Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sanitary care products, and particularly relates to an infant paper diaper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The infant paper diaper is a nursing product designed for infants, and the product is convenient to use and replace, so that the burden of nursing staff is relieved. With the change of consumption concepts of young parents and the acceleration of life rhythm, the infant paper diaper gradually replaces the traditional diaper and becomes a necessity for family infant care. The prior paper diaper is generally divided into a surface layer, an absorption core and a bottom layer, wherein the surface layer is a part directly contacted with skin, the surface layer is soft and generally made of a hydrophilic layer, the bottom layer is a waterproof layer, the absorption core is arranged between the hydrophilic layer and the waterproof layer, the absorption core is generally a water-absorbing cotton core layer, and the surface layer, the absorption core and the bottom layer are integrally cut and pressed into a shape. In addition, in order to prevent side leakage, the edges of the two sides of the paper diaper are also provided with three-dimensional protective enclosures to prevent the excrement from leaking from the sides when the amount of the excrement is large, and meanwhile, the two sides of the rear end of the paper diaper are provided with magic tapes to enable the front end and the rear end of the paper diaper to be adhered to be worn on a human body.
Chinese patent application CN105496655A discloses a diaper comprising: a cotton top layer in contact with the skin of the user; the liquid permeable layer is attached to the lower surface of the cotton surface layer; the water absorption layer is arranged below the liquid permeable layer and is formed by mixing high polymer materials; the impermeable layer is attached to the lower surface of the water absorbing layer; the weight sensor is arranged on the lower surface of the impermeable layer and used for sensing the weight of urine in the paper diaper; the display screen is connected with the weight sensor and arranged on the surface of the paper diaper, which is attached to the abdomen; the controller is arranged in the paper diaper and connected with the weight sensor and the display screen, the weight sensor sends a sensed signal to the controller, and the controller determines the color displayed by the display screen according to a preset weight value and a display screen display color matching value table. The caretaker judges whether to change the paper diaper according to the color of the paper diaper, so that the skin of the wearer is prevented from being damaged.
Chinese patent application CN104814833A discloses a diaper, comprising a crotch, and a front waist part and a rear waist part connected to both ends of the crotch, wherein absorption cores are arranged inside the crotch, the front waist part and the rear waist part, a three-dimensional enclosure is arranged at the edge of the crotch, a magic tape fluff sheet is pasted on a waterproof bottom layer of the front waist part, and a plurality of longitudinally arranged rubber rib wires or sheet elastomers are arranged on the waterproof bottom layer of the crotch; the absorption core body is provided with at least one cut-off groove along the length direction; the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an enclosure sheet main body and an isolation protecting band, wherein the outer edge of the enclosure sheet main body is connected with the middle part of the isolation protecting band, so that the isolation protecting band and the enclosure sheet main body form a T-shaped structure; the magic tape wool chip is of a two-section structure and comprises a left wool section and a right wool section, wherein the left wool section is arranged on the left side of the front waist part, and the right wool section is arranged on the right side of the front waist part.
At present, the existing paper diaper can only meet the basic absorption function and has no effect on the protection of the skin. When the user uses the paper diaper, the air permeability is poor, the urine contains toxins, and particularly, the skin of the baby is delicate, so that the baby is easy to infect bacteria and cause skin inflammation.

2. The test method comprises the following steps: the infant diapers prepared in examples 1 and 2 and 3, and comparative examples 1 and 2 were tested for their relevant performances with reference to the relevant standards of national Standard GB/T28004 and 2011 diaper (sheet, pad).
3. And (3) test results:
the test results are shown in table 1.
Table 1: performance test result of infant paper diaper
As can be seen from Table 1, the permeability and delivery moisture of the baby diapers obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention, and comparative examples 1 and 2 are all significantly better than the national standard. The infant paper diaper prepared by the invention has good permeability and low delivery moisture.
Test example two, antibacterial property of infant paper diaper
1. Test materials: infant diapers prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: the antibacterial performance of the infant paper diapers prepared in the examples 1, 2, 3, 1 and 2 was tested according to the relevant standards of the national standard GB 15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles.
3. And (3) test results:
the test results are shown in table 2.
Table 2: result of bacteria inhibition rate detection
As can be seen from table 2, the infant diapers obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have significant inhibitory effects on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, and candida albicans, compared to the infant diapers prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2.
Third test example air permeability of infant paper diaper
1. Test materials: infant diapers prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: the air permeability of the infant diapers prepared in examples 1, 2, 3, 1 and 2 was tested by using a diaper air permeability tester according to the method for testing the air permeability of textiles in ASTM D737-2004(2012) of the united states.
3. And (3) test results:
the test results are shown in table 3.
Table 3: air permeability test results
Group of | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Comparative example 1 | Comparative example 2 |
Air permeability (mm/s) | 92.6 | 93.4 | 94.2 | 82.5 | 83.7 |
As can be seen from table 3, the infant paper diapers obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention had higher air permeability than the infant paper diapers prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2. This shows that the infant paper diaper prepared by the invention has good air permeability.
