技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车配件,具体涉及汽车车灯灯泡。
背景技术
由于发光二极管具有耗能低、使用寿命长以及电气安全的优越性能,如今被提倡用以替代传统灯泡,例如灯丝灯泡或卤素灯泡,其使用领域包括汽车灯和“LED灯”。通常,这些LED灯具有一种结构,所述结构上至少具有一个电路板,且至少有一个焊接在其上的发光二极管,并封装在一个容器,例如塑料或玻璃容器内部,由端部或接口延长,作为灯头可与灯座结合。目前市场上有许多型号的LED灯,其容器外形,制造材料或颜色,灯座规格或者与现有灯座的兼容性都各不相同。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型LED灯,用以取代传统的“T10玻璃基座”型灯座,LED灯的结构比目前销售的相似产品更简单,可降低生产成本,其特别耐用,并且可进一步以“灯夹”的形式实现电性连接,具有更大灵活性。
为此,本发明涉及汽车车灯灯泡,包括主体,所述主体包括具有至少一个隔室的外壳,所述隔室用于容纳至少一个发光二极管,所述主体还包括接头,所述接头与外壳连接,所述接头被设置成能够与“T10玻璃基座(楔形基座)”型灯座相配合的灯头。

实施例

5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车车灯灯泡,其特征在于,所述金属构件(7)的连接臂(71,72)和支撑臂(70)均沿其背面延伸,金属构件(7)还包括连接片(7),所述连接片(73)垂直于延伸方向所在的平面,当金属构件(7)与主体(2)相配合时,连接片(73)容纳在所述凹陷部(11)中。
6.根据权利要求3至5任一项所述的汽车车灯灯泡,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)的底部(30)具有两个槽口(12),所述槽口(12)与侧壁(33)上的纵向槽(13)连通,槽口(12)能够接合和引导金属构件(7)的定位片(75)。
7.根据权利要求3至5任一项所述的汽车车灯灯泡,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)包括至少一对槽体(37a,37b),每对槽体(37a,37b)相向设置在每个侧壁(33)的内表面上,以便容纳至少一个电路板(4a,4b)的对立边缘。
8.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的汽车车灯灯泡,其特征在于,所述主体(2)至少部分由透明的、带颜色的、或者可散射的塑料制成。
9.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的汽车车灯灯泡,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)包含顶壁(34),该顶壁(34)位于所述外壳(3)的两个侧壁(33)上方。
10.根据权利要求9所述的汽车车灯灯泡,其特征在于,所述顶壁(34)被设置成用来确定或容纳所述发光二极管(5)向不同方向发射的放射光。
11.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的汽车车灯灯泡,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)包括所述设置有用于操控发光二极管(5)的电路板(4b)。
