粉输送至回转 窑式炭化机内。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的高效污泥炭粉的生产装置,其特征在于,所述的燃烧室的出料 口设置有刮板出渣机(1〇)。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的高效污泥炭粉的生产装置,其特征在于,所述的细粉仓和袋式 除尘器的出料管道上均设置有旋转阀(11)。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的高效污泥炭粉的生产装置,其特征在于,所述的回转窑式炭化 机和刮板出渣机的进口段均设置有控氧阀(12)。
6. —种高效污泥炭粉的生产方法,包括以下步骤: A. 将污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料一起送入风扇磨煤机中,同时通入由二燃室产生的高 温烟气; B. 污泥和/或易腐垃圾及辅料与高速旋转的风扇磨煤机的冲击轮强烈碰撞,迅速被粉 碎、混合,得到粗粉,粗粉与高温烟气充分接触,水分被迅速蒸发,粗粉被烘干; C. 蒸发的水分被高速旋转的冲击轮所产生的气流带出风扇磨煤机,风扇磨煤机内自带 的选粉机构将粗粉留在风扇磨煤机内继续粉碎,粗粉粉碎后送入细粉仓储存; D. 细粉由细粉螺旋输送机送入回转窑式炭化机中与燃烧室内产生的高温烟气直接接 触进行逆流炭化; E. 炭化后形成的炭粉经水冷却后由刮板出渣机排出燃烧室。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的高效污泥炭粉的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤A中二燃 室产生的高温烟气的温度大于85(TC。
8. 根据权利要求6所述的高效污泥炭粉的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤D中燃烧 室产生的高温烟气的温度大于9〇〇°C。
9. 根据权利要求6所述的高效污泥炭粉的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的细粉仓内产生 的尾气送至袋式除尘器内处理,由袋式除尘器收集的细粉经下灰斗进入细粉仓内,处理后 的尾气进一步处理后达标排放。
10. 根据权利要求6所述的高效污泥炭粉的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的回转窑式炭 化机内的燃烧室的热源为部分炭粉及其热解气的燃烧、出料高温炭粉与汽化冷却水接触所 产煤气的燃烧,二燃室的热源为回转窑式炭化机炭化过程产生的热解气和细粉的燃烧。
