Description

Rapid drug delivery device and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical treatment, in particular to a rapid drug delivery device and a rapid drug delivery method.
Background
Rapid induction of anesthesia is the most commonly used induction method for general anesthesia by anesthesiologists, and the induction method requires that a plurality of (e.g. 4-5) anesthetic drugs and auxiliary drugs are sequentially injected through a pre-established intravenous route of a patient in a short time (about 30 s), so that the patient is fully sedated, analgesic and muscle relaxed, and the patient is brought into an operable state after anesthesia induction.
In a specific operation, an anesthesiologist sequentially connects a plurality of syringes filled with anesthetic drugs with a three-way stopcock on a patient's intravenous infusion path, and sequentially injects the plurality of drugs. However, this rapid induction process suffers from a number of drawbacks due to the need to repeatedly connect (remove) multiple syringes to a three-way stopcock for administration:
1. the liquid medicine in the venous access and the syringe is easy to extravasate in the process of drug administration;
2. each connecting process is easy to generate small bubbles in the three-channel rotary valve;
3. the anesthesiologist is quite complicated in operation, and the operation burden is increased;
4. most importantly, repeated connection of the syringe to the three-way stopcock requires repeated access by the anesthesiologist to the three-way stopcock, which increases the risk of bacterial contamination of the patient's venous access.
At present, most of vein induction processes adopt the administration mode, and the problems are needed to be solved. Although specific improvements of the administration mode by individual devices have also appeared, the nature of the need to connect the front ends of the syringes one by one has not been changed, the procedure is still cumbersome, and the risk of bacterial contamination of the front ends of the syringes still remains.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention makes a brand new design on the rapid administration device to form a rapid administration device and a rapid administration method, and can realize the combined operation of a plurality of syringes by utilizing the box body and the movable box cover, thereby realizing the rapid, accurate, sterile and convenient administration process, greatly reducing the risk of pollution of the pipeline and ensuring safer period of patients in perioperative period.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a rapid drug delivery device, said device comprising a syringe tray and a tray cover; wherein, the injector tray is provided with an injector fixing position, and the shape of the injector fixing position is matched with an injector for containing medicine so that the injector can be fixed in the injector fixing position; a syringe connecting piece is arranged on the inner side surface of the tray cover, and the position of the syringe connecting piece corresponds to the position of the syringe fixing position; the syringe connecting piece includes the connector and the hose that is connected with the connector, the connector matches with the injection hole of syringe, works as the tray lid is in when closing on the syringe tray, the connector can be fixed on the injection hole of syringe, and be provided with one-way valve in the connector. The one-way valve has the function of preventing the liquid medicine from flowing reversely, and when the injector is placed or operated, if the excessive pressure at the far end possibly causes the liquid medicine to flow reversely into other pipelines, the one-way valve is arranged in the connector, so that the situation can be avoided, and the one-way valve is particularly important in the rapid induction process of anesthesia.
