本发明公开了一种新型金属窗户,包括窗框,所述窗框通过合页转动铰接有外开扇,所述外开扇的底端面转动铰接有铰接杆,所述铰接杆的另一端通过销钉转动铰接有滑块,所述滑块的底端面中部水平焊接有调节板,所述调节板的底端面设置有直齿,所述窗框的内圈底端面后侧开有梯台,所述窗框底端内腔开有空腔,所述滑块通过滑槽与梯台滑动卡接,且调节板位于空腔的内腔,所述窗框的底部侧壁开有调节插孔,所述调节插孔与空腔前后连通,所述调节插孔滑动插接有调节杆,所述空腔的后侧设置有限位腔,所述限位腔内腔滑动插接有限位杆。本发明能够限制外开扇打开的幅度大小,既能保证通风效果,还能防止小偷透过缝隙利用工具偷窃室内物品,简单实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗应用技术领域,具体为一种新型金属窗户。
背景技术
对于门窗领域来说,室内都会安装,这样使得室内在白天得到光照,不会黑暗,省的再开灯,我们知道,现在建筑的竖直高度非常高,窗户外侧必须要设置防护装置,基本上所有居家用的窗户都会在外部安装防盗窗,一方面起到防盗的作用,另一方面就是防止家里的小孩靠近窗户玩耍,不小心坠落,引起家庭悲剧,而且现有的窗户要么就是对开、要么就是滑动打开,还有些窗户为了防止有高空坠物,在窗户的内圈侧壁水平连接有若干组钢丝绳,但是却影响窗户的外观,特别是住在底层的住户,及时安装了防盗窗,小偷也能透过防盗窗的缝隙,利用工具进行行窃,造成人们的财产损失,所以这里设计生产一种新型金属窗户,用来便于控制外开扇的打开角度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型金属窗户,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型金属窗户,包括窗框,所述窗框通过合页转动铰接有外开扇,所述外开扇的底端面转动铰接有铰接杆,所述铰接杆的另一端通过销钉转动铰接有滑块,所述滑块的底端面中部水平焊接有调节板,所述调节板的底端面设置有直齿,所述窗框的内圈底端面后侧开有梯台,所述窗框底端内腔开有空腔,所述滑块通过滑槽与梯台滑动卡接,且调节板位于空腔的内腔,所述窗框的底部侧壁开有调节插孔,所述调节插孔与空腔前后连通,所述调节插孔滑动插接有调节杆,所述空腔的后侧设置有限位腔,所述限位腔内腔滑动插接有限位杆,所述限位杆与限位腔内腔之间安装有弹簧,所述限位杆的尖端与直齿适配,所述限位腔与调节插孔水平正对。
优选的,所述外开扇通过密封条安装有真空玻璃,所述外开扇的内侧壁右端中部固定安装有把手。
优选的,所述梯台距离外开扇底端面的垂直高度为10毫米。
优选的,所述调节杆的长度等于窗框的宽度的1.5倍。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明为一种新型金属窗户,利用调节杆插入调节插孔,将限位杆推送进限位腔内腔,限位杆与直齿脱离,徒手推动把手,滑块即可沿着梯台水平左右滑动,外开扇即可自由打开或者关闭,能够限制外开扇打开的幅度大小,既能保证通风效果,还能防止小偷透过防盗窗的缝隙利用工具偷窃室内物品,另外还节省窗户的锁死机构了,上述即可限制外开扇的位置,简单实用。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型金属窗户,包括窗框3,所述窗框3通过合页转动铰接有外开扇1,所述外开扇1通过密封条安装有真空玻璃,所述外开扇1的内侧壁右端中部固定安装有把手2,把手2能够辅助打开或者关闭外开扇1,所述外开扇1的底端面转动铰接有铰接杆4,所述铰接杆4的另一端通过销钉转动铰接有滑块5,所述滑块5的底端面中部水平焊接有调节板7,所述调节板7的底端面设置有直齿6,所述窗框3的内圈底端面后侧开有梯台8,外开扇1的打开或者关闭,都直接带动滑块5的水平左右移动,也就带动调节板7的左右移动,所述梯台8距离外开扇1底端面的垂直高度为10毫米,设置10毫米的高度,是为了让铰接杆4在转动的时候,而不受外开扇1与窗框3之间的缝隙的限制,毕竟铰接板4和滑块5都是厚度的,所述窗框3底端内腔开有空腔12,所述滑块5通过滑槽与梯台8滑动卡接,且调节板7位于空腔12的内腔,所述窗框3的底部侧壁开有调节插孔13,所述调节插孔13与空腔12前后连通,所述调节插孔13滑动插接有调节杆14,所述调节杆14的长度等于窗框3的宽度的1.5倍,这样长的调节杆14足以满足使用的要求,所述空腔12的后侧设置有限位腔10,所述限位腔10内腔滑动插接有限位杆11,所述限位杆11与限位腔10内腔之间安装有弹簧9,所述限位杆11的尖端与直齿6适配,所述限位腔10与调节插孔13水平正对,当需要调节外开扇1的打开角度时,仅需要将调节杆14插入调节插孔13,将限位杆11推送进限位腔10内腔,限位杆11与直齿6脱离,徒手推动把手2,滑块5即可沿着梯台8水平左右滑动,外开扇1即可自由打开或者关闭。
工作原理:使用时,利用节杆14插入调节插孔13,将限位杆11推送进限位腔10内腔,限位杆11与直齿6脱离,徒手推动把手2,滑块5即可沿着梯台8水平左右滑动,外开扇1即可自由打开或者关闭,能够限制外开扇1打开的幅度大小,既能保证通风效果,还能防止小偷透过防盗窗的缝隙利用工具偷窃室内物品。

1.一种新型金属窗户,包括窗框(3),其特征在于:所述窗框(3)通过合页转动铰接有外开扇(1),所述外开扇(1)的底端面转动铰接有铰接杆(4),所述铰接杆(4)的另一端通过销钉转动铰接有滑块(5),所述滑块(5)的底端面中部水平焊接有调节板(7),所述调节板(7)的底端面设置有直齿(6),所述窗框(3)的内圈底端面后侧开有梯台(8),所述窗框(3)底端内腔开有空腔(12),所述滑块(5)通过滑槽与梯台(8)滑动卡接,且调节板(7)位于空腔(12)的内腔,所述窗框(3)的底部侧壁开有调节插孔(13),所述调节插孔(13)与空腔(12)前后连通,所述调节插孔(13)滑动插接有调节杆(14),所述空腔(12)的后侧设置有限位腔(10),所述限位腔(10)内腔滑动插接有限位杆(11),所述限位杆(11)与限位腔(10)内腔之间安装有弹簧(9),所述限位杆(11)的尖端与直齿(6)适配,所述限位腔(10)与调节插孔(13)水平正对。
