本发明公开了一种食品添加剂,其组分及重量份数比为:小茴香5‑10份,板栗10‑15份,鸡肉粉5‑10份,淀粉20‑30份,葛根粉5‑10份,硬脂酸钠1‑5份,杏仁粉5‑10份,食盐5‑10份,草菇5‑10份。本发明通过加入小茴香、草菇和硬脂酸钠达到提鲜的作用,通过添加板栗和杏仁粉提高添加剂中的蛋白质含量,另外葛根粉具有一定的抗癌作用,原料易得,制作成本低,且提鲜作用好。

本发明属于食品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种食品添加剂。
背景技术
食品添加剂是为改善食品色、香、味等品质,以及为防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的人工合成或者天然物质,然而目前市场上的食品添加剂不仅体鲜效果差,而且制作成本较高。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种提鲜效果好且成本低的的食品添加剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种食品添加剂,其组分及重量份数比为:小茴香5-10份,板栗10-15份,鸡肉粉5-10份,淀粉20-30份,葛根粉5-10份,硬脂酸钠1-5份,杏仁粉5-10份,食盐5-10份,草菇5-10份。
小茴香、硬脂酸钠和草菇都能达到提鲜的作用,板栗、鸡肉粉和杏仁粉中含有大量的蛋白质,能提高添加剂中营养物质的含量,葛根粉中含有大量的淀粉,淀粉能提升食物的口感,本发明的食品添加剂原料来源广泛,易获取,制作成本低。
进一步的,所述食品添加剂其组分及重量份数比为:小茴香8-10份,板栗13-15份,鸡肉粉8-10份,淀粉25-30份,葛根粉5-10份,硬脂酸钠3-5份,杏仁粉8-10份,食盐5-10份,草菇8-10份。
进一步的,将各组分研磨成碎末然后加入总重量15-20倍的清水煎煮过滤至膏状,即得食品添加剂。
综上所述,本发明通过加入小茴香、草菇和硬脂酸钠达到提鲜的作用,通过添加板栗和杏仁粉提高添加剂中的蛋白质含量,另外葛根粉具有一定的抗癌作用,原料易得,制作成本低,且提鲜作用好。

一种食品添加剂,其组分及重量份数比为:小茴香8份,板栗13份,鸡肉粉8份,淀粉25份,葛根粉5份,硬脂酸钠3份,杏仁粉8份,食盐5份,草菇8份。制作时先将各组分研磨成碎末然后加入总重量15倍的清水煎煮过滤至膏状,即得食品添加剂。
实施例二
一种食品添加剂,其组分及重量份数比为:小茴香10份,板栗15份,鸡肉粉10份,淀粉30份,葛根粉10份,硬脂酸钠5份,杏仁粉10份,食盐10份,草菇10份。制作时先将各组分研磨成碎末然后加入总重量20倍的清水煎煮过滤至膏状,即得食品添加剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的食品添加剂,其特征在于:其组分及重量份数比为:小茴香8-10份,板栗13-15份,鸡肉粉8-10份,淀粉25-30份,葛根粉5-10份,硬脂酸钠3-5份,杏仁粉8-10份,食盐5-10份,草菇8-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食品添加剂,其特征在于:将各组分研磨成碎末然后加入总重量15-20倍的清水煎煮过滤至膏状,即得食品添加剂。
