the lower die assembly comprises a lower die plate, a lower die backing plate and a lower die holder which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a lower die core is arranged on the lower die plate, two rows of symmetrically arranged lower die core holes are concavely arranged on the lower die core, a plurality of movable blocks are movably and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower die backing plate, and each movable block is connected with or forms a half-thread forming block; the upper end of the lower die base plate is provided with a positioning groove corresponding to the bottom end of the lower die core, the bottom end of the lower die base plate is provided with a transition hole in an upward concave manner corresponding to the positioning groove, the top end of the transition hole is connected to the bottom end of the positioning groove, a thimble is arranged in the transition hole, the thimble is arranged on the lower die base through the thimble base plate, a positioning plate is further arranged between the lower die plate and the lower die base, and the lower die base plate and the movable block are both positioned and arranged on the positioning plate; one end of the thimble penetrates through the positioning plate;

The upper die assembly 10 comprises an upper die holder 11, an upper die cushion plate 12 and an upper die plate 13 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein two rows of symmetrically arranged upper die cores 14 are convexly arranged at the lower end of the upper die plate 13; one end of the upper die core 14 is embedded into the upper die plate 13 and is fixed in a guard plate 16 between the upper die base 11 and the upper die cushion plate 12 through a connecting column 15;
the lower die assembly 20 comprises a lower die plate 21, a lower die cushion plate 22 and a lower die holder 23 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein a lower die core 24 is arranged on the lower die plate 21, two rows of symmetrically arranged lower die core holes 241 are concavely arranged on the lower die core 24, a plurality of movable blocks 25 are movably and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower die cushion plate 22, and each movable block 25 is connected with or formed with a half-thread forming block 26; a positioning groove 221 is formed at the upper end of the lower die backing plate 22 corresponding to the bottom end of the lower die core 24, a transition hole 222 is concavely formed at the bottom end of the lower die backing plate 22 corresponding to the positioning groove 221, the top end of the transition hole 222 is connected to the bottom end of the positioning groove 221, a thimble 27 is arranged in the transition hole 222, the thimble 27 is mounted on the lower die holder 23 through a thimble backing plate 28, a positioning plate 29 is further arranged between the lower die plate 21 and the lower die holder 23, and the lower die backing plate 22 and the movable block 25 are both positioned and mounted on the positioning plate 29; one end of the thimble 27 passes through the positioning plate 29; the upper die core 14 is inserted into the corresponding lower die core hole 241 and engaged in the corresponding positioning groove 221, and the side surface of the half-thread forming block 26, the outer surface of the upper die core 14 and the inner surface of the lower die core hole 241 are co-configured to form a die cavity.

The bottom end of the lower template 21 is also provided with a third positioning part 212, the top end of the movable block 25 is provided with a fourth positioning part 251, and the fourth positioning part 251 is adapted to the third positioning part 212; in this embodiment, the third positioning portion 212 is a positioning slot, the fourth positioning portion 251 is a positioning protrusion, and the positioning protrusion is embedded in the positioning slot.
