因此,本发明的目的是提供摩擦学上高度有效的润滑剂制剂,其有效量非常少,不需要进一步用水稀释。因此,可以最大程度地节约用水。此外,本发明的制剂是可以生物降解的并且可以用于食品领域。该制剂另外是储存稳定的,完全溶于水并且易于从传送带中移除。
这些目的可以通过提供这样的水基润滑剂组合物而实现,其中该水基润滑剂组合物包含50至96重量%的水含量,4至40重量%的至少一种增粘组分和0.05至10重量%的防腐的、防污物的物质。不存在固体和不溶于水的组分。
本发明的水基润滑剂组合物在水性环境中具有好的生物降解性和环境相容性。此外,其特征在于它与应用相关材料(如链材料)、应用技术和包装具有好的相容性。本发明的水基润滑剂组合物的低温特性可以通过添加防冻剂(例如低分子量的甘醇或甘油)而显著改进。此外,可以添加添加剂以有针对性地影响本发明的润滑剂组合物的性能。如果需要,本发明的水基润滑剂组合物也可以以无泡沫的方式配制。
本发明的润滑剂组合物包含4至30重量%的至少一种增粘组分和0.05至10重量%的防腐的、防污物的物质;余量为水。
本发明的润滑剂组合物也可以包含
0.05至15重量%的防冻剂,
0.05至15重量%的防腐剂,
0.05至5重量%的消泡剂,
0.05至5重量%的润湿剂,
0.05至5重量%的杀生物剂,
0.005至2重量%的芳香剂。
本发明的润滑剂组合物中的增粘组分选自水溶性的羧酸酯或者水溶性的羧酸酯与低分子量的聚烷二醇的混合物。优选使用水溶性的、乙氧基化的二羧酸酯,其由NycoS.A.以商品名Nycobase 618销售。所使用的低分子量的聚烷二醇优选是平均摩尔量为200-600的聚乙二醇,其由Clariant Deutschland GmbH以商品名PG 200-600销售。
在低温应用的情况下,本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含选自如下的防冻剂:一元和/或多元的醇和/或醇衍生物,例如甘油或1,2-丙二醇。
用于本发明的润滑剂组合物中的防腐剂是中和和未中和的羧酸、中和的磷酸和/或磷酸衍生物、苯甲酸和/或苯甲酸衍生物、三唑、醇胺、二醇胺。
所使用的抗磨剂是含有硫、磷和/或氮的水溶性化合物,例如磺酸衍生物和硫醇的盐。
为了防止泡沫形成,可以使用添加剂,例如聚二甲基硅氧烷或丙烯酸酯衍生物的聚合物。
根据应用情况,本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含乳化剂和/或润湿剂,例如离子(如磺酸盐类)和非离子(如脂肪醇乙氧基化物)表面活性剂类型的发泡或不发泡的乳化剂,氧化烯聚合物,磷酸酯和季铵化合物,烷氧基化的硅酮和硅酮衍生物以及羧酸衍生物。
此外,本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含杀生物剂,例如异噻唑酮衍生物。
根据应用情况,也可以使用选自如下的芳香剂:醇、醛、酮、酯、烯烃、盐如铜盐和/或硫酸锌。
优选地,本发明的润滑剂组合物包含5至20重量%的增粘化合物和0.05至10重量%的防腐的、防污物的物质以及0.05至5重量%的抗磨剂;余量为水。
特别优选地,本发明的润滑剂组合物包含7.5至15重量%的增粘化合物和0.05至10重量%的防腐的、防污物的物质以及0.1至1.5重量%的抗磨剂;余量为水。
本发明的润滑剂组合物确保了润滑剂的性能即使由于生产相关的用水淋洗也不会显著受损。
本发明的润滑剂组合物的特征还在于优异的可喷洒性,其也可以用于非加压喷嘴中并且使喷嘴堵塞的风险最小化。此外,可以通过所有常规方法进行应用,例如使用或不使用压缩空气的喷嘴、刷子、滑板。
本发明的润滑剂组合物在所有常规的链材料-包装组合的情况下还具有优异的防磨性,例如如下的配对:罐-塑料链,纸饮料罐(Tetrapack)-塑料链,PET(一次性和多用途)-塑料链或钢链,玻璃瓶-塑料链或钢链。
本发明的润滑剂组合物与常规包装、链材料和应用技术具有优异的相容性。此外,在使用本发明的润滑剂组合物的情况下,考虑温度和振动的影响,在储存和运输稳定性方面实现了明显的改进。
本发明的润滑剂组合物在生物可降解性方面也是优异的。
以下参照实施例详细说明本发明的润滑剂组合物。
实施例
通过用搅拌器将大部分的各个成分混合并加热至70℃ 30分钟和然后冷却和搅拌温度相关的成分而制备实施例制剂。
实施例1:
增粘组分: Nycobase 618 9.27%
抗磨剂: MPS 0.39%
去离子水 90.34%。
实施例2:
增粘组分: Nycobase 618 10.0%
抗磨剂: MPS 0.4%
杀生物剂: Acticide MBS 0.10%
消泡剂: ES 561 1.0%
防腐剂: M 528 L 2.0%
去离子水 86.5%。
实施例3:
增粘组分: Nycobase 618 9.27%
防腐的、防污物的组分: SurTec 192 0.5%
SurTec 055 1.0%
去离子水 89.23%。
实施例4:
增粘组分: Nycobase 618 10.0%
增粘组分: PG 200 2.5%
抗磨剂: Lubio EP 1 0.5%

润湿剂: Hydrolite 5 0.9%
消泡剂: ES 561 1.0%

实施例6:
增粘组分: Nycobase 618 9.27%

防腐的、防污物的组分: Redokon CDD A-H 0.014%
Redokon CDD B 0.001%
去离子水 90.325%。
所使用的组分是如上文提到的PG 200、Nycobase 618。此外,使用M 528 L,它是各种中和的有机和无机酸的混合物,其购自Cortec Corporation。Surtec 192是磷酸盐/酯、硅酸盐/酯和用胺中和的有机酸的混合物,其购自SurTec Deutschland GmbH。SurTec 055是胺、硅酸盐/酯和烃类以及离子和非离子表面活性剂的混合物,其同样购自SurTecDeutschland GmbH。Hydrolite 5是来自Symrise AG的戊二醇。MPS是有机硫化合物的盐,其购自Raschig GmbH。Acticide MBS是来自Thor GmbH的苯并异噻唑和甲基异噻唑酮的混合物。Lubio EP1是来自Schäfer Additivsysteme GmbH的有机硫化合物的盐。ES 561是来自Additivchemie Luers GmbH的含硅消泡剂。甘油购自Brenntag GmbH。Redokon CDD A-H和Redokon CDD B是来自Redokon GmbH的二氧化氯溶液。
上述实施例制剂针对其有效性进行了测试。
1. 抗磨剂
SRV测试(振动-摩擦-磨损)是用于定量润滑剂抗磨效果的常用测试。这通常在钢-钢材料对上进行。在本发明的情况下,为了更好地适用于应用,选择POM(聚甲醛)-钢材料对。在负载为95 N/mm²的情况下,测试持续时间为6小时后评估磨损率。

表1显示,根据本发明的所有三个实施例具有比通常使用的产品明显更低的磨损率。
2. 铺展特性
为了使用最少量的润滑剂而获得连续的润滑膜,好的铺展特性是必不可少的。铺展特性通常由相关表面上的接触角测量来确定。接触角越小,表面的润湿越好。

表2显示,本发明的实施例具有比常用的湿润滑油Lubostar CP显著更好的铺展特性。研究是在PBT(一种常用的链材料)上进行的。
3. 在传送装置上使用各种材料对的测试
在室温和典型链速度0.8米/秒下,在Krones公司的标准传送装置上使用各种相关材料组合测试水基的实施例制剂的润滑性能。摩擦值分别在原厂密封的1升玻璃水瓶、1.5升PET一次性瓶和1.5升纸饮料罐上确定。将在传送链上输送的容器用绳子固定在弹簧称上。

通常,各种材料对的摩擦值应当在0.05至0.20的范围内。表3显示所研究的组合物的好润滑效果。
使用根据实施例3的润滑剂组合物,为了证明在最少的润滑剂消耗的情况下的优异性能,在上述条件下经4小时的时间测试1.5升PET一次性瓶。此时,每5分钟再加入0.05ml润滑剂。摩擦值完全处于0.09+/-0.01,因此在该材料对的理想范围内。
4. 防腐剂
在使用水基润滑剂代替油基干润滑剂的情况下,应确保应用技术的充分防腐,以保护诸如计量阀或喷雾阀等部件。典型的防腐测试是通过在升高的温度下将相关部件储存在润滑剂制剂中进行的。

在表4中可以看出,充分添加的水基润滑剂制剂可以为腐蚀敏感的应用技术提供适当的保护。
5. 清洁
出于卫生和化妆品的原因,需要绝对避免食品容器的污染。典型的污物包括常见的灰尘、包装颗粒、泄漏的食品、来自链和导轨的磨损颗粒以及润滑剂残留物。

对于表5中提及的润滑剂,在连续操作和在实验室研究的情况下在测试传送机上使用原始PBT链进行污物的积聚。令人惊讶的是,在实施例3中实现了残留物积累的显著减少。
7. 消泡剂
由于摩擦学效能降低,应避免传送机润滑剂在应用时过分剧烈的泡沫形成。形成泡沫的润滑剂也具有较差的适用性,特别是在使用喷嘴的情况下。在实施例制剂5中使用消泡剂目视观察到发泡趋势的显著降低。

8. 澄清性
实施例1至6的所有制剂都是澄清的溶液。体系的均匀性在如下方面带来了显著的优点:储存稳定性和运输稳定性、在不使用搅拌设备的情况下的均匀适用性以及避免了在乳液/悬浮液的情况下在传送链上的水不溶性残留物。

9. 用水淋洗
传送链的清洁通常会导致生产停滞,因为摩擦特性受到施加的水量的很大影响,并且在湿度升高的情况下通常会劣化。也不能排除输送的水瓶爆裂,这将导致润滑剂从传送链上局部地被部分淋洗掉。

已经令人惊奇地发现,根据实施例2的制剂,即使在使用500倍的水量(相对于在链上施加的润滑剂量)淋洗的情况下,仅导致摩擦值的适度劣化35%。这实现了在故障的情况下或在清洁的情况下不间断的填装操作,相比而言使用已知的润滑剂组合物并不会这样,因为这里的摩擦值劣化了75%。
10. 适用性
根据实施例5的所述润滑剂组合物可以通过计量阀或电磁阀计量添加和随后通过滑板施涂,或者通过用压缩空气或无压缩空气操作的喷嘴而施用。特别是根据实施例4的组合物可以通过无压缩空气的喷嘴以最小的量施用的可行性将该制剂与常用的标准产品(例如DryExx SF或P3 Lubodrive RF)区分开来。
11. 与包装、应用技术和链材料的相容性
为了进一步测试本发明的润滑剂组合物的性质,使用实施例制剂5在70℃下经4周进行在常规应用技术的填充材料、软管材料、管道元件、喷嘴构件、泵膜和电磁阀上的储存测试。没有发现材料的变化。
对于容器的相容性,将原厂填充的1.5升PET一次性瓶、1升玻璃瓶、0.5升罐头和0.5升纸饮料罐放置在用实施例5的制剂润湿的玻璃表面上30秒,然后在干净的玻璃表面上储存72小时。然后,目视观察材料的变化,例如应力、开裂或变色。在所有情况下都没有观察到异常。
12. 生物可降解性
所提及的所有实施例制剂都是通过高含水量,以及由于所使用的增粘剂的非常好的生物可降解性而具有高度的环境相容性和生物可降解性。

Claims (8)

1.用于传送带的水基润滑剂组合物,其包含
4至30重量%的至少一种增粘组分,
0.05至10重量%的防腐的、防污物的物质,
添加水至100重量%,
其特征在于,所述增粘组分是水溶性的羧酸酯或者水溶性的羧酸酯与低分子量的聚烷二醇的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂组合物,其还包含一种或多种选自如下的组分:
0.05至5重量%的抗磨剂,
0.05至15重量%的防冻剂,
0.05至15重量%的防腐剂,
0.05至5重量%的抗磨剂,
0.05至5重量%的消泡剂,
0.05至5重量%的润湿剂,
0.05至5重量%的杀生物剂,
0.005至2重量%的芳香剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂组合物,其特征在于,所述防腐的、防污物的物质是选自如下的化合物或混合物:离子和非离子表面活性剂类型的发泡或不发泡的乳化剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的润滑剂组合物,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂选自含有硫、磷和/或氮的水溶性化合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的润滑剂组合物,其特征在于,所述防冻剂是选自如下的化合物:一元和/或多元的醇、醇衍生物。
6.根据权利要求2所述的润滑剂组合物,其特征在于,所述防腐剂是选自如下的化合物:中和和未中和的羧酸、中和的磷酸和/或磷酸衍生物、苯甲酸和/或苯甲酸衍生物、三唑、醇胺、二醇胺。
7.根据权利要求2所述的润滑剂组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂是选自聚硅氧烷或丙烯酸酯衍生物的聚合物的化合物,所述润湿剂是选自离子和非离子表面活性剂的化合物,所述杀生物剂是异噻唑酮衍生物和所述芳香剂是选自醇、醛、酮、酯、烯烃、铜盐和/或锌盐的化合物。
8.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的润滑剂组合物以未稀释的形式或以1:1000稀释的形式的用途。
