本发明公开了一种纺织品除锈剂及其制备方法,由草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸、亚硝酸钠、烷氧基化物、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸铵、磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、乙醇、丙酮和去离子水组成;本发明的优点在于:本发明产品为溶液,便于根据需要装入到容器中,针对纺织品表面需要除锈部分只需要取出进行擦洗即可,对于需要批量除锈的纺织品,则可以直接浸泡纺织品,利用去离子水予以反复冲洗即可,具有良好的除锈效果,且不损伤纺织品表面;本发明的制备工艺简单,成本低廉,适合工厂模式下的生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品处理技术领域,具体涉及一种纺织除锈剂及其
制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品目前被广泛地使用于人们日常生活中。纺织品常用来制成各种制品,以满足人们的需要。纺织品在加工或者使用过程中,由于会经常和各种金属器械和刀具接触,其表面有可能会产生铁锈。如果不及时进行除锈处理,则会影响其使用。而一般家庭或者纺织品加工过程中,由于找不到一款好的除锈剂,很多人采取一些非常错误的做法,有用洗衣粉、洗洁精去清洁,也有用香蕉皮、牙膏清洁,然后采用水洗或者机器清洗,这样不仅达不到理想的除锈效果,反而会让纺织品寿命减少,造成更大范围地伤害纺织品表面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种能够有效去除锈迹的纺织品除锈剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种纺织除锈剂,其创新点在于:由草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸、亚硝酸钠、烷氧基化物、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸铵、乙甲纤维素、磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、乙醇、丙酮和去离子水组成;所述草酸10-15份、柠檬酸20-30份、醋酸3-5份、亚硝酸钠5-10份、烷氧基化物6-10份、碳酸氢铵3-8份、苯甲酸铵10-20份、磷酸三钠1-3份、三乙醇胺1-5份、乙醇60-80份、丙酮6-15份和去离子水180-250份。
进一步的,所述烷氧基化物为氧化丙烯。
本发明的另一目的是公开一种纺织除锈剂的制备方法,其创新点在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述质量份数的乙醇、丙酮混合,搅拌混合均匀获得A组分溶液备用;
(2)将上述质量份数的草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸予以混合均匀,加入上述质量份数的去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述质量份数的磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸氨,搅合混合均匀获得B组分溶液备用;
(3)将剩余组分混合,搅拌均匀,获得C 组分溶液备用;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)及步骤(3)的所获得A、B、C 组分溶液予以混合,充分搅拌混合,过滤后所获得溶液即为本品。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明产品为溶液,便于根据需要装入到容器中,针对纺织品表面需要除锈部分只需要取出进行擦洗即可,对于需要批量除锈的纺织品,则可以直接浸泡纺织品,利用去离子水予以反复冲洗即可,具有良好的除锈效果,且不损伤纺织品表面;本发明的制备工艺简单,成本低廉,适合工厂模式下的生产。

实施例1
一种纺织除锈剂,由草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸、亚硝酸钠、烷氧基化物、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸铵、磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、乙醇、丙酮和去离子水组成;草酸10份、柠檬酸20份、醋酸3份、亚硝酸钠5份、烷氧基化物6份、碳酸氢铵3份、苯甲酸铵10份、磷酸三钠1份、三乙醇胺1份、乙醇60份、丙酮6-15份和去离子水180份。
一种纺织除锈剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述质量份数的乙醇、丙酮混合,搅拌混合均匀获得A组分溶液备用;
(2)将上述质量份数的草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸予以混合均匀,加入上述质量份数的去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述质量份数的磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸氨,搅合混合均匀获得B组分溶液备用;
(3)将剩余组分混合,搅拌均匀,获得C 组分溶液备用;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)及步骤(3)的所获得A、B、C 组分溶液予以混合,充分搅拌混合,过滤后所获得溶液即为本品。
实施例2
一种纺织除锈剂,由草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸、亚硝酸钠、烷氧基化物、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸铵、磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、乙醇、丙酮和去离子水组成;草酸15份、柠檬酸30份、醋酸5份、亚硝酸钠10份、烷氧基化物10份、碳酸氢铵8份、苯甲酸铵20份、磷酸三钠3份、三乙醇胺5份、乙醇80份、丙酮15份和去离子水250份。
一种纺织除锈剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(5)将上述质量份数的乙醇、丙酮混合,搅拌混合均匀获得A组分溶液备用;
(6)将上述质量份数的草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸予以混合均匀,加入上述质量份数的去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述质量份数的磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸氨,搅合混合均匀获得B组分溶液备用;
(7)将剩余组分混合,搅拌均匀,获得C 组分溶液备用;
(8)将步骤(5)、步骤(6)及步骤(7)的所获得A、B、C 组分溶液予以混合,充分搅拌混合,过滤后所获得溶液即为本品。
实施例3
一种纺织除锈剂,由草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸、亚硝酸钠、烷氧基化物、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸铵、磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、乙醇、丙酮和去离子水组成;草酸13份、柠檬酸25份、醋酸4份、亚硝酸钠7份、烷氧基化物8份、碳酸氢铵4份、苯甲酸铵15份、磷酸三钠2份、三乙醇胺3份、乙醇70份、丙酮10份和去离子水220份。
一种纺织除锈剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(9)将上述质量份数的乙醇、丙酮混合,搅拌混合均匀获得A组分溶液备用;
(10)将上述质量份数的草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸予以混合均匀,加入上述质量份数的去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述质量份数的磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸氨,搅合混合均匀获得B组分溶液备用;
(11)将剩余组分混合,搅拌均匀,获得C 组分溶液备用;
(12)将步骤(9)、步骤(10)及步骤(11)的所获得A、B、C 组分溶液予以混合,充分搅拌混合,过滤后所获得溶液即为本品。
本发明产品为溶液,便于根据需要装入到容器中,针对纺织品表面需要除锈部分只需要取出进行擦洗即可,对于需要批量除锈的纺织品,则可以直接浸泡纺织品,利用去离子水予以反复冲洗即可,具有良好的除锈效果,且不损伤纺织品表面;本发明的制备工艺简单,成本低廉,适合工厂模式下的生产。

1.一种纺织除锈剂,其特征在于:由草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸、亚硝酸钠、烷氧基化物、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸铵、磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、乙醇、丙酮和去离子水组成;所述草酸10-15份、柠檬酸20-30份、醋酸3-5份、亚硝酸钠5-10份、烷氧基化物6-10份、碳酸氢铵3-8份、苯甲酸铵10-20份、磷酸三钠1-3份、三乙醇胺1-5份、乙醇60-80份、丙酮6-15份和去离子水180-250份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织除锈剂,其特征在于:所述烷氧基化物为氧化丙烯。
3.一种纺织除锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述质量份数的乙醇、丙酮混合,搅拌混合均匀获得A组分溶液备用;
(2)将上述质量份数的草酸、柠檬酸、醋酸予以混合均匀,加入上述质量份数的去离子水,搅拌混合均匀后,加入上述质量份数的磷酸三钠、三乙醇胺、碳酸氢铵、苯甲酸氨,搅合混合均匀获得B组分溶液备用;
(3)将剩余组分混合,搅拌均匀,获得C 组分溶液备用;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)及步骤(3)的所获得A、B、C 组分溶液予以混合,充分搅拌混合,过滤后所获得溶液即为本品。
