Abstract
The invention provides a silica gel feeding bottle convenient to assemble and disassemble, wherein an inlet of the feeding bottle made of silica gel materials is pressed by hands to narrow the inlet and then is inserted into a hard fixing piece, so that the narrowed inlet is easy to unfold, and the fixing piece and the inlet are quickly combined into a round shape, thereby the nipple and a main body are easy to assemble and disassemble. The present invention provides a silicone milk bottle which is provided with a main body made of a silicone material, wherein a bolt part is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a fixture inserted into an inlet of the main body, and a nut part coupled with the bolt part is formed on the inner peripheral surface of a coupling member provided with a nipple, so that the nipple and the inlet are tightly combined, and the silicone milk bottle is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a silicone feeding bottle convenient to assemble and disassemble, and more particularly, to a silicone feeding bottle which is easy to assemble and disassemble a nipple and a main body by pressing an inlet of the feeding bottle made of a silicone material with a hand to narrow the inlet and inserting the inlet into a hard fixing member, so that the narrowed inlet is easily unfolded and the fixing member and the inlet are quickly combined into a circular shape.
Background
Generally, baby bottles are made of plastic materials that are not easily breakable and are inexpensive. The product is sterilized by boiling with water after each use. Because the immunity of the infants is weak, the infants are infected with germs through the milk bottles, so that sterilization treatment is needed. However, the existing milk bottle is made of a plastic material, and thus, when sterilized in boiling water, environmental hormones harmful to the human body are generated.
Korean laid-open utility No. 332505 discloses a feeding bottle in which a nipple cap is combined to a feeding bottle assembly after an outer circumferential surface of the feeding bottle made of a silicone material is inserted into the feeding bottle assembly, so that milk is prevented from contacting plastic, so that environmental hormones harmful to the human body do not affect the infant, and only the silicone material is boiled after separating the plastic feeding bottle assembly when boiling the feeding bottle.
However, the conventional nursing bottle is difficult to disassemble and assemble the nursing bottle and the components. Since the inlet of the feeding bottle is composed of a circular member mounted inside the feeding bottle member, the inlet is thin and easily bent, but has weak restoring force, and thus, it is necessary to forcibly spread the narrowed inlet and then to be in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the feeding bottle member. At this time, since the inlet of the sterilized nursing bottle is contaminated by fingers when the inside of the inlet is unfolded by the fingers, the process of unfolding the narrow inlet is complicated, thereby being inconvenient to use.

Technical problem to be solved
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a silicone nursing bottle which is easily assembled and disassembled by pressing an inlet of the nursing bottle made of a silicone material with a hand to narrow the inlet and inserting the inlet into a hard fixing member, so that the narrowed inlet is easily opened, and the fixing member and the inlet are quickly combined into a circular shape, thereby easily assembling and disassembling a nipple and a main body.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a silicone baby bottle which can be easily and automatically unfolded and then inserted into a holder, so that it is not necessary to put contaminated fingers to unfold the inlet, thereby facilitating assembly and disassembly.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a silicone baby bottle which is easy to assemble and disassemble, comprising a main body made of a silicone material, a bolt part formed on an outer circumferential surface of a fixture inserted into an inlet of the main body, and a nut part formed on an inner circumferential surface of a coupling member having a nipple and coupled to the bolt part, wherein the nipple is tightly coupled to the inlet, and the silicone baby bottle is easy to assemble and disassemble, wherein the inner circumferential surface of the inlet is provided with a plurality of protruding parts in a radial shape, the center of each protruding part protrudes more than both ends of each protruding part, and both ends of each protruding part are formed with a constricted part which is matched with the inner circumferential surface of the inlet, so that when the inlet is constricted, the protruding parts are repeatedly constricted or expanded to generate a restoring force after being compressed and stretched to the maximum extent.
Advantageous effects
According to the present invention, the sterilization container is made of a silica gel material, so that no environmental hormone harmful to human body is generated even if the sterilization container is placed in boiling water for sterilization or placed in a microwave oven for sterilization. And the shape is easy to deform, the material is soft and can not be injured, and the holding feeling is excellent, so that the baby can stably hold the baby and then eat the milk.
The silicone milk bottle of the present invention has a plurality of protruding portions protruding radially on the inner peripheral surface of the inlet, the center of the protruding portion protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the inlet to the maximum extent, and both ends of the protruding portion protruding in conformity with the inner peripheral surface of the inlet. Preferably, the center of the protrusion is connected with both ends in a straight line.
When the entrance having the plurality of protruding portions is forcibly narrowed in order to insert the entrance into the inside of the fixture, both ends of the plurality of protruding portions are compressed or stretched, so that the adjacent protruding portions are brought into close contact with each other to the maximum or are spread to the maximum. When the inlet is inserted into the interior of the fixture in this state and the forcibly pressed hand is released, the plurality of compressed or stretched protruding portions return to a circular shape, and the inlet automatically expands and comes into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fixture.
Therefore, the existing process of putting fingers on the inner side surface of the inlet and then spreading the fingers can be omitted, so that the sanitation can be maintained, and the fixing member and the feeding bottle can be easily assembled and disassembled for sterilization.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the nursing bottle includes a main body 10 made of silicone material, and a fixing member 30 is inserted into an outer peripheral surface of an inlet 11 of the main body 10. The fixing member 30 is formed of a hard plastic material so as not to be deformed, and is used after coupling the nipple 50 with the upper side of the inlet 11.
The coupling member 40 is formed in a cylindrical shape for coupling the nipple 50 with the inlet 11, and the nipple 50 is combined with the inlet 11 when the bolt portion 31 formed at the outer circumferential surface of the fixing member 30 is coupled with the nut portion 41. A circular sealing portion 51 is provided on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the nipple 50, and a pressing portion 42 for pressing the sealing portion 51 is provided on the inner periphery of the upper end of the coupling member 40. A bracket 12 for receiving the sealing part 51 is provided at the upper end outer periphery of the inlet 11.
The outer periphery of the bracket portion 12 is formed by an extension portion 13 extending downward so as to be in close contact with the outer periphery of the edge portion 32 of the fixing member 30.
Further, a plurality of protrusions 20 are provided radially on the inner periphery of the inlet 11. The respective protrusions 20 have centers thereof protruded from the inner periphery of the inlet 11 to the maximum, and both ends thereof are formed of constricted portions 21 which are aligned with the inner peripheral surface of the inlet 11. Preferably, the center and both ends of the protrusion 20 are connected in a straight line. The eight projections 20 are arranged at equal intervals on the inner periphery of the inlet 11, and are formed in an octagonal shape as a whole.
When the entrance 11 having the plurality of protruding portions 20 is forcibly narrowed in order to insert the entrance 11 into the inside of the fixture 30, the constricted portions 21 provided at both ends of the plurality of protruding portions 20 are compressed or stretched, and the adjacent protruding portions 20 are brought into close contact or spread as much as possible. In this state, the inlet 11 is inserted into the interior of the fixture 30, and the forcibly pressed hand is released, so that the inlet 11 is automatically expanded while the compressed or stretched constricted portion 21 is restored to a circular shape, and is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fixture 30.
The nursing bottle according to the embodiment of the present invention constructed by the structure is made of a silica gel material so as to be easily deformable, thereby not generating environmental hormones even if put in boiling water or sterilized by a microwave oven.
The rigid mount 30 of plastics material is detached from the inlet 11 for sterilising the bottle. When the lower outer circumferential surface of the inlet 11 is forcibly pressed, the inlet 11 is compressed inside the fixing member 30 to reduce the volume, so that the fixing member 30 can be separated.
When the sterilized baby bottle is coupled to the fixing member 30, the lower outer circumference of the inlet 11 is pressed. The eight protrusions 20 of the embodiment of the present invention are arranged at the inner periphery of the inlet 11 at equal intervals, thereby constituting an octagonal shape. Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, when the inlet 11 is pressed, the adjacent protruding parts 20 are repeatedly narrowed to the maximum or spread in opposite directions. At this time, the narrowed portion is easily narrowed by the constricted portion 21.
When the pressed inlet 11 is released after the narrowed inlet 11 is inserted into the inner circumference of the fixing member 30, the inlet 11 is automatically spread while the protrusion 20, which is narrowed or spread in the opposite direction, is restored to the circular shape. The constricted portion 21 in the direction in which the protruding portion 20 is constricted is compressed to the maximum, and the constricted portion 21 in the direction in which the protruding portion 20 is expanded is in the state stretched to the maximum, so that when the inlet 11 held is released, the inlet 11 is expanded in a circular shape while the compressed and stretched constricted portion 21 is restored to the original shape.
At this time, the bracket portion 12 of the inlet 11 is placed on the edge portion 32 of the fixing member 30. When the nut portion 41 of the coupling member 40 is coupled to the bolt portion 31 of the fixing member 30 after the nipple 50 is placed on the inlet 11, the sealing portion 51 is closely attached to the bracket portion 12 by the pressing portion 42, and the nipple 50 is coupled to the main body 10. The extension 13 formed on the outer periphery of the bracket portion 12 is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rim portion 32, and the sealing area is increased, thereby improving the sealing force.
Claims (3)
1. A silicone baby bottle which is easy to assemble and disassemble and comprises a main body (10) made of silicone material, a bolt part (31) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a fixing part (30) inserted into an inlet (11) of the main body (10), a nut part (41) coupled with the bolt part (31) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of a coupling member (40) provided with a nipple (50), so that the nipple (50) is tightly combined with the inlet (11), the silicone baby bottle is characterized in that the inner peripheral surface of the inlet (11) is provided with a plurality of projection parts (20) which are radially presented, the center of each projection part (20) is more projected than the two ends, the two ends of each projection part (20) are composed of necking parts (21) which are consistent with the inner peripheral surface of the inlet (11), so that when the inlet (11) is shrunk, the projection parts (20) repeatedly present a mutually narrowed or unfolded state, so that each of the constrictions (21) generates a restoring force after undergoing maximum compression and tension.

A silicone feeding bottle convenient to assemble and disassemble as claimed in claim 1, wherein the eight protrusions (20) are arranged in an equally spaced manner so as to form an octagonal shape as a whole, and each protrusion (20) is narrowed or spread in a star shape when the inlet (11) is narrowed.

The silicone baby bottle easy to assemble and disassemble as claimed in claim 2, wherein a circular sealing portion (51) is provided on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the nipple (50), a bracket portion (12) into which the sealing portion (51) is fitted is provided on the outer periphery of the upper end of the inlet (11), an extension portion (13) protruding downward is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the bracket portion (12), when the inlet (11) is inserted toward the inside of the fixing member (30), the bracket portion (12) is in close contact with the upper surface of the edge portion (32) provided on the upper end of the fixing member (30), and the extension portion (13) is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the edge portion (32).
