背景技术
石墨材料由于具有单越的耐腐蚀性、耐热性和高的热导率而被广泛应用于各种腐蚀性物料条件下取代碳钢和贵金属材料。其中不透性石墨材料更因能在低压、中压条件下不渗漏气、液而被广泛应用于制造各种塔、槽、罐、炉……包括石墨压力容器,从而已经促进了工业发展。但是现有没有公开石墨圆筒外缠绕碳纤维工艺复杂,同时不能均匀的进行缠绕,限制了石墨圆筒形设备的发展。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种碳纤维石墨圆筒用液态热固性树脂溶液,其特征是,它由下述原料药制成:酚醛树脂40-50份;邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯1-5份;丙酮8-12份;石墨烯10-15份;苯胺3-5份;乙酸乙酯6-8份。
本发明的有益效果是:采用此种溶液对碳纤维进行缠绕,能有效的保证碳纤维的均匀度,同时能保证碳纤维在石墨圆筒上的贴合度,贴合效果好,长时间使用不容易掉落,大大延长了使用寿命,安全可靠性高。
