技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材，具体是一种新型TPU复合抗菌板材。
背景技术
传统板材，尤其是地板，木质品种居多，因其木质工艺，胶贴现状，防潮、 防菌等品质无法满足人们的需求， TPU为聚氨酯因其为优良的热塑性材料，环保，且具有优异的防腐性能、弹性和抗冲击性能，在加热到其软化点时具有优异的成型性能，因此可以根据实际生产需要加工成不同的形状，作为现在比较常用板材，但其功能较为单一，故需发明一种多功能复合板材。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是，克服以上现有技术的缺陷，提供一种含抗菌、隔热的TPU多种功能板材。
本发明的技术方案是：一种易于连接的TPU复合板材，其特征在于，包括TPU板层和隔音层，所述TPU板层连接隔音层，所述TPU板层两端分别设有用于拼接卡合的卡位和卡槽，所述TPU板层、隔音层、卡位及卡槽为一体式结构。
进一步的，所述隔音层包括横板和纵板，所述横板和纵板交错排列形成网格，在网格中填充有隔音棉块。
进一步的，所述TPU板层的厚度为2-15mm。
进一步的，TPU板层涂覆有防火面漆层，具有防火的作用。
进一步的，所述隔音层的上表面设置有装饰层。
进一步的，所述装饰层包括保护层和印刷层，所述保护层设在印刷层的上表面，所述印刷层设在隔音层的上表面，且保护层为透明薄膜。
本发明所达到的有益效果：本发明所述一种易于连接的TPU复合板材通过卡位和卡槽的设置，安装方便快捷，结合强度高；所述一种易于连接的TPU复合板材通过隔音层的设置，可提供良好的吸音性和隔音性；所述一种易于连接的TPU复合板材通过装饰层的设置，可以印刷装饰画面，增加美观度，通过保护层可以保护印刷层免受损坏。

如图1和图2所示，一种易于连接的TPU复合板材，其特征在于，包括TPU板层2和隔音层3，所述TPU板层2连接隔音层3，所述TPU板层2两端分别设有用于拼接卡合的卡位4和卡槽5，所述TPU板层2、卡位4及卡槽5为一体式结构，所述隔音层3包括横板和纵板，所述横板和纵板交错排列形成网格，在网格中填充有隔音棉块，所述TPU板层2的厚度为2-15mm，TPU板层2涂覆有防火面漆层1，具有防火的作用，所述隔音层3的上表面设置有装饰层6所述装饰层包括保护层和印刷层，所述保护层设在印刷层的上表面，所述印刷层设在加固层的上表面，且保护层为透明薄膜。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种易于连接的TPU复合板材，其特征是，所述加固层的上表面设置有隔音层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种易于连接的TPU复合板材，其特征是，所述装饰层包括保护层和印刷层，所述隔音层设在印刷层的上表面，所述印刷层设在加固层的上表面，且保护层为透明薄膜。
