Abstract

本发明公开了一种纸板用改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂、其制备方法及阻燃纸板,所述纸板用改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由下述各成分制成:氧化淀粉100、过氧化物0.5‑0.8、增稠剂1、反应性阻燃单体15‑20、还原剂0.05‑0.1、去离子水280‑300、氢氧化铝20‑25。本发明制得的阻燃纸板可降低吸潮率,无返卤现象,且阻燃效果好。

一种纸板用改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂、其制备方法及阻燃纸板
技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂领域,具体涉及一种纸板用改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂、其制备方法及阻燃纸板。
背景技术
一般的纸板是植物纤维(失水的葡萄糖(C6H12O6)的缩合物)增强淀粉胶粘剂复合材料,属易燃物。但在许多情况下要求纸张板具有阻燃性,比如家具装饰纸制品和需要阻燃的包装纸板材料等。阻燃纸通常除了使用石棉纤维制造、在火中不产生任何变化的防火纸;还有一类是在胶粘剂中添加阻燃剂处理纸张,层压固化获得阻燃性能的纸板,是目前使用较多的一种。
在这种情况下,大多在胶粘剂中使用含卤阻燃剂卤素化合物如十溴二苯醚、四溴双酚A等,其阻燃效果良好,但其受热时释放卤化氢、氰化氢等有毒气体,对环境造成危害,达不到绿色环保技术要求。并且阻燃剂添加量大凸显纸板的缺陷,如外观差,发硬,易碎,柔韧性、撕裂强度大大降低,纸板成型后阻燃剂返卤、吸潮率上升现象明显。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种纸板用改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂、其制备方法及阻燃纸板。本发明的纸板用改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂中阻燃剂添加量少、无卤素,制成纸板后可降低吸潮率,无返卤现象,且阻燃效果好。
具体地,本发明提供一种纸板用改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂,其以重量份计,由下述各成分制成:
氧化淀粉 100
过氧化物 0.5-0.8
增稠剂 1
反应性阻燃单体 15-20
还原剂 0.05-0.1
去离子水 280-300
氢氧化铝 20-25。
其中,所述氧化淀粉,浓度25wt%糊化后粘度在2700±100mPa·s范围内。
此外,所述的过氧化物为过硫酸钾。
此外,所述的反应性阻燃单体为双-三甲基硅基化乙烯基磷酸酯或乙烯基磷酸二甲酯中的一种或两种。
所述的双-三甲基硅基化乙烯基磷酸酯的结构如下:
所述乙烯基磷酸二甲酯的结构如下:
此外,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醇1799。
此外,所述还原剂为硫代硫酸钠。
本发明还提供一种如上所述的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂的制备方法,其包括下述步骤:
(1)氧化淀粉先用热去离子水糊化,控制氧化淀粉浓度不高于25wt%,加入增稠剂和过氧化物至完全溶解,加热至80±2℃开始滴加反应性阻燃单体3-6h;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料与还原剂混合均匀,80±2℃继续反应1-1.5h,均匀混合氢氧化铝,得到所述的改性阻燃氧化淀粉胶粘剂。
本发明还提供一种阻燃纸板,其在多层原纸的表面刮刀涂布权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂后经110℃复合烘干处理制得,单面涂布量为50-60g/m2
此外,本发明的多层纸板的层数无限制,可以无限制任何层数。
本发明的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂中,以磷硅元素改性阻燃氧化淀粉胶为主阻燃剂,氢氧化铝为辅助阻燃剂,氢氧化铝高温分解生成氧化铝和水蒸汽,吸收热量和稀释阻隔空气,起到辅助阻燃的效果,因此本发明的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂是一种环保的无卤阻燃剂,阻燃效果良好。由该本发明的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂涂布制得的纸板续焰时间为0s,灼燃时间≤2s,平均碳化长度≤20mm,且不存在返卤、吸潮率升高现象(吸潮率≤13%),是一种阻燃效果良好的复合纸板。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详细介绍本发明技术方案,但本发明的技术方案并不限定于这些实施例。
实施例1
1.改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂的制备:
(1)100g氧化淀粉(浓度25wt%糊化后粘度为2700mPa·s)先用290g热去离子水糊化,控制氧化淀粉浓度不高于25wt%,加入1g聚乙烯醇1799和0.65g过硫酸钾至完全溶解,加热至80℃开始滴加18g双-三甲基硅基化乙烯基磷酸酯,在4h内滴完;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料与0.08g硫代硫酸钠混合均匀,80℃继续反应1h,均匀混合23g氢氧化铝,得到所述的改性阻燃氧化淀粉胶粘剂。
2.阻燃纸板的制备:
本实施例以制备5层纸板为例,在各层原纸的表面用刮刀涂布法以单面涂布量为50g/m2涂布上述制得的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂层压固化,经110℃复合烘干处理制得阻燃纸板。
3.阻燃纸板性能测试
续焰时间为0s,灼燃时间2s,平均碳化长度20mm,且不存在返卤、吸潮率升高现象(吸潮率11%)。
实施例2
1.改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂的制备:
(1)100g氧化淀粉(浓度25wt%糊化后粘度为2800mPa·s)先用280g热去离子水糊化,控制氧化淀粉浓度不高于25wt%,加入1g聚乙烯醇1799和0.5g过硫酸钾至完全溶解,加热至82℃开始滴加15g乙烯基磷酸二甲酯,在6h内滴完;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料与0.05g硫代硫酸钠混合均匀,82℃继续反应1.5h,均匀混合20g氢氧化铝,得到所述的改性阻燃氧化淀粉胶粘剂。
2.阻燃纸板的制备:
本实施例以制备5层纸板为例,在各层原纸的表面用刮刀涂布法以单面涂布量为60g/m2涂布上述制得的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂层压固化,经110℃复合烘干处理制得阻燃纸板。
3.阻燃纸板性能测试
续焰时间为0s,灼燃时间2s,平均碳化长度20mm,且不存在返卤、吸潮率升高现象(吸潮率12%)。
实施例3
1.改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂的制备:
(1)100g氧化淀粉(浓度25wt%糊化后粘度为2600mPa·s)先用300g热去离子水糊化,控制氧化淀粉浓度不高于25wt%,加入1g聚乙烯醇1799和0.8g过硫酸钾至完全溶解,加热至80℃开始滴加20g双-三甲基硅基化乙烯基磷酸酯,在3h内滴完;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料与0.1g硫代硫酸钠混合均匀,80℃继续反应1h,均匀混合25g氢氧化铝,得到所述的改性阻燃氧化淀粉胶粘剂。
2.阻燃纸板的制备:
本实施例以制备5层纸板为例,在各层原纸的表面用刮刀涂布法以单面涂布量为55g/m2涂布上述制得的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂层压固化,经110℃复合烘干处理制得阻燃纸板。
3.阻燃纸板性能测试
续焰时间为0s,灼燃时间1s,平均碳化长度18mm,且不存在返卤、吸潮率升高现象(吸潮率12%)。

Claims (8)

1.一种纸板用改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由下述各成分制成:
氧化淀粉 100
过氧化物 0.5-0.8
增稠剂 1
反应性阻燃单体 15-20
还原剂 0.05-0.1
去离子水 280-300
氢氧化铝 20-25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述氧化淀粉,浓度25wt%糊化后粘度在2700±100mPa·s范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述的过氧化物为过硫酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述的反应性阻燃单体为双-三甲基硅基化乙烯基磷酸酯或乙烯基磷酸二甲酯中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醇1799。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述还原剂为硫代硫酸钠。
7.一种如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
(1)氧化淀粉先用热去离子水糊化,控制氧化淀粉浓度不高于25wt%,加入增稠剂和过氧化物至完全溶解,加热至80±2℃开始滴加反应性阻燃单体3-6h;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料与还原剂混合均匀,80±2℃继续反应1-1.5h,均匀混合氢氧化铝,得到所述的改性阻燃氧化淀粉胶粘剂。
8.一种阻燃纸板,其特征在于,在多层原纸的表面刮刀涂布权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的改性阻燃淀粉胶粘剂层压固化,经110℃复合烘干处理制得,单面涂布量为50-60g/m2
