Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a navigation device, a wearable device, a smart band, a pedometer, and the like.
Example one
The service push method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a service push method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
Step 110, detecting the real-time geographical position of the mobile terminal.
As mentioned above, the solution of the present application is to send push messages to mobile terminals inside a Geo-fence, and Geo-fencing is a new application of LBS, namely, a virtual fence is used to enclose a virtual geographic boundary. Mobile terminals, such as cell phones, may receive automatic notifications and alerts, etc., when the mobile terminal enters, leaves, or is active within a particular geographic area. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, it is necessary to acquire and detect real-time geographic location information of a mobile terminal, and send a push message to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is in a geofence. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, any available method or device may be used to acquire and detect the real-time geographic location of the mobile terminal, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, real-time geographic location information of the mobile terminal may be obtained based on a positioning system, and so on.
Step 120, when the real-time geographic position information is located in a preset area corresponding to a preset geographic fence, triggering a message push server of a service providing point corresponding to the preset geographic fence, and sending a push message to the mobile terminal; the preset geographic fence is set based on terminal data information of the mobile terminal and merchant configuration service information; the push message is set by the service providing point according to the push requirement in the message push server.
As mentioned above, the push message within the preset geo-fence may be received only when the mobile terminal enters the preset geo-fence. Therefore, in this embodiment of the application, when the geographic location information of the mobile terminal is located in the preset area corresponding to the preset geo-fence, the message push server of the service providing point corresponding to the preset geo-fence may be triggered to send a push message to the mobile terminal. The message push server of the service providing point may include, but is not limited to, a server configured to send the push message and configured to each service providing point that needs to send the push message, for example, a mobile terminal configured to send the push message and configured to a service providing point such as an after-sales service point, a merchant store, and the like, a cloud server, and the like. The push message can be set and obtained by the corresponding service providing point in the corresponding message push server according to the push requirement of the corresponding service providing point. For example, for a certain merchant store, it may set, according to its own push demand, a push message that satisfies its push demand in a message push server used by the merchant store to send the push message. The push message may include, but is not limited to, a short message, a letter, a mail, information inside an application program, and the like.
Moreover, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to send push messages required by users of mobile terminals to each mobile terminal according to the user requirements of the users of the mobile terminals, a preset geo-fence of the mobile terminal may be set based on terminal data information of the mobile terminal. Meanwhile, in order to facilitate a merchant to customize the push message required by the merchant according to the push requirement of the merchant and a target mobile terminal capable of receiving the push message, the preset geo-fence can be set based on merchant configuration service information. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the preset geo-fence can be obtained by setting based on the terminal data information of the mobile terminal and the merchant configuration service information. The terminal data information may include any data information capable of indicating the state of the mobile terminal itself and the state of the user of the mobile terminal, such as browsing behavior, text information, geographical location information, complaint behavior information, software state, hardware state, duration of purchase, etc. of the mobile terminal. The merchant configuration service information may include, but is not limited to, the content of the push service desired by the merchant, the push crowd, and the like. In this embodiment of the present application, specific contents included in the terminal data information and the merchant configuration service information may be set before this step or before any step before this step according to requirements, and this embodiment of the present application is not limited. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset geo-fence may also be obtained by setting based on the terminal data information of the mobile terminal or the merchant configuration service information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, when a certain merchant needs a commercial activity to be promoted, the merchant configuration service information can be set. For example, when a new product comes into the market, the new product needs to be pushed and popularized online, or an 'old-new' event needs to be developed, or a discount sales promotion event needs to be held. And can also set popularization crowd, such as information such as age, sex, location, occupation, etc.
In the embodiment of the invention, the real-time geographic position of the mobile terminal is detected; when the real-time geographic position information is located in a preset area corresponding to a preset geographic fence, triggering a message push server of a service providing point corresponding to the preset geographic fence, and sending a push message to the mobile terminal; the preset geographic fence is set based on terminal data information of the mobile terminal and merchant configuration service information. The preset geographic fence can be set according to the terminal data information and the merchant configuration service information, so that the service push types and the degree of correlation with user requirements are increased.
Example two
The payment mode starting method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a payment method initiation method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
Step 210, detecting the real-time geographic position of the mobile terminal.
Step 220, determining the preset geo-fence based on the terminal data information of the mobile terminal and the merchant configuration service information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the step 220 may be performed before the step 230, or before any step before the step 230, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the step 220 further may include:
a substep 221 of acquiring terminal data information of the mobile terminal; the terminal data information of the mobile terminal comprises the use behavior data of the mobile terminal and/or the state data of the mobile terminal.
Usage behavior data for a mobile terminal may include, but is not limited to, browsing behavior, text information, geographic location information, complaint behavior, and the like. The browsing behavior may include, but is not limited to, browsing records of the mobile terminal, such as browsing website information, web page information, browsing duration of each web page, and the like; the text information may include, but is not limited to, short messages, reminders, etc. received and sent by the mobile terminal, documents, files, etc. created or downloaded; the geographical location information may include real-time geographical location information of the mobile terminal, historical location information, and the like; complaint behavior can include, but is not limited to, complaint records, complaint content, complaint causes, etc. of the mobile terminal user.
The state data of the mobile terminal may include approved data which may represent the state of the mobile terminal, and specifically may include, but is not limited to, purchase duration, delivery duration, hardware state data, software state data, and the like. The software state data may include real-time state, initial state, etc. of software of each application program, operating system, etc. in the mobile terminal; the hardware status data may include real-time status, initial status, etc. of each hardware in the mobile terminal; the purchase duration may be a current time length from the time when the mobile terminal is purchased by the mobile terminal user, and the delivery duration may be a current time length from the delivery time of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment of the present application, specific contents of the terminal data information may be set before this step or before any step before this step according to requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application, and the terminal data information of the mobile terminal may be obtained in any available manner, which is also not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
For example, if it is set that the terminal data information of the mobile terminal that needs to be acquired includes the browsing behavior, the text information, the factory time length, and the hardware state data, at this time, the browsing behavior may be acquired from the cache of the mobile terminal browser, and at the same time, the text information of the mobile terminal may be detected and acquired, and a real-time state of each hardware in the mobile terminal may be detected and acquired as the hardware state data. In general, the factory time of a mobile terminal is known and may be stored in the mobile terminal at the time of its factory shipment.
Substep 222, obtaining the service requirement and the active area of the mobile terminal according to the terminal data information of the mobile terminal.
By analyzing the terminal data information, the service requirement and the activity area of the mobile terminal user, that is, the service requirement and the activity requirement of the mobile terminal, can be obtained. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the service requirement and the activity area of the mobile terminal can be acquired according to the terminal data information of the mobile terminal.
For example, if it is recorded in the browsing behavior of the mobile terminal that a mobile terminal user frequently browses mobile phone commodities by means of the mobile terminal, relevant information of a mobile phone on the market is searched; or the geographical position information of the mobile terminal records that the mobile terminal is often in a special shop under a mobile phone line, and the like; it may be analyzed that the user of the mobile terminal has an intention to change to a new machine according to the browsing behavior, the geographical location information, and the like of the mobile terminal. Moreover, the phone purchasing intention of the user can be analyzed according to the phone purchasing duration of the mobile phone; through complaints, software anomalies in the software state data of the mobile terminal, hardware anomalies in the hardware state data and the like, the possibility that the user needs after-sales service and the like can be analyzed. Meanwhile, the activity area of the mobile terminal can be obtained by analyzing the geographical position information of the mobile terminal. The activity area may include, but is not limited to, a user's home address, work address, frequent recreational activities, etc. of the mobile terminal.
Sub-step 223, based on said active region, determines a service provision point meeting said service requirement.
According to the active area of the mobile terminal and the service requirement, the service providing point meeting the service requirement in the active area, that is, the service providing point in the active range of the mobile terminal user is determined. Therefore, the effective geo-fence is set, and the situation that the set geo-fence is too much or the set geo-fence is not highly related to the service requirement of the user is avoided. In this embodiment, the service providing points may include, but are not limited to, off-line experience stores, after-sales service centers, exclusive stores, and the like.
Substep 224, setting a predetermined area around the service providing point as the predetermined geo-fence.
For the determined service providing point, the service providing point can be used as a center, a preset area around the service providing point is determined to be set as a preset geo-fence, wherein the preset area can be set before the step or before any step before the step according to requirements, such as an area where a shopping mall where the service providing point is located or an area within a preset distance around the service providing point, and then the area is set as the geo-fence. The preset distance may also be set before the step or before any step before the step according to requirements, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the step 220 further may include:
and a substep 225, determining a target mobile terminal according to the target user condition preset in the merchant configuration service information.
In practical application, a merchant may have a service promotion demand, and then the merchant can actively set the merchant configuration service information of the merchant. But also include but are not limited to the promotion content, the target user conditions that the user receiving the promotion needs to satisfy, and so on, in the merchant configuration service information. Also, the target user condition may include, but is not limited to, information of age, gender, location, occupation, and the like. Certainly, in this embodiment of the present application, the merchant may not set the target user condition in the merchant configuration service information, and at this time, any mobile terminal located in the geo-fence corresponding to the merchant may receive the promotion service information corresponding to the merchant distribution service information that is set by the mobile terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
For example, when a certain mobile phone merchant needs to have a commercial activity to be promoted, the merchant configuration service information can be set. For example, when a new product comes into the market, the new product needs to be pushed and popularized online, or an 'old-new' event needs to be developed, or a discount sales promotion event needs to be held. If the promotion target aimed by the mobile phone merchant is white-collar female in Beijing, then the mobile phone merchant can set the target user conditions of female, age between 24 and 50, Beijing in the place, occupation including lawyer, secretary, engineer, consultant and the like in the merchant configuration service information. Then, the mobile terminals meeting the target user condition can be obtained by screening the user information of each mobile terminal at this time, and the mobile terminals are used as target mobile terminals.
Substep 226, determining a service providing point of the target mobile terminal according to the active area of the target mobile terminal and the merchant configuration service information.
After the target mobile terminal is determined, the activity area of the mobile terminal may be further obtained, specifically, the real-time location information of the target mobile terminal may be obtained, and then the activity area of the target mobile terminal is determined based on the real-time location information.
In addition, as described above, when the merchant sets the merchant configuration information, the merchant may set service content to be promoted in the merchant configuration information, and generally, the service content needs to be completed by using a message push server of a specific service providing point, so in this embodiment of the present application, the message push server of the service providing point of the target mobile terminal may be determined according to the activity area of the target mobile terminal and the merchant configuration service information.
For example, the service content to be promoted by a certain merchant is an "old-new" activity, and the "old-new" activity can be specifically completed by means of an off-line experience store, a monopoly store, and the like of the merchant. When the push message is sent, the user of the mobile terminal receiving the push message can be guided to reach a set off-line experience store, a monopoly store and the like which perform the "new and old" activity in the push message. Generally, however, a mobile terminal user selects to go to an off-line experience store, a monopoly store, and the like in his/her activity area, and rarely selects to go to an off-line experience store, a monopoly store, and the like in his/her area that he/she does not often go. Therefore, in practical application, a merchant can configure service information for the activity area of each target mobile terminal, and determine a message push server of a service providing point of the corresponding target mobile terminal.
Substep 227, setting a preset area around the service providing point as a preset geo-fence of the target mobile terminal.
This step is similar to the step 224 described above and will not be described herein.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the sub-step 221-; the preset geofence of each mobile terminal can also be determined by using the substeps 221-224 described above alone, or the preset geofence of the corresponding target mobile terminal can be determined by using the substeps 225-227 described above alone for the merchant configuration service information set by the merchant; the examples of the present application are not limited thereto.
Step 230, when the real-time geographic location information is located in a preset area corresponding to a preset geographic fence, triggering a message push server of a service providing point corresponding to the preset geographic fence, and sending a push message to the mobile terminal; the preset geographic fence is set based on terminal data information of the mobile terminal and merchant configuration service information.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the step 230 may further include:
substep 231, when the real-time geographical location information is located in a preset area corresponding to a preset geo-fence, determining whether the user of the mobile terminal meets the target user condition.
If the preset geo-fence is set, the preset geo-fence is determined based on the merchant configuration service information. Then, as mentioned above, the merchant may also set the target user condition for receiving the corresponding push message in the merchant configuration service information at this time. Then, when it is detected that the real-time geographic location information of a certain mobile terminal is located in the preset area corresponding to the preset geographic fence, it is further determined whether the mobile terminal meets the target user condition set by the merchant, that is, whether the user of the mobile terminal meets the target user condition is determined.
And a substep 232, if the user of the mobile terminal meets the target user condition, triggering a message push server of a service providing point corresponding to the preset geo-fence, and sending a push message to the mobile terminal.
If the user of the mobile terminal meets the target user condition and the real-time physical location information is located in the preset area corresponding to the preset geo-fence, the message push server of the service providing point corresponding to the preset geo-fence can be triggered to send a push message to the mobile terminal. And if the user of the mobile terminal does not meet the target user condition, even if the real-time geographic position information of the user is located in a preset area corresponding to the preset geographic fence, the user does not trigger a message push server of a service providing point corresponding to the preset geographic fence to send a push message to the mobile terminal.
Moreover, in the embodiment of the present invention, terminal data information of the mobile terminal may also be acquired; the terminal data information of the mobile terminal comprises the use behavior data of the mobile terminal and/or the state data of the mobile terminal; acquiring a service requirement and an activity area of the mobile terminal according to the terminal data information of the mobile terminal; determining a service providing point meeting the service requirement based on the activity area; and setting a preset area around the service providing point as the preset geographic fence. Therefore, the correlation degree of the push service corresponding to the preset geo-fence and the user requirement can be further improved.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, a target mobile terminal may also be determined according to a target user condition preset in the merchant configuration service information; determining a service providing point of the target mobile terminal according to the activity area of the target mobile terminal and the merchant configuration service information; and setting a preset area around the service providing point as a preset geographic fence of the target mobile terminal. When the real-time geographic position information is located in a preset area corresponding to a preset geographic fence, judging whether the user of the mobile terminal meets the target user condition; and if the user of the mobile terminal meets the target user condition, triggering a message push server of a service providing point corresponding to the preset geographic fence, and sending a push message to the mobile terminal. Therefore, the merchant can conveniently set the required push service by himself, the types of the push service are further improved, the target mobile terminal meeting the target user conditions set by the merchant can be ensured to receive the push message, and resource waste is avoided.
