技术领域
本发明涉及一种线缆皮切割钳，更具体的说是涉及一种适应不同宽度的线缆保护层切割钳。
背景技术
低压线缆在现场使用时，常常需要根据实际需要而对线缆进行修剪，将线缆进行切割分段处理以及线缆皮剥皮切割，以满足实际需要，以往的的线缆分段切割和剥皮处理都是人工采用不同的工具分别进行处理，不仅使用麻烦，而且较为费时费力，实际操作极为不便。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足，提供了一种适应不同宽度的线缆保护层切割钳，用于解决以往低压线缆分段切割和剥皮处理较为不便，费时费力的问题。
为解决上述的技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：适应不同宽度的线缆保护层切割钳，包括固定钳体和活动钳体，固定钳体和活动钳体均包括前段的切割部、中段的弯折部以及后段的握持部，所述固定钳体和活动钳体的弯折部中部通过转动轴铰接连接，所述固定钳体的切割部横向设置有第一V形安装块，所述活动钳体切割部端面设置有第一夹持块，所述第一夹持块上设置有通孔，活动钳体穿设在通孔内，第一夹持块上还设置有与通孔贯通的内螺纹通孔，所述内螺纹通孔内设置有与之成螺纹连接的顶紧螺栓，第一夹持块通过第一固定螺钉夹持有横向切割刀片。
更进一步的技术方案为：
所述活动钳体的弯折部与握持部连接处的内侧横向设置有第二V形安装块，所述固定钳体的弯折部与握持部连接处的内侧纵向设置有与第二V形安装块相对应的纵向切割刀片，纵向切割刀片通过第二夹持块夹持在固定钳体上，且第二夹持块通过第二固定螺钉固定在固定钳体上。
所述固定钳体的切割部设置有限位平台，所述活动钳体的切割部正对限位平台设置有限位螺栓。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。本发明的实施方式包括但不限于下列实施例。
实施例1
如图1所示的适应不同宽度的线缆保护层切割钳，包括固定钳体7和活动钳体12，固定钳体7和活动钳体12均包括前段的切割部、中段的弯折部以及后段的握持部，所述固定钳体7和活动钳体12的弯折部中部通过转动轴8铰接连接，其特征在于：所述固定钳体7的切割部横向设置有第一V形安装块4，所述活动钳体12切割部端面设置有第一夹持块2，所述第一夹持块2上设置有通孔，活动钳体12穿设在通孔内，第一夹持块2上还设置有与通孔贯通的内螺纹通孔，所述内螺纹通孔内设置有与之成螺纹连接的顶紧螺栓17，第一夹持块2通过第一固定螺钉1夹持有横向切割刀片3。
本实施例的固定钳体7和活动钳体12的切割部之间形成前端切割区域5，切割区域5内用于切开线缆轴向的线缆皮，当需要进行剥皮处理时，将低压线缆先横向放置在第一V形安装块4内定位，然后横向切割刀片3下压即可将线缆轴向的线缆皮切开，本实施例极为结构简单，使用方便，不会对线缆内部线圈造成损坏，能很好的保证线缆的尺寸，实用性强。

1.适应不同宽度的线缆保护层切割钳，包括固定钳体(7)和活动钳体(12)，固定钳体(7)和活动钳体(12)均包括前段的切割部、中段的弯折部以及后段的握持部，所述固定钳体(7)和活动钳体(12)的弯折部中部通过转动轴(8)铰接连接，其特征在于：所述固定钳体(7)的切割部横向设置有第一V形安装块(4)，所述活动钳体(12)切割部端面设置有第一夹持块(2)，所述第一夹持块(2)上设置有通孔，活动钳体(12)穿设在通孔内，第一夹持块(2)上还设置有与通孔贯通的内螺纹通孔，所述内螺纹通孔内设置有与之成螺纹连接的顶紧螺栓(17)，第一夹持块(2)通过第一固定螺钉(1)夹持有横向切割刀片(3)。
