背景技术
脂溢性脱发又名早秃，是临床上常见病多发病。以前额和头顶部毛发变细逐渐稀疏和秃顶为主要症状，多见于男性，常在于20-30岁发病。临床症状：先从前额的鬓角开始，经过徐缓，头发逐渐细软，稀疏、脱落，秃发。正常人平均每天脱发约50根左右，属正常新陈代谢，每天脱落的头发与新 生发的数量大致相同，因此不会变稀。如果脱发数量超过这个数字，且头发比以前明显变稀 即为病理性脱发，如果平时脱发不多，但头发生长非常缓慢，头发渐稀，这也属于病理性脱 发。
脂溢性脱发被中医称为“柱发癣”或“虫蛀脱发”，由于湿热侵袭肌肤，使营养失调，腠理不固，脉络瘀阻，精血生化不利致使毛根不固造成脱发。 根据中医理论，针对脂溢性脱发的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本同治的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是，提供一种疗效显著、治愈率高、无毒副作用的用于治疗脂溢性脱发的中草药组合物。

作为优选，治疗脂溢性脱发的中草药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份的中药原料组成：侧柏叶35份、制何首乌35份、黄柏25份、当归25份、刘寄奴12份、赤芍12份、黄芩12份、白茅根12份、没药10份、补骨脂25份、地黄（生地）12份、人参25份、知母10份、银柴胡10份、射干10份、乌梢蛇10份、牡丹皮10份、猪胆粉10份、千里光8份、菟丝子12份、干姜12份、桑白皮12份。
将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—20分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，每日一剂，早晚各口服一次。
侧柏叶：味苦、涩，性寒；归肺、肝、脾经，具有凉血止血，止咳化痰，生发乌发之功效。
制何首乌：味甘、涩，性微温；归肝、肾经；具有补益精血，固肾乌须之功效。
黄柏：味苦，性寒；归肾、膀胱、大肠经；具有清热燥湿，泻火解毒之功效。
当归：味甘、辛、苦，性温；归肝、心、脾经；具有补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便之功效。

菟丝子：味辛、甘，性平；归肝、肾、脾经；具有滋补肝肾，固精缩尿，明目，安胎，止泻之功效。
干姜：味辛，性热；归脾、胃、肾、心、肺经；具有温中散寒，回阳通脉，燥湿祛痰之功效。
桑白皮：味甘，性寒；归肺经；具有泻肺平喘，利水消肿之功效。
本中药组合物的组份均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低，组份中的各种原料药物相互协调在一起，能够起到最大程度的发挥药效，可有效调节患者机体的阴阳平衡和自我协调能力，具有滋补肝肾、填精益髓、养血生发的功效，从而达到标本兼治的目的；且吸收效果好，疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高。
下面结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
1、临床资料：
选择确诊的脂溢性脱发患者140例临床观察，病人随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组70例，男性58例，女性12人，年龄22--56岁，病程0.5--6年；对照组70人，男性56例，女性14例，年龄22--52岁，病程0.5--4年；治疗组与对照组两组患者的病程、症状轻重程度基本一致，无显著差异，具有可比性。
2、治疗方法：
治疗组采用本发明制取的汤剂，每日一剂，早晚各口服一次，15天为一个疗程；对照组服用养血生发胶囊，口服，一次4粒，一日2次，15天为一个疗程。
3、疗效判定：
①治愈：毛发停止脱落，脱发处长出新发，头发生长密度正常，发质粗细正常。
②显效：毛发停止脱落，毛发再生达70％以上，头发较治疗前增多，但仍稀疏。
③有效：毛发脱落停止，毛发再生达20%以上。

4、治疗结果：
经过1—6个疗程的治疗，治疗组中治愈60例，显效5例，有效3例，无效2例，治愈率85.7%，总有效率97.1%；对照组中治愈37例，显效13例，有效11例，无效9例，治愈率52.8%，总有效率87.1%；以上结果显示，治疗组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组。
5、典型病例：
1.刘某，男，36岁，反复出现脂溢性脱发多年，头屑较多，头发油腻，服用过多种西药，效果不尽满意。服用本发明制备的汤剂两个疗程，脱发现象明显好转，又继续服用三个疗程，治愈，随访一年未见复发。
2.关某，男，43岁，患者自诉40岁左右开始脱发，头发油腻光亮，每次梳洗都有大量头发脱落，多方医治，效果不佳。服用本发明制备的汤剂一个疗程，头皮油脂明显减少，又继续服用三个疗程，治愈。
3.肖某，女，31岁，患有脂溢性脱发半年有余，患者头发油腻，头屑较多，头顶顶部脱发明显，较为稀疏。连续服用本发明制备的汤剂三个疗程，脂溢性脱发症状全部消失，治愈，随访至今未见复发。
4.杨某，女，41岁，患有脂溢性脱发一年，头屑多，头皮痒，头顶脱发较为稀疏，多油。服用本发明制备的汤剂一个疗程，头屑多、头皮痒症状消失，又继续服用三个疗程，长出新的毛发，治愈。
具体实施方式
实施例1
治疗脂溢性脱发的中草药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份的中药原料组成：侧柏叶32份、制何首乌32份、黄柏22份、当归22份、刘寄奴12份、赤芍12份、黄芩12份、白茅根12份、没药10份、补骨脂22份、地黄（生地）12份、人参22份、知母10份、银柴胡10份、射干10份、乌梢蛇10份、牡丹皮10份、猪胆粉10份、千里光6份、菟丝子12份、干姜12份、桑白皮12份。
将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—20分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮20—30分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮15—20分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，每日一剂，早晚各口服一次。

治疗脂溢性脱发的中草药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份的中药原料组成：侧柏叶38份、制何首乌38份、黄柏28份、当归28份、刘寄奴14份、赤芍14份、黄芩14份、白茅根14份、没药12份、补骨脂28份、地黄（生地）14份、人参28份、知母12份、银柴胡12份、射干12份、乌梢蛇12份、牡丹皮12份、猪胆粉12份、千里光8份、菟丝子12份、干姜12份、桑白皮12份。
