本发明涉及一种激光熔覆用钴基合金材料及制品,属于激光熔覆技术领域。激光熔覆用钴基合金材料的组分及各组分的重量份数比如下:碳1.9~2.2份、铬24.5~31.0份、钨10.5~17.0份、硅0.8~0.93份、钼0.9~1.0份、镍0.9~1.0份、铌1.0~13份、钴33.87~59.5份,各组分的重量份数比之和为100%。本发明激光熔覆用钴基合金材料,通过在现有的钴基合金材料中添加铌,使得熔覆层中生成硬质强化相NbC,从而使得熔覆层组织中的晶粒减小、组织更加细化,熔覆层更加致密均匀,从而可大幅提高熔覆层的硬度和耐磨损性能,使得金属制品能够满足处于高载荷工作状态下对硬度、及耐磨损性能的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及激光熔覆技术领域,特别涉及一种激光熔覆用钴基合金材料及制品。
背景技术
激光熔覆技术,是一种新的表面改性技术。其通过在基材表面添加熔覆材料,并利用高能密度的激光束使之与基材表面薄层一起熔凝的方法,在基层表面形成与其为冶金结合的添料熔覆层,以显著改善基层表面的耐磨、耐蚀、耐热、抗氧化及电气特性,从而达到表面改性或修复的目的,既满足了对材料表面特定性能的要求,又节约了大量的贵重元素。
现有技术中,使用低碳钴基合金粉末作为熔覆材料,通过激光熔覆技术,在金属制品表面形成熔覆层,可改变金属制品表面的性能。但是,现有的低碳钴基合金粉末对金属制品表面的硬度及耐磨损性能能的提升不足,不能满足处于高载荷工作状态下的金属制品对硬度及耐磨损性能的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种激光熔覆用钴基合金材料及制品,解决了现有技术存在的上述问题。本发明旨在大幅提高ZG230-450铸钢金属制品表面熔覆层的硬度、耐磨损性能。
本发明的上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
激光熔覆用钴基合金材料,其组分及各组分的重量份数比如下:碳1.9~2.2份、铬24.5~31.0份、钨10.5~17.0份、硅0.8~0.93份、钼0.9~1.0份、镍0.9~1.0份、铌1.0~13份、钴33.87~59.5份,各组分的重量份数比之和为100%。
优选的组分及各组分的重量份数比如下:碳2.15份、铬30.75份、钨16.85份、硅0.92份、钼0.95份、镍0.95份、铌1份、钴46.43份。
优选的组分及各组分的重量份数比如下:碳2.15份、铬29.75份、钨15.85份、硅0.92份、钼0.95份、镍0.95份、铌3份、钴46.43份。
优选的组分及各组分的重量份数比如下:碳2.15份、铬26.75份、钨13.85份、硅0.92份、钼0.95份、镍0.95份、铌9份、钴45.43份。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明激光熔覆用钴基合金材料,通过在现有的钴基合金材料中添加铌,使得熔覆层中生成硬质强化相NbC,从而使得熔覆层组织中的晶粒减小、组织更加细化,熔覆层更加致密均匀,从而可大幅提高熔覆层的硬度和耐磨损性能,使得金属制品能够满足处于高载荷工作状态下对硬度及耐磨损性能的要求。实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的详细内容及其具体实施方式。
参见图1至图6所示,本发明的激光熔覆用钴基合金材料,其组分及各组分的重量份数比如下:碳1.9~2.2份、铬24.5~31.0份、钨10.5~17.0份、硅0.8~0.93份、钼0.9~1.0份、镍0.9~1.0份、铌1.0~13份、钴33.87~59.5份,各组分的重量份数比之和为100%。
本发明实施例根据上述激光熔覆用钴基合金材料为熔覆材料,采用激光熔覆技术在ZG230-450铸钢金属表面激光熔覆激光熔覆层。在本发明实施例通过的实验中,以ZG230-450铸钢为金属制品,具体实验过程和实验结果如下:
一、实验过程
步骤1、配比。根据欲配置的钴基合金材料计算相应的原料比重,并称取之。
步骤2、研磨。将配比好的原料进行机械研磨,使各组分充分均匀混合,得到钴基合金粉末。优选地,为了使激光熔覆用钴基合金粉末更好的激光熔覆于金属制品表面,钴基合金粉末的的粒度优选为50μm ~150μm。
钴基合金粉末还可以通过其他方式制得。比如,在本发明其他实施例中,将步骤一中配比好的金属原料轧碎成小料,在冶炼炉中用高温冶炼成液体,以氮气为雾化介质进行雾化,在无氧或低氧环境下让金属粉末冷却至室温,然后进行粉末筛分,以得到钴基合金粉末。
应当提出,若有配比好的激光熔覆用钴基合金材料,比如钴基合金饼,可直接研磨,得到钴基合金粉末。若有现成的钴基合金粉末可直接进入下一步。
步骤3、金属制品表面预处理。比如,使用砂纸对金属制品打磨并用丙酮超声波振动清洗以去除金属制品表面的氧化膜和杂质。
步骤4、激光熔覆。
步骤5、性能检分析。通过扫描电镜观察金属制品表面熔覆层的微观组织;并通过显微硬度计检测金属制品表面熔覆层的硬度、及通过磨损机检测其耐磨损性能。
二、实验结果
1、金属制品表面熔覆层的微观组织:未添加铌的熔覆层,其组织为较为粗大的柱状晶;添加铌的熔覆层,生成了金属碳化物强化相NbC,其组织中较为粗大的柱状晶减少,并且晶粒大小减小;甚至,随着铌的含量的增加,熔覆层组织中较为粗大的柱状晶消失,而只有大量致密均匀的细小的等轴晶组成。
2、ZG230-450铸钢金属制品表面熔覆层的硬度及耐磨损性能:添加铌的熔覆层的硬度大幅增加,其耐磨损性能大幅增大。
本发明激光熔覆用钴基合金材料,通过在现有的钴基合金材料中添加铌,使得熔覆层中生成硬质强化相NbC,从而使得熔覆层组织中的晶粒减小、组织更加细化,熔覆层更加致密均匀,从而可大幅提高ZG230-450铸钢表面熔覆层的硬度和耐磨损性能,即可大幅提高ZG230-450铸钢金属制品表面的硬度和耐磨损性能,使得金属制品能够满足处于高载荷工作状态下对硬度、及耐磨损性能能的要求。
在具体实施例中,本发明激光熔覆用钴基合金材料可以具有不同的表现形态,一般的,为了便于使用,本发明激光熔覆用钴基合金材料优选为粉末。但是,为了方便携带,本发明激光熔覆用钴基合金材料也可以制成饼状等,在使用时,再研磨成粉末状。
在本实验中,钴基合金材料的组分及各组分的重量份数比为:碳2.15份、铬31.25份、钨17.35份、硅0.92份、钼0.95份、镍0.95份、钴46.43%份。
实验结果,如图1所示,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织为较为粗大的柱状晶。金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度为586.4HV,磨损前为35.1263g,磨损质量损失0.001g。其中,金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度通过显微硬度计测得;磨损质量损失表示,在磨损机中磨损两小时后的质量损失量。
实施例1:
本实施例中,所述激光熔覆用钴基合金材料的组分及各组分的重量份数比为:碳2.15份、铬30.75份、钨16.85份、硅0.92份、钼0.95份、镍0.95份、铌1份、钴46.43份。
实验结果,如图2所示,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织中柱状晶减少,晶粒大小减小。金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度为689.1HV,磨损前为34.4875g,磨损质量损失0.0009g。
结果分析,本实施例中,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织中柱状晶减少,晶粒大小减小;使得金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度增大,使得其耐磨损性能增强。
实施例2:
本实施例中,所述激光熔覆用钴基合金材料的组分及各组分的重量份数比为:碳2.15份、铬29.75份、钨15.85份、硅0.92份、钼0.95份、镍0.95份、铌3份、钴46.43份。
实验结果,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织中柱状晶减少,晶粒大小减小。金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度为813HV,磨损前为35.8921g,磨损质量损失0.0007g。
结果分析,本实施例中,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织中柱状晶减少,晶粒大小减小;使得金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度增大,使得其耐磨损性能增强。
实施例3:
本实施例中,所述激光熔覆用钴基合金材料的组分及各组分的重量份数比为:碳2.15份、铬26.75份、钨13.85份、硅0.92份、钼0.95份、镍0.95份、铌9份、钴45.43份。
实验结果,如图3所示,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织中柱状晶基本消失,由大量致密均匀的、细小的等轴晶组成。金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度为899.2HV,磨损前为36.0538g,磨损质量损失0.0005g。
结果分析,本实施例中,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织中柱状晶基本消失,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织由大量致密均匀的、细小的等轴晶组成;使得金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度增大,使得其耐磨损性能增强。
实施例4:
本实施例中,所述激光熔覆用钴基合金材料的组分及各组分的重量份数比为:碳2.15份、铬24.75份、钨11.85份、硅0.92份、钼0.95份、镍0.95份、铌13份、钴45.43份。
实验结果,如图4和图5所示,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织中柱状晶消失,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织由大量致密均匀的、细小的等轴晶组成。金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度为970.4HV,磨损前为36.1306g,磨损质量损失0.0004g。
结果分析,本实施例中,ZG230-450铸钢金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织中柱状晶消失,金属制品表面的熔覆层的组织由大量致密均匀的、细小的等轴晶组成;使得金属制品表面的熔覆层的硬度增大,使得其耐磨损性能增强。
可以理解,本发明激光熔覆用钴基合金材料,随着铌的含量的增加,熔覆层的组织中柱状晶会逐渐减少,直至消失,同时晶粒逐渐减小,直至熔覆层变为由大量致密均匀的细小的等轴晶组成;从而使得熔覆层的硬度逐渐增大、耐磨损性能逐渐增强。但是,因为铌的价格比较昂贵,增加铌的含量会增大钴基合金材料的生产成本,所以,本发明中,铌的重量百分比含量优选为1.0%~13%。可选的,可根据实际需要自由配比含有铌的不同百分比含量的激光熔覆用钴基合金材料。
本发明还提供一种具有激光熔覆层的ZG230-450铸钢金属制品。如图6所示,所述金属制品100包括金属基体10及激光熔覆于ZG230-450铸钢金属基体表面的激光熔覆层20,所述激光熔覆层20的熔覆材料为如上所述的激光熔覆用钴基合金材料,金属基体为ZG230-450铸钢。所述激光熔覆用钴基合金材料的技术特征参照上述实施例,由于本发明激光熔覆层的金属制品采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

9.一种根据权利要求7所述的激光熔覆用钴基合金材料的制品,其特征在于:所述制品包括ZG230-450铸钢金属基体及激光熔覆于其表面的激光熔覆层,所述激光熔覆层的熔覆材料为权利要求7所述的激光熔覆用钴基合金材料。
