Description

Pressure sensing structure for touch piece and touch device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pressure sensing, and particularly relates to a pressure sensing structure for a touch piece and a touch device with the pressure sensing structure for the touch piece.
Background
Pressure sensing technology is used for detecting and monitoring stress of important structural members at the earliest time, such as bridges, buildings and other traditional industrial fields. With the development of electronic technologies, particularly the development of touch technologies, the advantage of pressure touch technology over traditional touch technologies that can provide more dimensional touch information (such as finger pressing pressure information) is a hot spot of current new touch technology research, and various manufacturers are working on applying pressure touch technology to existing electronic products, such as apples iWatch, macBook and iphone 6s/7 to be released.
However, the pressure sensing structure for touch members of the related art has the following drawbacks, which limit its wide application.
1. The pressure feedback that the pressure sensing structure for the existing touch piece realized through detecting the strain or displacement of the touch screen or the touch key means that the pressure sensor is required to be clung to the user operation medium to accurately measure the actual strain or displacement of the operation medium, so that the pressure operation information of the user is obtained. The existing pressure sensor is fixed on a user operation medium in a non-detachable mode such as double-sided adhesive tape, liquid adhesive tape or welding. Therefore, the pressure sensor has a complex installation process and high defective rate.
2. The maintainability is poor, and the pressure sensor is difficult to assemble and disassemble due to the common bonding or welding mode, so that the maintenance is not facilitated. If a pressure sensor is poor or damaged, the pressure sensor is difficult to replace, and the user can operate the medium to be scrapped.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pressure sensing structure for a touch member according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a detachable support 30 detachably connected to a touch member 20, and a pressure sensor 10 having a first side 10a and a second side 10b opposite to each other, wherein the first side 10a of the pressure sensor 10 is abutted against the touch member, the second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10 is abutted against the detachable support 30, the pressure sensor 10 is sandwiched between the touch member 20 and the detachable support 30, and deformation generated when the side of the touch member 20 facing away from the pressure sensor 10 is pressed is transferred to the pressure sensor 10.
When the touch member 20 receives an external force, the touch member 20 deforms in the thickness direction thereof, resulting in a change in the interference value of the pressure sensor 10 assembly, and thus, the pressure sensor 10 deforms. The pressure sensor 10 converts the change in the detected deformation into an electrical signal, thereby acquiring pressure and position information of the touch member 20, and realizing the pressing pressure and position detection. The pressure sensing structure for the touch piece is convenient to install, easy to produce, high in yield, convenient to maintain, easy to replace and capable of being recycled.
Specifically, the pressure sensor 10 is in a sheet shape, which is compact and facilitates the transmission of the force deformation of the touch member 20 to the pressure sensor 10. It will be appreciated that the pressure sensor 10 may also be tetrahedral, triangular, spherical or other regular or irregular shapes, as desired. It should be noted that the pressure sensors 10 of various shapes each have a first side and a second side opposite to each other, so that the pressure sensor 10 is sandwiched between the touch member 20 and the detachable support member 30. The pressure sensor 10 is electrically connected to a processor (not shown), and the pressure sensor 10 can detect the change of the deformation of the pressure sensor itself, convert the change into an electrical signal, and transmit the electrical signal to the processor, so that the processor obtains the pressure information of the touch member 20.
The pressure sensor 10 is mounted on one side of the touch member 20 through a detachable support member 30, and is in interference contact with the touch member 20, and the detachable support member 30 is detachably fixed on the touch member 20 or other objects (such as a fixing member described below) capable of achieving interference contact of the pressure sensor 10. The detachable connection can be a buckle connection, a fastener connection, an adhesive connection, magnetic adsorption, vacuum adsorption and the like, and is specifically selected as required.
Further, the touch piece 20 is in contact with the first side 10a of the pressure sensor 10 in the whole surface, and the detachable support piece 30 is in contact with the second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10 in the whole surface. This solution enables an overall interference contact between the pressure sensor 10 and the touch piece 20. When any position of the touch piece 20 is pressed, the interference value of the pressure sensor 10 at the pressed position is changed, so that the pressure sensor 10 at the pressed position is deformed, and pressure information on the touch piece 20 can be detected.
Further, the detachable support 30 includes a body 31 abutting against the second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10, and a support wall 32 disposed on the body 31, and an end of the support wall 32 away from the body 31 is detachably connected to the touch member 20. This configuration facilitates the installation of pressure sensor 10 and also facilitates the removable attachment of removable support 30 to touch member 20. Specifically, the body 31 and the supporting wall 32 are integrally formed, and the processing is easy.
Further, the support wall 32 and the touch member 20 are provided with a snap assembly (not shown) for detachably connecting the support wall 32 to the touch member 20. Specifically, the supporting wall 32 is provided with a clamping groove, and the touch piece 20 is provided with a buckle which can be clamped in the clamping groove; or the touching piece 20 is provided with a clamping groove, and the supporting wall 32 is provided with a buckle which can be clamped in the clamping groove.
Or the support wall 32 may be removably attached to the touch piece 20 by fasteners (not shown). Specifically, fasteners are used to pass through the mounting holes of the support wall 32 and to threadably attach to the mounting holes of the touch member 20.
Or the support wall 32 may be removably attached to the touch piece 20 by adhesive glue (not shown). The adhesive is detachable, and the detachable adhesive can be easily removed by a chemical and physical method. When the structure needs to be disassembled, it can be realized by chemical and physical methods.
Or the supporting wall 32 and the touch piece 20 are two magnetic attraction bodies which can mutually magnetically attract.
Or the supporting wall 32 is disposed at the periphery of the body 31, the touching member 20, the supporting wall 32 and the body 31 enclose a vacuum chamber, and the supporting wall 32 is vacuum-absorbed on the touching member 20.
The above solutions can detachably connect the detachable support 30 to the touch member 20, and the detachable support is specifically selected according to the needs.
Further, the supporting wall 32 is disposed at the periphery of the body 31, and the body 31 and the supporting wall 32 enclose a receiving groove 33 for receiving the pressure sensor 10. The structure is easy to machine and compact, facilitating the mounting of the pressure sensor 10 on the detachable support 30.
Further, the distance between the side of the touch piece 20 facing the pressure sensor 10 and the side of the body 31 facing the pressure sensor 10 is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the pressure sensor, so that interference fit of the pressure sensor is realized. The pressure sensor 10 is sandwiched between the detachable support 30 and the touch piece 20. When the touch member 20 receives an external force, the touch member 20 deforms in the thickness direction thereof, resulting in a change in the interference value of the pressure sensor 10, thereby causing the pressure sensor itself to deform.
Further, the pressure sensor 10 and the detachable support 30 are in a separate assembly structure; or the pressure sensor 10 and the detachable support 30 are of a unitary integrated structure. The above scheme is selected as required.
Further, the pressure sensor 10 is a resistive sensor, a capacitive sensor, or an inductive sensor. It is understood that the pressure sensor 10 may also be a polymer strain sensor or other type of pressure sensor 10. The above scheme is selected as required.
Further, the touch member 20 is in a sheet shape. Facilitating the transmission of the force deformation of the touch member 20 to the pressure sensor 10.
Referring to fig. 3, in the pressure sensing structure for a touch element according to the second embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as the pressure sensing structure for a touch element according to the first embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, a first protrusion 21 is disposed on a side of the touch element 20 facing the pressure sensor 10, the first protrusion 21 abuts against a first side 10a of the pressure sensor 10, and a detachable support 30 abuts against a second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10. In this solution, the pressure sensor 10 is in interference contact with the touch member 20 through the first protrusion 21, the first protrusion 21 defines an interference contact area, and the rest positions are non-contact areas. The first protrusion 21 may be integrally formed with the touch member 20, or the first protrusion 21 may be formed by fixing a small object to the touch member 20 by a connection method such as adhesion or welding. The pressure sensor 10 in contact with the interference contact area is displaced or deformed due to displacement or deformation of the interference contact area caused by external force, so that pressure information of the interference contact area is obtained. In contrast, the non-contact region is not in contact with the pressure sensor 10, and the deformation of the non-contact region cannot be transmitted to the pressure sensor 10, so that the pressure information of the non-contact region cannot be acquired. Thus, by changing the position and shape of the first protrusion 21, a different touch area can be achieved, particularly if the protrusions are configured as desired.
Further, the first protrusion 21 has a semicircular cross section. The second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10 abuts against the detachable support 30, and the force deformation of the touch member 20 is transmitted to the pressure sensor 10 through the first protrusion 21.
Referring to fig. 4, in the pressure sensing structure for a touch member according to the third embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as the pressure sensing structure for a touch member according to the first embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, the first side 10a of the pressure sensor 10 is provided with the second protrusion 11, and the second protrusion 11 abuts against the side of the touch member 20 facing the pressure sensor 10, and the detachable support 30 abuts against the second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10 entirely. In this solution, the pressure sensor 10 is in interference contact with the touch member 20 through the first protrusion 11, the second protrusion 11 defines an interference contact area, and the rest positions are non-contact areas. The second protrusion 11 may be integrally formed with the pressure sensor 10, or the second protrusion 11 may be formed by fixing a small object to the pressure sensor 10 by a connection method such as adhesion or welding. Thus, by changing the position and shape of the second protrusion 11, a different touch area can be achieved, particularly if the protrusions are configured as desired.
Further, the second protrusion 11 has a semicircular cross section. The second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10 abuts against the detachable support 30, and the force deformation of the touch member 20 is transmitted to the pressure sensor 10 through the second protrusion 11.
Referring to fig. 5, in the pressure sensing structure for a touch element according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as the pressure sensing structure for a touch element according to the first embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, a third protrusion 13 is disposed on a side of the detachable support 30 facing the pressure sensor 10, the third protrusion 13 abuts against the second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10, and the touch element 20 abuts against the first side 10a of the pressure sensor 10. In this solution, the pressure sensor 10 and the touch member 20 are partially in interference contact through the third protrusion 13, the third protrusion 13 defines an interference contact area, and the rest positions are non-contact areas. The third protrusion 13 may be integrally formed with the detachable support 30, or the third protrusion 13 may be formed by fixing a small object to the detachable support 30 by a connection method such as adhesion, welding, or the like. Thus, by changing the position and shape of the third protrusion 13, a different touch area can be achieved, particularly if the protrusions are configured as desired.
Further, the third protrusion 13 has a semicircular cross section. The second side 10b of the pressure sensor 10 abuts against the third protrusion 13, and the deformation of the touch member 20 due to the force is transmitted to the pressure sensor 10.
It will be appreciated that three solutions of the first protrusion 21 of the pressure sensor 10, the second protrusion 11 of the pressure sensor 10 and the third protrusion 13 of the detachable support 30 may be selected from two solutions or a combination of all solutions.

The structure is compact, and the detachable connection of the detachable support 30 and the fixing member 40 is easily realized. It will be appreciated that the securing members 40 may be formed as a circumferential or annular unitary body, or a plurality of securing members 40 may be disposed circumferentially, with the particular shape and number being as desired. While the pressure sensor 10 is provided in the region between the two fixing members 40, the detachable support member 30 is detachably attached to both fixing members 40 at the same time. This configuration also enables the detachable connection of the detachable support 30 with the fixing member 40. Or the fixing member 40 may be of other forms.
