Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the waterproof layer is transversely cut into a groove by the transverse cutter set, the shovel blade is aligned to the groove, the two longitudinal cutter sets are respectively positioned at two ends of the groove to longitudinally cut the waterproof layer, and the shovel blade mechanically peels off the waterproof layer and the base layer to complete the separation of the waterproof layer and the base layer. The waterproof layer material taking device can automatically complete cutting and sampling, and reduces the labor force.
