Abstract

一种半桥逆变器单元及逆变器。半桥逆变器单元包括逆变控制模块和电感(L1),逆变控制模块能够响应于不同的工作模态提供不同的连接状态,从而使得相应的半桥逆变器单元可以运行在降压模式或者升压模式,满足了宽输入电压范围的要求。利用电网电压正负半周对称的特性,解决了与直流电源并联的两串联电容中点电压平衡的问题。该半桥逆变器单元采用单级结构,功耗小,成本低,效率高,稳定性高。
