The existing mobile terminal mainly has payment methods such as pay code payment, scanning payment and NFC (Near field communication). However, the existing payment mode is still relatively complicated to operate, and the payment experience of the user is easily reduced. For example, scanning payment is performed, the mobile terminal needs to be unlocked first, then the payment application is started, then the mobile terminal is switched to a graphic code scanning interface of the payment application, and finally payment is completed. This requires multiple operations by the user, which is cumbersome and time consuming.
Therefore, after entering the payment interface of one of the payment applications, if the merchant is found not to support the payment application, the payment interface of the payment application supported by the merchant needs to be opened again to complete the payment, and thus the operation and switching are tedious and time-consuming.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a navigation device, a wearable device, a smart band, a pedometer, and the like.
Example one
A payment method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of steps of a payment method in an embodiment of the invention is shown.
Step 110, when a payment triggering instruction input by a user is received, starting a camera of the mobile terminal; the camera comprises a front camera and/or a rear camera.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to search the target human face by using the camera of the mobile terminal in time, the camera of the mobile terminal needs to be started in time. However, in practical applications, if the camera of the mobile terminal is kept in the activated state all the time, the power of the mobile terminal is wasted. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the camera of the mobile terminal can be started when the payment triggering instruction input by the user is received; the camera may include, but is not limited to, a front camera and/or a rear camera, and/or a camera connected to the mobile terminal through an external connection.
The user may input the payment triggering instruction through a preset mode, and the preset mode may be set before the step or before any step before the step according to a requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. However, it is required to ensure that the preset mode is different from the existing trigger mode of the mobile terminal, so as to avoid that the mobile terminal mistakenly identifies the payment trigger instruction as other trigger instructions.
And step 120, detecting whether the preview image of the camera contains a target face.
In order to accurately start the payment mode supported by the current consumer merchant, whether the preview image of the camera contains the target face or not can be detected. Specifically, the face patterns included in the preview image of the camera may be obtained based on a face recognition technology, and then it is determined whether each face pattern corresponds to a target face. The target face may be pre-stored image information including face patterns of a boss or a clerk of each merchant.
And step 130, if the preview image contains a target face, executing payment operation according to payment information corresponding to the target face.
If the current preview image of the camera of the mobile terminal contains the target face, the fact that the user has consumed and paid at the current merchant before is shown, and image information including face patterns of merchants or clerks and the like of the current merchant is recorded, at this time, payment operation can be executed directly according to payment information corresponding to the target face. The payment information may include pre-recorded information required for making a payment corresponding to the target face, for example, a payment method, payee information corresponding to the payment method, and the like. Then, at this time, a payment mode corresponding to the target face included in the preview image may be started, and the payee information is acquired at the same time to perform the payment operation.
In practical application, when a user performs payment operation in a merchant, the user may have a boss of the merchant or a clerk around the user, and therefore in the embodiment of the application, a corresponding relationship may be established between payment information of the merchant and a target face corresponding to the merchant, and if the target face is detected by using a camera of a mobile terminal, it indicates that the user is in the merchant where the target face is located, and at this time, the user may directly and automatically perform payment operation according to the payment information corresponding to the target face, that is, the payment information of the merchant, without manually obtaining the payment information by the user.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the camera can be started during payment, the face pattern in the surrounding environment is recognized based on the face recognition technology, the recognized face pattern is used as the target face to be recorded, and meanwhile, the payment information corresponding to the target face can be recorded. Then, when a payment triggering instruction is subsequently received, if the target face is detected, the payment operation can be directly executed according to the payment information corresponding to the target face.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the payment operation is executed according to the payment information corresponding to the detected target face, the operation is simple and convenient, the consumed time is less, and the intelligent degree and the user experience of the mobile terminal are improved.
Example two
A payment method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of steps of a payment method in an embodiment of the invention is shown.
Step 210, when a payment triggering instruction input by a user is received, starting a camera of the mobile terminal; the camera comprises a front camera and/or a rear camera.
Step 220, confirming and recording a target face and payment information corresponding to the target face according to the historical payment operation of the user; the payment information includes payment means and/or payee information.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to facilitate the execution of the payment operation according to the payment information corresponding to the target face, the target face and the payment information corresponding to the target face need to be confirmed and recorded according to the historical payment operation of the user. Moreover, this step may be executed when the user performs any payment operation, which does not affect the normal payment operation of the user, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Specifically, the camera of the mobile terminal may be started to detect the face pattern in the surrounding environment during each payment operation, and certainly in practical applications, when the user performs the payment operation, there may be a merchant boss or a clerk around the user, and there may also be other unrelated people such as other consumers, user companions, and the like, but the mobility of the unrelated people is relatively high and there is no relatively fixed corresponding relationship with the merchant, so that there is no corresponding relationship between the payment information of the merchant and the unrelated people. In order to ensure the accuracy of the recorded target face and the payment information, preset conditions that the target face needs to meet can be set according to requirements, for example, a first preset number of times that the target face needs to be detected by a camera can be set; the target face appears more than a second preset number of times in the same merchant, and appears less than a third preset number of times in other merchants, and so on.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the payment information corresponding to the target face can be recorded. The payment information may include, but is not limited to, payment means and/or payee information, etc. As described above, in practical applications, as payment applications become popular, more and more payment applications are available, and different payment applications may include multiple payment methods, such as active code scanning payment for performing payment by actively scanning a two-dimensional code or a barcode of an opposite party, passive code scanning payment for performing payment by providing a two-dimensional code or a barcode to the opposite party, and the like, and an NFC payment method, and the like. In practical applications, when a user performs a payment operation, a payment method under a certain payment application is utilized, and thus, the payment method included in the payment information in the embodiment of the present application may be embodied as a payment method under any payment application, for example, an active code scanning payment method under a first payment application, a passive code scanning payment method under the first payment application, an NFC payment method under the first payment application, and the like.
As described above, during payment operation, for the payment mode that requires active scanning of the two-dimensional code or barcode of the other party, the information of the payee such as the two-dimensional code or barcode of the other party can be recorded, so that when the payment operation is performed next time for the same merchant, the scanning operation can be completed on the mobile terminal side according to the recorded two-dimensional code or barcode of the merchant, and the merchant does not need to repeatedly provide the two-dimensional code or barcode, thereby effectively improving the payment efficiency; for a payment mode that a two-dimensional code or a bar code needs to be provided for the other party to scan, or for an NFC payment mode, the information of the receiving party, such as an account number of the receiving merchant and the like, can also be recorded, and then, when a payment operation is subsequently performed for the same merchant, the scanning operation can be completed at the mobile terminal side according to the recorded merchant account number. As can be seen from the above analysis, the payee information in the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to, an identification code such as a two-dimensional code and/or a barcode of the payee merchant, an active code-scanning account of the payee merchant, an NFC account of the payee merchant, and the like.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the step 220 may further include:
and a substep 221, when the user performs a payment operation, acquiring a preview image through a camera, and identifying face information in the preview image.
In order to determine and record the target face, a preview image may be acquired through a camera when the user is performing a payment operation, and face information in the preview image may be recognized. Specifically, the face information in the preview image may be recognized by any available method or device, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. And the face information may include, but is not limited to, the number of faces, face patterns, and the like.
Moreover, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to ensure the accuracy of the recognized face information, only the face information whose distance from the mobile terminal user in the preview image of the camera is within the preset threshold range may be recognized, where the distance of each face pattern from the user may be determined according to the size of the face pattern in the preview image and the focal length of the camera. The preset threshold may be set before the step or before any step before the step according to requirements, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the identified face information may be recorded as undetermined face information, and then it is determined whether the recorded undetermined face information is a target face. At this time, in order to avoid repeatedly recording the same face information, after the face information in the preview image is recognized, whether the recognized face information is the recorded face information to be determined can be further judged; and if the identified face information is not the recorded undetermined face information, confirming that the face information is the undetermined face and recording.
When a user acquires face information by using a mobile terminal camera, the same face information may be acquired at different times, but if the same face information acquired at different times is stored, storage space is wasted, and the repeated face information does not have a special role. Specifically, each piece of face information may be matched with the recorded to-be-determined face information, and if the similarity between the face information and the recorded to-be-determined face information reaches a preset similarity threshold, it may be determined that the face information is the recorded to-be-determined face information, where the preset similarity threshold may be set according to a requirement before this step, or before any step before this step, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present application, it may also be determined whether the face pattern information is the recorded pending face information by any other available method, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
If the face information is not the recorded undetermined face information, the face information can be confirmed to be the undetermined face information and recorded; and if the face information is the recorded pending face information, the face information can be ignored, and no further operation is required to be executed aiming at the face information.
And a substep 222 of determining whether the face information meets a preset condition.
As described above, in practical applications, the face information collected by the camera does not correspond to people related to the merchant, such as a boss of the merchant or a clerk, and therefore not all the face information obtained by detection belong to the target face. In the embodiment of the present application, a preset condition that a target face needs to satisfy may be preset, and then, for each face information, it needs to be determined whether the preset condition is satisfied. The preset condition may be set before the step or before any step before the step according to requirements, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. For example, a preset condition may be set that the camera detects more than a first preset number of times; or a second preset number of occurrences at the same merchant, less than a third preset number of occurrences at other merchants, etc. The first preset number, the second preset number and the third preset number may be preset according to requirements, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the sub-step 222 further includes:
substep 2221, counting the number of times the face information is detected at each merchant.
In practical applications, a relatively obvious difference between a merchant boss or a clerk and a consumer is that the merchant boss or the clerk is relatively fixed, generally fixes a merchant to work at, while the consumer is mobile, which may appear in any merchant, but if the same user consumes many times in the same merchant, the same user may detect face information of the merchant boss or the same clerk by using the camera for many times, but the face information of the same other consumer is detected for many times with little possibility. Therefore, when the number of occurrences of the same face information in the same merchant, that is, the number of times that the same merchant is detected is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, and the sum of the number of times that the face information is detected in other merchants is lower than the second preset threshold, for example, when the number of times that the face information is detected in the first merchant is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, and the sum of the number of times that the face information is detected in other merchants except the first merchant is smaller than the second preset threshold, the face information is most likely to be a boss or a waiter of the first merchant, that is, it can be confirmed that the face information satisfies the preset condition.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the preset condition may be that the number of times that the face information is detected at the first merchant is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, and the sum of the number of times that the face information is detected at other merchants except the first merchant is less than a second preset threshold. The first merchant may be any merchant, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. At this time, the situation that irrelevant persons such as user companions, other consumers and the like are confirmed as the target face can be avoided as much as possible. Then, first, the number of times of detecting face information at each merchant needs to be counted based on the face detection record of the current user. If the mobile terminal only utilizes the camera to detect the face when the user performs the payment operation each time, then the times of detecting the face information in each merchant can be counted according to the payment record of the current user.
Specifically, each time the user performs a payment operation, the user may obtain merchant information or payee information corresponding to the current payment operation, and then establish a corresponding relationship between the merchant information or payee information and face information detected during the current payment operation, so as to count the number of times that the face information is detected at different merchants. Of course, the number of times of detecting the face information at each merchant may be counted in any other available manner, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Substep 2222, when the number of times of detecting the face information at the first merchant is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, and the sum of the number of times of detecting the face information at the other merchants except the first merchant is less than a second preset threshold value, determining that the face information meets a preset condition.
For any face information, in order to determine whether the face information meets a preset condition, it may be further determined whether the number of times that a first merchant detects the face information is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, and a sum of the number of times that other merchants except the first merchant detect the face information is less than a second preset threshold for the information. The first preset threshold and the second preset threshold may be set before this step or before any step before this step according to requirements, and specific values of the first preset threshold may be the same or different, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
For any face information, when the number of times that a first merchant detects the face information is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value and the sum of the number of times that other merchants except the first merchant detect the face information is less than a second preset threshold value, determining that the face information meets a preset condition; otherwise, the face information can be confirmed to not meet the preset condition.
And a substep 223 of recording the face information as a target face and recording payment information corresponding to the face information when the face information meets a preset condition.
If the face information meets the preset condition, the face information can be recorded as a target face, and payment information corresponding to the face information is recorded. And if the face information does not meet the preset condition, the face information is not recorded as the target face, and the payment information corresponding to the face information does not need to be recorded.
Of course, if the face information is already recorded after the face information is recognized from the preview image of the camera as described above, when it is determined that the recorded face information satisfies the preset condition, the recorded face information may be set as the target face while the payment information corresponding to the face information is recorded without repeatedly recording the face information again.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the sub-step 223 may further include:
a sub-step 2231, when the face information meets a preset condition, determining whether the face information is a recorded target face.
In practical application, if the recorded target face is detected by using the camera in the subsequent detection, the face information corresponding to the target face is detected, that is, the face information corresponding to the target face is obtained again, and generally speaking, the face information can meet the preset conditions. Then the same target face needs to be recorded again, but the payment information for different payment operations may be different for the same target face.
For example, as the payment methods supported by the merchant may vary, and the merchant may support multiple payment methods, the user may select any one of the payment methods supported by the merchant to complete the payment operation. Therefore, the payment method used for the two payment operations may be different, and the payee information may be different accordingly. For example, for a recorded target face, the corresponding payment mode is an active code scanning payment mode under the first payment application, and the payee information may be a bar code or a two-dimensional code of the corresponding merchant corresponding to the first payment application; when the same face information corresponding to the target face is detected subsequently, the payment mode of the user is an active code scanning payment mode under the second payment application, and the information of the payee can be a bar code or a two-dimensional code corresponding to the second payment application of the corresponding merchant.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, each determined target face and the corresponding payment information thereof can be recorded in sequence one by one. For example, for the target face a, if the target face a and the payment information B corresponding to the target face a are recorded, it is assumed that subsequent one piece of face information also corresponds to the target face a, but the payment information is C, another piece of face information also corresponds to the target face a, and the payment information is B. Then, the target faces and the payment information thereof may be recorded in sequence as follows:
the payment method comprises the following steps of A, a target face A and payment information B corresponding to the target face A;
the payment method comprises the following steps of A, a target face A and payment information C corresponding to the target face A;
the payment system comprises a target face A and payment information B corresponding to the target face A.
However, the above-mentioned recording method is inconvenient for searching and counting the payment information corresponding to each target face, and occupies a storage space, so in the embodiment of the present application, the payment information for the same target face may be merged and stored, and then all the corresponding payment information for the same target face may be searched in one record.
Therefore, before creating the target face based on any face information, it may be determined whether the face information is a recorded target face.
And a sub-step 2232, if the face information is a recorded target face, merging and storing the payment information corresponding to the face information into the payment information of the target face corresponding to the face information.
If the face information is the recorded target face, the payment information corresponding to the face information can be merged and stored into the payment information corresponding to the target face corresponding to the face information.
For example, for the aforementioned target face a, the following may be recorded:
the payment method comprises a target face A, payment information B corresponding to the target face A, payment information C corresponding to the target face A and payment information B corresponding to the target face A.
Of course, the specific recording format may be preset according to the requirement, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
And a sub-step 2233, if the face information is not the recorded target face, recording the face information as the target face, and recording payment information corresponding to the face information.
And if the face information is the recorded target face, the face information can be directly recorded as the target face, and the payment information corresponding to the face to be determined is recorded.
Step 230, detecting whether the preview image of the camera contains a target face.
And 240, if the preview image contains a target face, executing payment operation according to payment information corresponding to the target face.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the step 240 may further include: and starting a payment mode corresponding to the target face, and acquiring payee information corresponding to the payment mode to carry out payee identity verification so as to execute payment operation.
For example, for the active code scanning payment method, the corresponding recorded payee information may include a barcode or a two-dimensional code of a merchant, and then the active code scanning payment method may be started, and meanwhile, in order to avoid that the user needs to spend time to scan the barcode or the two-dimensional code provided by the merchant by using the mobile terminal to perform payee identity verification, the payee information corresponding to the active code scanning payment method may be directly obtained to perform payee identity verification, and at this time, the user may directly jump to a payment interface for inputting a payment amount and a payment password, and then the user may perform payment operation only by manually inputting the payment amount and the payment password. Manual operation of the user can be further reduced, and payment efficiency is improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target face corresponds to a plurality of payment information, and the step 240 further includes:
and a substep 241 of executing payment operation according to the payment information corresponding to the target face and having the payment time closest to the current moment.
