技术背景
输送软管的应用是非常广泛的,无论是工业应用还是生活应用,软管都扮演着重要的角色,为我们输送物质,输送气体的软管有天然气管、输送液体的液压油管等,随着科学的进步,软管的研究也越来越成熟,软管的功能性越来越强,抗环境的性能也在逐渐的增强。但是这些软管的研究大都是单一功能的,而随着人们的需求不断的增加,往往需要进行不同物质的交替输送,现有的软管大多都不能满足,而要进行多种物质的交替输送,就需要增设多条对应的管道进行输送工作,但这无疑就增加了输送的成本,对于管道的铺设增加了成本投入,增加人力物力的消耗,而且由于输送的管道都是不一致的,使用的寿命也是不尽相同,不便于用户对管道进行管理与维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能管及其制备方法,其整体结构简单,制作成本低,能够输送多种介质,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种多功能管,包括内胶层、外胶层、纤维编织层,所述外胶层为最外层,所述纤维编织层设置在内胶层与外胶层之间,所述纤维编织层由聚酯纤维编织而成,所述内胶层由下述材料制备而成:丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5~6份,硬脂酸2~3份,防老剂4~6份,分散剂3~4份,高岭土10~12份,N660炭黑90~110份,DOTP 15~16份,硫磺1~2份,硫化促进剂4~5份,粘合剂5~6份;所述外胶层由下述材料制备而成:橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5~6份,硬脂酸1~2份,防老剂10~12份,高岭土32~36份,N660炭黑40~48份,N330炭黑10~14份,白炭黑12~16份,分散剂3~4份,DOTP 30~34份,硫磺2~3份,硫化促进剂2~3份。
进一步地,所述内胶层由下述材料制备而成:丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸2.5份,防老剂5份,分散剂3.5份,高岭土11份,N660炭黑100份,DOTP 15.5份,硫磺1.5份,硫化促进剂4.5份,粘合剂5.5份。
进一步地,所述外胶层由下述材料制备而成:橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸1.5份,防老剂11份,高岭土34份,N660炭黑44份,N330炭黑12份,白炭黑14份,分散剂3.5份,DOTP 32份,硫磺2.5份,硫化促进剂2.5份。
进一步地,所述内胶层使用的防老剂由3.5份防老剂4010NA 和1.5份防老剂AW混合制成,所述内胶层使用的硫化促进剂由2.5份促进剂CZ和2份促进剂TT混合制成。
进一步地,所述外胶层使用的防老剂由3.5份防老剂MBZ,2.5份防老剂SP,5份防老剂4010NA混合制成,所述外胶层使用的硫化促进剂由1.5份促进剂CZ和1.0份促进剂TT混合制成。
一种多功能管的制备方法,所述制备方法包括下述步骤:(1)按配方,丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸2.5份,防老剂5份,分散剂3.5份,高岭土11份,N660炭黑100份,DOTP 15.5份,硫磺1.5份,硫化促进剂4.5份,粘合剂5.5份,混炼后过滤,然后加硫出片挤出内胶层;(2)按配方,橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸1.5份,防老剂11份,高岭土34份,N660炭黑44份,N330炭黑12份,白炭黑14份,分散剂3.5份,DOTP 32份,硫磺2.5份,硫化促进剂2.5份;混炼后过滤,然后加硫出片挤出胶片待用;(3)进行纤维编织层编织处理;(4)包外胶层;(5)142℃硫化200min;(6)出芯定压;(7)检查包装入库。
本发明与现有技术比较产生的有益效果是:丁腈橡胶为主体材料制成的内胶层,能够适用于多种介质的输送,像是空气、燃油、水、柴油等介质;聚酯纤维编织层使得多功能管的整体抗拉性能、抗压性能更好,满足多功能的多用途使用;橡胶合金NV3375为主体材料制成的外胶层,具有较好的耐磨性能,能够较好的保护内部胶层,延长使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种多功能管,包括内胶层1、外胶层3、纤维编织层2,所述外胶层3为最外层,所述纤维编织2层设置在内胶层4与外胶层3之间,所述纤维编织层2由聚酯纤维编织而成;聚酯纤维其有较好的强度和弹性恢复性能,对于整体性能有较好的增强作用,使得多功能管的整体抗拉性能、抗压性能更好,而且其材料易得,成本低。
所述内胶层由下述材料制备而成:丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸2.5份,防老剂5份,分散剂3.5份,高岭土11份,N660炭黑100份,DOTP 15.5份,硫磺1.5份,硫化促进剂4.5份,粘合剂5.5份;所述防老剂由3.5份防老剂4010NA 和1.5份防老剂AW混合制成,硫化促进剂由2.5份促进剂CZ和2份促进剂TT混合制成。
所述外胶层由下述材料制备而成:橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸1.5份,防老剂11份,高岭土34份,N660炭黑44份,N330炭黑12份,白炭黑14份,分散剂3.5份,DOTP 32份,硫磺2.5份,硫化促进剂2.5份;所述防老剂由3.5份防老剂MBZ、2.5份防老剂SP和5份防老剂4010NA混合制成;所述硫化促进剂由1.5份促进剂CZ和1.0份促进剂TT混合制成。由上述材料混炼制备的外胶层,其具有较好机械强度、耐磨性、耐热性等性能,作为软管的保护胶层可以较好的保护软管,延长软管使用寿命。

本实施例中制备出来的多功能管性能参数:多功能管多功能管内胶层抗拉伸强度7.2MPa,抗张强度19.8MPa,伸长率510%,外胶层抗拉伸强度13.1MPa,抗张强度18.3MPa,伸长率500%。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种多功能管,包括内胶层1、外胶层3、纤维编织层2,所述外胶层3为最外层,所述纤维编织2层设置在内胶层4与外胶层3之间,所述纤维编织层2由聚酯纤维编织而成;聚酯纤维其有较好的强度和弹性恢复性能,对于整体性能有较好的增强作用,使得多功能管的整体抗拉性能、抗压性能更好,而且其材料易得,成本低。
所述内胶层由下述材料制备而成:丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂4份,分散剂3份,高岭土10份,N660炭黑90份,DOTP 15份,硫磺1份,硫化促进剂4份,粘合剂5份;所述防老剂由2.5份防老剂4010NA 和1.5份防老剂AW混合制成,硫化促进剂由2.5份促进剂CZ和1.5份促进剂TT混合制成。
所述外胶层由下述材料制备而成:橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂10份,高岭土32份,N660炭黑40份,N330炭黑10份,白炭黑12份,分散剂3份,DOTP30份,硫磺2份,硫化促进剂2份;所述防老剂由3份防老剂MBZ、2.5份防老剂SP和4.5份防老剂4010NA混合制成;所述硫化促进剂由1.0份促进剂CZ和1.0份促进剂TT混合制成。
一种多功能管的制备方法,所述制备方法包括下述步骤:(1)按配方,丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂4.5份,分散剂3份,高岭土10份,N660炭黑90份,DOTP 15份,硫磺1份,硫化促进剂4份,粘合剂5份,混炼后过滤,然后加硫出片挤出内胶层;(2)按配方,橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸1份,防老剂10份,高岭土32份,N660炭黑40份,N330炭黑10份,白炭黑12份,分散剂3份,DOTP 30份,硫磺2份,硫化促进剂2份;混炼后过滤,然后加硫出片挤出胶片待用;(3)进行纤维编织层编织处理;(4)包外胶层;(5)142℃硫化200min;(6)出芯定压;(7)检查包装入库。
本实施例中制备出来的性能参数,多功能管多功能管内胶层抗拉伸强度7.4MPa,抗张强度18.8MPa,伸长率490%,外胶层抗拉伸强度12.4MPa,抗张强度17.8MPa,伸长率465%。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种多功能管,包括内胶层1、外胶层3、纤维编织层2,所述外胶层3为最外层,所述纤维编织2层设置在内胶层4与外胶层3之间,所述纤维编织层2由聚酯纤维编织而成;聚酯纤维其有较好的强度和弹性恢复性能,对于整体性能有较好的增强作用,使得多功能管的整体抗拉性能、抗压性能更好,而且其材料易得,成本低。
所述内胶层由下述材料制备而成:丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸3份,防老剂6份,分散剂4份,高岭土12份,N660炭黑110份,DOTP 16份,硫磺2份,硫化促进剂5份,粘合剂6份;所述防老剂由3.5份防老剂4010NA 和2.5份防老剂AW混合制成,硫化促进剂由3份促进剂CZ和2份促进剂TT混合制成。
所述外胶层由下述材料制备而成:橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂12份,高岭土36份,N660炭黑48份,N330炭黑10份,白炭黑12份,分散剂3份,DOTP30份,硫磺2份,硫化促进剂3份;所述防老剂由4份防老剂MBZ、3份防老剂SP和5份防老剂4010NA混合制成;所述硫化促进剂由2.0份促进剂CZ和1.0份促进剂TT混合制成。
一种多功能管的制备方法,所述制备方法包括下述步骤:(1)按配方,丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸3份,防老剂6份,分散剂4份,高岭土12份,N660炭黑110份,DOTP 16份,硫磺2份,硫化促进剂5份,粘合剂6份,混炼后过滤,然后加硫出片挤出内胶层;(2)按配方,橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌6份,硬脂酸2份,防老剂12份,高岭土36份,N660炭黑48份,N330炭黑10份,白炭黑12份,分散剂3份,DOTP 30份,硫磺2份,硫化促进剂3份;混炼后过滤,然后加硫出片挤出胶片待用;(3)进行纤维编织层编织处理;(4)包外胶层;(5)142℃硫化200min;(6)出芯定压;(7)检查包装入库。
本实施例中制备出来的性能参数,多功能管多功能管内胶层抗拉伸强度6.9MPa,抗张强度19.2MPa,伸长率475%,外胶层抗拉伸强度12.6MPa,抗张强度20.1MPa,伸长率495%。
Claims (8)
1.一种多功能管,包括内胶层、外胶层、纤维编织层,所述外胶层为最外层,所述纤维编织层设置在内胶层与外胶层之间,其特征在于:所述纤维编织层由聚酯纤维编织而成,所述内胶层由下述材料制备而成:丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5~6份,硬脂酸2~3份,防老剂4~6份,分散剂3~4份,高岭土10~12份,N660炭黑90~110份,DOTP 15~16份,硫磺1~2份,硫化促进剂4~5份,粘合剂5~6份;所述外胶层由下述材料制备而成:橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5~6份,硬脂酸1~2份,防老剂10~12份,高岭土32~36份,N660炭黑40~48份,N330炭黑10~14份,白炭黑12~16份,分散剂3~4份,DOTP 30~34份,硫磺2~3份,硫化促进剂2~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能管,其特征在于:所述内胶层由下述材料制备而成:丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸2.5份,防老剂5份,分散剂3.5份,高岭土11份,N660炭黑85份,DOTP 15.5份,硫磺1.5份,硫化促进剂4.5份,粘合剂5.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能管,其特征在于:所述外胶层由下述材料制备而成:橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸1.5份,防老剂11份,高岭土34份,N660炭黑44份,N330炭黑12份,白炭黑14份,分散剂3.5份,DOTP 32份,硫磺2.5份,硫化促进剂2.5份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能管,其特征在于:所述内胶层使用的防老剂由3.5份防老剂4010NA 和1.5份防老剂AW混合制成,所述内胶层使用的硫化促进剂由2.5份促进剂CZ和2份促进剂TT混合制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能管,其特征在于:所述外胶层使用的防老剂由3.5份防老剂MBZ,2.5份防老剂SP,5份防老剂4010NA混合制成,所述外胶层使用的硫化促进剂由1.5份促进剂CZ和1.0份促进剂TT混合制成。
6.一种多功能管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括下述步骤:(1)按配方,丁腈橡胶100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸2.5份,防老剂5份,分散剂3.5份,高岭土11份,N660炭黑100份,DOTP 15.5份,硫磺1.5份,硫化促进剂4.5份,粘合剂5.5份,混炼后加硫过滤挤出内胶层管;(2)按配方,橡塑合金NV3375为100份,氧化锌5.5份,硬脂酸1.5份,防老剂11份,高岭土34份,N660炭黑44份,N330炭黑12份,白炭黑14份,分散剂3.5份,DOTP 32份,硫磺2.5份,硫化促进剂2.5份;混炼后过滤,然后加硫出片挤出胶片待用;(3)进行纤维编织层编织处理;(4)包外胶层;(5)142℃硫化200min;(6)出芯定压;(7)检查包装入库。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述内胶层使用的防老剂由3.5份防老剂4010NA 和1.5份防老剂AW混合制成,所述内胶层使用的硫化促进剂由2.5份促进剂CZ和2份促进剂TT混合制成。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能管的制备方法,其特征在于:所述外胶层使用的防老剂由3.5份防老剂MBZ,2.5份防老剂SP,5份防老剂4010NA混合制成,所述外胶层使用的硫化促进剂由1.5份促进剂CZ和1.0份促进剂TT混合制成。
