技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别是涉及一种天然环保驱蚊面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们不但对面料的环保要求越来越高,对面料本身的功能要求也不断提高。
目前的面料不具备驱蚊效果,且其环保效果不是很明显,很难满足人们要求面料具备多种优良胜能的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种天然环保驱蚊面料,具有良好的环保性能和驱蚊效果,能满足人们的需要。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种天然环保驱蚊面料,包括:基层、夹层和面料层,所述面料层覆盖在夹层上表面,所述夹层覆盖在基层上表面,所述面料层由甲壳素纤维和真丝纤维混合制成,所述夹层由纳米微胶囊通过胶粘整齐地排列在基层和面料层之间制成,所述纳米微胶囊中包裹有驱蚊剂,所述驱蚊剂由N-二乙基甲苯酰胺、右旋烯丙菊脂和维生素b组成,所述基层由强力纤维制成,所述强力纤维呈整齐排列的有规则凝聚态网状结构。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料层各组分占有的重量比例:甲壳素纤维60%和真丝纤维40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述驱蚊剂各组分占有的重量比例:N-二乙基甲苯酰胺30%、右旋烯丙菊脂40%和维生素b30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纳米微胶囊的粒径为100-110nm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料层和基层分别位于夹层的上表面和下表面,通过纳米针织技术织合在一起。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述天然环保驱蚊面料的厚度为0.60mm-0.65mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种天然环保驱蚊面料,具有良好的环保性能和驱蚊效果,能满足人们的需要。

一种天然环保驱蚊面料,包括:基层1、夹层2和面料层3,所述面料层3覆盖在夹层2上表面,所述夹层2覆盖在基层1上表面,所述面料层3由甲壳素纤维和真丝纤维混合制成,所述夹层2由纳米微胶囊通过胶粘整齐地排列在基层1和面料层3之间制成,所述纳米微胶囊中包裹有驱蚊剂,所述驱蚊剂由N-二乙基甲苯酰胺、右旋烯丙菊脂和维生素b组成,所述基层1由强力纤维制成,所述强力纤维呈整齐排列的有规则凝聚态网状结构。
所述基层1由强力纤维制成,透气性好。
所述夹层2由纳米微胶囊通过胶粘整齐地排列在基层1和面料层3之间制成,实现结构稳定。
所述面料层3由甲壳素纤维和真丝纤维混合制成,此纤维具有抗菌和抗紫外线功能。
所述强力纤维呈整齐排列的有规则凝聚态网状结构,有效提高面料的柔软度。
所述面料层3各组分占有的重量比例:甲壳素纤维60%和真丝纤维40%,有效提高面料的强度。
所述驱蚊剂各组分占有的重量比例:N-二乙基甲苯酰胺30%、右旋烯丙菊脂40%和维生素b30%,具有极强的驱蚊效果。
所述纳米微胶囊的粒径为100-110nm,结构稳定。
所述面料层3和基层1分别位于夹层2的上表面和下表面,通过纳米针织技术织合在一起,增加层面与层面之间的契合度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的天然环保驱蚊面料,其特征在于,所述面料层各组分占有的重量比例:甲壳素纤维60%和真丝纤维40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然环保驱蚊面料,其特征在于,所述驱蚊剂各组分占有的重量比例:N-二乙基甲苯酰胺30%、右旋烯丙菊脂40%和维生素b30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然环保驱蚊面料,其特征在于,所述纳米微胶囊的粒径为100-110nm。
