一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,特别涉及到一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料。
背景技术
随着我国墙体材料革新与建筑节能政策的推行,节能型建筑材料的开发和应用受到广泛重视。现有的居住型建筑房屋墙体多采用钢筋混凝土结构,建好框架后做防水处理、外墙装饰铺设和室内装修。在外墙铺设保温材料已成为大多新建房屋工程的选择,其具有以下优点:(1)缓冲了因温度变化导致结构变形产生的应力,避免雨雪、冻融、干湿循环造成结构的破坏,减少有害气体和紫外线对结构的侵蚀,能够保护房屋主体结构,延长建筑物的寿命;(2)采用外保温在避免“热桥”方面比内保温更有利;(3)避免在墙体内部发生冷凝现象,降低房屋含湿量,改善墙体潮湿的情况;(4)有利于保持室温稳定;(5)有利于提高墙体的防水和气密性。
然而,目前的现实是,外墙保温材料的质量问题造成了“脱落”及“火灾”两大重大安全隐患,不仅给居住者带来了很多损失和不便,也给行业发展和社会和谐造成了不良影响。易燃的保温材料一旦燃烧不仅无法扑救,同时会释放出有毒气体,对人身安全及环境造成威胁。在北京、上海、沈阳等地发生多次重大火灾之后,此类保温材料已经命令禁止使用。虽然国内市场上防火性能好的材料也很多,但作为外墙保温材料的时候又难以达到节能效果。因此,研发一种既防火安全又节能环保的外墙保温材料势在必行。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料。所述外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,能够节省原料,有效隔热,节能环保,同时,防火性能达到国家安全最高级别A1级,不可燃,安全防火,根据需求生产不同厚度规格,能够适应不同环境不同建筑形式的外墙,便于使用,应用范围广,市场潜力巨大。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,包括一体化设置的水泥板及防火板,所述防火板为泡沫状的MC复合保温板,所述水泥板外侧铺设有纤维网格布,所述水泥板由水泥及添加剂搅拌注模凝结成型,其中,所述添加剂包含以下重量份数的组份:聚乙二醇:10~18份;缓凝剂:6~12份;轻烧粉:1~5份;羧基丁苯乳液:25~35份;发泡剂:1~2.5份;纳米微孔活性硅:0.2~1.6份。所述水泥板由添加剂与水泥混合形成,添加剂中的聚乙二醇能够增强水泥的粘结能力,聚合物乳液及纳米微孔活性硅经固化后在水泥表面形成致密的微孔材料层,防火板表面材料在固化过程中渗入到水泥板表面的微孔内,增强水泥板与防火板的吸附强度,使得水泥板与防火板之前不需要额外的粘结剂即可进行粘结,节省原料及施工工序。同时,添加有缓凝剂,延长水泥板的固化时间,保证水泥板与防火板固化的时间接近,增强两者之间附着的强度,保证一体成型。
进一步地,所述添加剂包含以下重量份数的组份:聚乙二醇:15份;缓凝剂:8份;轻烧粉:3.5份;羧基丁苯乳液:31份;发泡剂:1.5份;纳米微孔活性硅:0.6份。
进一步地,所述水泥和添加剂的质量比为1:0.02~0.2。
进一步地,所述MC复合保温板的防火性能达到A1级。
进一步地,所述外墙用阻燃保温复合材料整体包覆有防火涂膜层。
进一步地,所述水泥板的厚度大于防火板。
进一步地,所述外墙用阻燃保温复合材料的厚度为2~10cm。
进一步地,所述聚乙二醇的分子量为500~1000。
进一步地,所述缓凝剂为木质素磺酸盐或羟基羧酸衍生物或氟酸镁或硼酸盐中的任一种。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所述的一种阻燃保温一体化材料,水泥板及防火板之间不需要额外的粘结剂即可进行粘结,节省原料及施工工序,能够有效隔热,节能环保,同时,防火性能达到国家安全最高级别A1级,不可燃,安全防火,根据需求生产不同厚度规格,能够适应不同环境不同建筑形式的外墙,便于使用,应用范围广,市场潜力巨大。

如图1所示,为一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,包括一体化设置的水泥板及防火板,所述防火板为泡沫状的MC复合保温板,所述水泥板外侧铺设有纤维网格布,所述水泥板由水泥及添加剂搅拌注模凝结成型,其中,所述添加剂包含以下重量份数的组份:聚乙二醇:18份;缓凝剂:7份;轻烧粉:3份;羧基丁苯乳液:29份;发泡剂:1份;纳米微孔活性硅:1.1份。
实施例2
一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,包括一体化设置的水泥板及防火板,所述防火板为泡沫状的MC复合保温板,所述水泥板外侧铺设有纤维网格布,所述水泥板由水泥及添加剂搅拌注模凝结成型,其中,所述添加剂包含以下重量份数的组份:聚乙二醇:15份;缓凝剂:12份;轻烧粉:1份;羧基丁苯乳液:33份;发泡剂:1.5份;纳米微孔活性硅:1.6份。
实施例3
一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,包括一体化设置的水泥板及防火板,所述防火板为泡沫状的MC复合保温板,所述水泥板外侧铺设有纤维网格布,所述水泥板由水泥及添加剂搅拌注模凝结成型,其中,所述添加剂包含以下重量份数的组份:聚乙二醇:15份;缓凝剂:8份;轻烧粉:3.5份;羧基丁苯乳液:31份;发泡剂:1.5份;纳米微孔活性硅:0.6份。

对实施例1~5的外墙用阻燃保温复合材料进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明所述的外墙用阻燃保温复合材料能够有效隔热,节能环保,同时,防火性能达到国家安全最高级别A1级,不可燃,安全防火,根据需求生产不同厚度规格,能够适应不同环境不同建筑形式的外墙,便于使用,应用范围广,市场潜力巨大。

1.一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,其特征在于,包括一体化设置的水泥板及防火板,所述防火板为泡沫状的MC复合保温板,所述水泥板外侧铺设有纤维网格布,所述水泥板由水泥及添加剂搅拌注模凝结成型,其中,所述添加剂包含以下重量份数的组份:聚乙二醇:10~18份;缓凝剂:6~12份;轻烧粉:1~5份;羧基丁苯乳液:25~35份;发泡剂:1~2.5份;纳米微孔活性硅:0.2~1.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,其特征在于,所述添加剂包含以下重量份数的组份:聚乙二醇:15份;缓凝剂:8份;轻烧粉:3.5份;羧基丁苯乳液:31份;发泡剂:1.5份;纳米微孔活性硅:0.6份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,其特征在于,所述MC复合保温板的防火性能达到A1级。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,其特征在于,所述外墙用阻燃保温复合材料整体包覆有防火涂膜层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,其特征在于,所述水泥板的厚度大于防火板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,其特征在于,所述外墙用阻燃保温复合材料的厚度为2~10cm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇的分子量为500~1000。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙用阻燃保温复合材料,其特征在于,所述缓凝剂为木质素磺酸盐或羟基羧酸衍生物或氟酸镁或硼酸盐中的任一种。
