After the second pressing member 35 is added, the second pressing member 35 is extended into the third fixing portion 33, the fixed end of the mechanical arm device is extended into the third fixing portion 33, the fixed end is in contact with the second pressing member 35, and as the fixed end is extended, the second pressing member 35 is compressed, thereby generating a force to the third fixing portion 33. After the third fixing portion 33 and the fixing component of the mechanical arm device are screwed together, the third fixing portion 33 is combined with the fixing component of the mechanical arm device more tightly under the action of the force generated by the second pressing piece 35, so that the problem of loosening in operation is effectively prevented.

When the mechanical arm device is connected with the working tool, if the rotating part 13 is not arranged, the tool mounting platform 1 is only directly fixed on the supporting rod 4, the tool mounting platform 1, the supporting rod 4 and the base 5 cannot move relatively, and once improper operation or error exists in operation, the mechanical arm device can collide on the edge of the working tool, and at the moment, if the movement cannot be stopped in time, collision damage can be caused, and even the tool mounting platform 1 is stressed to deform. After the rotating part 13 is added, once the situation occurs, the tool mounting platform can rotate under the action of force, so that the damage of acting force is relieved, the service life of the device is prolonged, and the use safety of the device is improved.

the fixing holder 273 is divided into a planar portion 271 and a curved portion 272, the planar portion 271 is fixed on the tool mounting platform 1, and the curved portion 272 is provided with an L-shaped opening. The curvature of curved surface portion 272 is pressed close to the curvature of shell ring 24 or sleeve 32, can make fixed cassette 273 and earth wire instrument 2 or electroscope 3 enough laminating, avoids causing extrusion, friction damage to the surface of earth wire instrument 2 or electroscope 3 at the in-process of fixed chucking. The curved surface 272 is provided with an L-shaped opening, and the opening can be in a reverse folded shape such as J-shaped. The folded structure can enable the second fixing portion 25 not to slide out of the opening under the action of operation vibration after sliding into the bent portion, so that the fixing stability is ensured.
The second fixing portion 25 is divided into a first protruding member 251 and a second protruding member 252, one end of the second protruding member 252 is connected to the outer side wall of the ground wire tool 2, the other end is connected to the first protruding member 251, the diameter of the second protruding member 252 is smaller than the width of the L-shaped opening of the curved surface portion 272, and the diameter of the first protruding member 251 is larger than the width of the L-shaped opening of the curved surface portion 272. The second protruding member 252 can slide smoothly in the opening of the curved surface portion 272, and friction is not generated to damage and deform the second protruding member 252 and the opening of the curved surface portion 272; the diameter of the first protruding member 251 is greater than the opening width of the curved surface portion 272, so that the second fixing portion 25 can be effectively blocked from falling off from the fixing clamping seat 273 under the action of operation vibration, thereby effectively ensuring the use safety of the device.
According to the above technical scheme, the application provides a work tool bag device, including: the device comprises a tool mounting platform 1, a ground wire tool 2, an electroscope 3, a supporting rod 4 and a base 5; the tool mounting platform 1 is arc-shaped and has equal curvature everywhere, one end of the tool mounting platform 1 is connected with the supporting rod 4, and the tool mounting platform 1 is used for placing a working tool; one end of the supporting rod 4 is connected with the tool mounting platform 1, the other end of the supporting rod is fixed on the outer side wall of the base 5, and the supporting rod 4 is used for supporting the tool mounting platform 1 to move on the base 5; the tool mounting platform 1 is sequentially nested with a plurality of ground wire tools 2 and a plurality of electroscope 3, the ground wire tools 2 are used for clamping and mounting ground wires, and the electroscope 3 is used for checking the electrification of the electric wires. In use, the work tool package device is typically part of a robot for testing electricity and installing a ground wire, and needs to be matched with other devices, such as a climbing device and a mechanical arm device. The ground wire tools 2 and the electroscope 3 are sequentially arranged on the tool mounting platform 1, the tool mounting platform 1 can be single-layer or multi-layer, all the working tools are in a display state and can be distinguished directly or indirectly through the forms such as labels, and therefore the problems that the existing manual work is time-consuming and inaccurate when the working tools are found are solved.

Claims (10)

1. A work tool pack apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a tool mounting platform (1), a ground wire tool (2), an electroscope (3), a supporting rod (4), a base (5), a mechanical arm device and a climbing device;
the tool mounting platform (1) is arc-shaped and has equal curvature everywhere, one end of the tool mounting platform (1) is connected with the supporting rod (4), and the tool mounting platform (1) is used for placing a working tool;
one end of the supporting rod (4) is connected with the tool mounting platform (1), the other end of the supporting rod is fixed on the outer side wall of the base (5), and the supporting rod (4) is used for supporting the tool mounting platform (1) to move on the base (5);
the tool mounting platform (1) is sequentially nested with a plurality of grounding wire tools (2) and a plurality of electroscope (3), the grounding wire tools (2) are used for clamping and mounting grounding wires, and the electroscope (3) is used for checking the electrification of the electric wires;
one surface of the base (5) is connected with the mechanical arm device, and the other surface of the base (5) is connected with the climbing device; the mechanical arm is used for controlling the tool mounting platform (1) to do circular motion; the climbing device is used for controlling the height of the tool mounting platform (1).
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the tool mounting platform (1) comprises: a limit cylinder (11) and a clamping groove (12);
the tool mounting platform (1) is sequentially provided with a limiting cylinder (11) with a middle-through structure, and the limiting cylinder (11) is used for limiting the relative positions of the ground wire tool (2) and the electroscope (3) on the tool mounting platform (1);
and clamping grooves (12) recessed into the tool mounting platform (1) are symmetrically arranged on the connecting part of the tool mounting platform (1) and the limiting cylinder (11) by taking the axis of the limiting cylinder (11) as a symmetry axis.
3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the earth wire tool (2) comprises: a wiring part (21), a locking part (22), a connecting part (23), a cylinder section (24), a first fixing part (26), a first clamping piece (27) and a fixing disc (29);
one end of the wiring part (21) is integrally bent towards the direction of the ground wire tool (2) and is in a hook-shaped structure, and the other end of the wiring part (21) is vertically connected with the fixed disc (29);
the connecting part (23) vertically penetrates through the fixed disc (29) and the shell ring (24), one end of the connecting part (23) is connected with the locking part (22), the other end of the connecting part is connected with the driving device, and the connecting part (23) is used for driving the locking part (22) to move along the length direction of the connecting part (23);
one end of the cylinder section (24) far away from the wiring part (21) is connected with the first fixing part (26), the axis of the cylinder section (24) is taken as a symmetry axis, and first clamping pieces (27) are symmetrically arranged on the outer side wall of the cylinder section (24).

one end of the locking part (22) far away from the connecting part (23) is provided with a circular arc groove.
