performing liquid alkali mercerization on the dried cotton blank collar and sleeve to form mercerized collar and sleeve;
feeding the mercerized collar sleeves into a moving cylinder and adding acetic acid for neutralization, and after neutralization, taking the mercerized collar sleeves out of the cylinder for squeezing and drying;
the dried mercerized collar sleeves penetrate through a trough and a press roller of the collar press after passing through one end of the collar press, and penetrate out of the other end of the collar press, and penetrants and lubricants in the trough are attached to the surfaces of the mercerized collar sleeves and penetrate into the mercerized collar sleeves by the collar press;
sending the mercerized collar sleeves permeated with the penetrating agent and the lubricant into a dye vat for dyeing; and (5) obtaining the product.
