Background
With the advance of social and economic construction, PVC pipes are more and more widely applied. In the processing process of the PVC pipe, the pipe can generate chips or dust due to the contact with equipment parts, friction and the like in different stages, and the outer wall of the PVC pipe is dirty or stuck with dust in the final product stage due to the problem of the storage environment of the raw material of the pipe and the problem of oil contamination on the parts of the equipment, so that the appearance quality of the product is influenced. Therefore, the pipe needs to be cleaned. The existing pipe cleaning machine can not clean a large amount of pipes simultaneously. In view of this, a device capable of cleaning pipes in batches is urgently needed, which integrates the functions of cleaning, blow-drying and waxing, namely a cleaning device for PVC pipes.
In view of the above, the cleaning device for the PVC pipe provided by the invention has the characteristics of low labor intensity, high efficiency and good cleaning effect, can meet the requirement of batch cleaning, and has the following specific beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the conveying of the pipes is realized through the feeding unit, the pipes are cleaned, dried and waxed by the cleaning unit, and the pipes are stored by the receiving unit, and the cleaning unit, the drying unit and the waxing unit are matched with each other, so that workers only need to place the pipes to be cleaned on the feeding platform, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
2. The cleaning module adopted by the invention is used for ensuring 360-degree cleaning by clamping and rotating the pipe by the hard sponge driven by the cylinder. Meanwhile, the flowing cleaning agent is filtered in the cleaning pool and then is continuously supplied to the sponge through the pump, so that the cyclic utilization is realized, and the cost is saved.
3. The material receiving unit is driven by the air cylinder and used for storing the cleaned pipes, and the material receiving platform is placed fully and then is transferred to a warehouse, so that the turnover frequency is reduced.

When the PVC pipe feeding device works, the feeding lifting cylinder moves upwards to a proper height until the PVC pipe is contacted with the feeding roller, the feeding motor drives the feeding roller to rotate, and the pipe on the uppermost layer starts to move to the feeding unit. The cleaning module comprises an upper layer of hard sponge, a lower layer of hard sponge, a movable block, a cleaning cylinder, a guide rod, a cylinder mounting seat and a lower layer of sponge fixing seat; the cylinder mounting seat and the lower sponge fixing seat are fixed on the cleaning pool; the cleaning cylinder and the guide rod are arranged on the cylinder mounting seat; the cleaning device comprises a cleaning cylinder, a movable block, a guide rod, a liquid guide groove and a cleaning agent, wherein the movable block is arranged at the head of the cleaning cylinder, the middle of the movable block penetrates through the guide rod, the liquid guide groove is formed in the movable block and penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the movable block, the liquid guide groove is used for the cleaning agent to flow in the liquid guide groove, the upper surface of the movable block is; the upper hard sponge is arranged on the lower surface of the movable block, and the cleaning agent can flow into the sponge through the liquid guide groove; the lower-layer hard sponge is arranged on the lower-layer sponge fixing seat, and the V-shaped liquid storage tank is arranged on the lower-layer hard sponge to ensure that cleaning liquid carrying stains is quickly discharged. The material receiving unit comprises a material receiving cylinder, a material receiving platform and a support; the material receiving cylinder is arranged on the ground; the support is arranged on the ground, and a sliding groove is formed in the support; the material receiving platform is arranged on the material receiving cylinder and used for storing cleaned PVC pipes.
The material receiving platform comprises a material receiving plate, a baffle plate and a moving pin, and the material receiving plate is arranged on the material receiving cylinder; the baffle is arranged on the upper surface of the material receiving plate; the movable pin is installed at the left and right sides face of the material receiving plate, and the movable pin can move up and down in the sliding groove of the support, so that the whole material receiving platform can be stably moved up and down. During operation, receive the material cylinder and drive and receive the material platform and remove to suitable position, make tubular product just in time horizontal migration to receive the material platform on, baffle and support carry on spacingly to PVC tubular product, prevent that tubular product from dropping.

According to the cleaning module, the cylinder drives the hard sponge to clamp the pipe in rotation so as to ensure 360-degree cleaning, and meanwhile, the flowing cleaning agent is filtered in the cleaning pool and then is continuously supplied to the sponge through the pump, so that recycling is realized, and the cost is saved.
3. The material receiving unit is driven by the air cylinder and used for storing the cleaned pipes, and the material receiving platform is placed fully and then is transferred to a warehouse, so that the turnover frequency is reduced.

During operation, when detecting that the pipe moves to the blow-drying module 25, the air blower 252 starts to blow out hot air, water stains on the surface of the pipe are blown clean, and then the wax coating pipe coats a wax layer on the surface of the pipe.
The material receiving unit 3 comprises a material receiving cylinder 31, a material receiving platform 32 and a support 33; the material receiving cylinder 31 is arranged on the ground; the support 33 is arranged on the ground, and a sliding groove is formed in the support 33; the material receiving platform 32 is arranged on the material receiving cylinder 31, and the material receiving platform 32 is used for storing cleaned PVC pipes.
The material receiving platform 32 comprises a material receiving plate 321, a baffle 322 and a moving pin, wherein the material receiving plate 321 is arranged on the material receiving cylinder 31; the baffle 322 is installed on the upper surface of the material receiving plate 321; the movable pins are arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the material receiving plate 321, and can move up and down in the sliding grooves of the support 33, so that the whole material receiving platform 32 can move up and down stably. During operation, receive material cylinder 31 and drive and receive material platform 32 and remove suitable position, make tubular product just in time horizontal migration to receive material platform on, baffle 322 and support 33 carry on spacingly to PVC tubular product, prevent that tubular product from dropping.
The specific working process is as follows: firstly, a feeding lifting cylinder 12 drives a feeding table 11 to move upwards, a sliding pin moves in a sliding groove along with the feeding table, so that the whole feeding platform is always in a horizontal state until a PVC pipe is in contact with a feeding roller 13, at the moment, a feeding motor 15 drives the feeding roller 13 to rotate, the pipe at the uppermost layer starts to move towards a feeding unit 1, the pipe penetrates through a retaining roller 22 and moves between an upper layer and a lower layer of transmission platforms, and a driving motor 231 drives the upper layer and the lower layer of transmission platforms to move synchronously, so that the pipe rotates around the axis of the pipe under the action of friction force, and the existence of the retaining roller 22 ensures that the pipe cannot be in contact with each; the pipe rotates and moves backwards to the cleaning module 24, at the moment, the cleaning cylinder 244 moves downwards, the upper hard sponge and the lower hard sponge clamp the PVC pipe properly, the cleaning agent flows to the upper hard sponge 241 from the inside of the movable block 243, and the pipe and the sponge are cleaned through friction at the moment; the feeding roller 13 continuously drives the pipe to move backwards, the cleaned part is dried by hot air blown by the air blower 252 on the drying module 25 to dry water stains on the surface, and wax coating is carried out by a wax coating pipe; then the unloading roller 26 starts to drive the pipe to move backwards continuously, the pipe moves to the unloading unit 3, the unloading cylinder 31 drives the unloading platform 32 to move to a proper height, so that the pipe can move horizontally to the unloading platform, the baffle 322 and the support 33 limit the PVC pipe, the pipe is prevented from falling, the cleaned pipe is stored on the unloading platform 32, when the unloading platform 32 is full of a layer of pipe, the unloading platform 32 moves downwards, and the pipe is continuously paved on the upper layer.
